Great location for Carnoustie golf, clean, had all the basic kitchen equipment, good communication beforehand. Had an issue with the lock which was sorted quickly after a phone call was picked up first time. Thank you for a great stay

A wonderful home to stay in. Gorgeous views from the house and great walks around the area. The home itself had everything we needed and more. Our 9 month old enjoyed the space to crawl around too. Great communication when needed.

We had a great time during our stay. Dan was so helpful and the apartment was spotless. The beds were very comfy and the heating was on for us arriving, so the place was lovely and warm. Lots of logs were left for the burner and thank you for the welcome pack too 🧺 We went on a couple of the suggested walks in the really helpful information pack, which was full of tips and history about the area. This was an amazing find in the beautiful village of Fettercairn. Thank you so much for having us ❤️

A perfect seaside getaway. Wonderful flat, great host, and directly on the coastline around Scurdie Ness lighthouse.

Booked this accommodation for our employees who were working in the area, the accommodation was perfect to come back to after a long hard day, would definitely recommend to anyone .

Very large 2 bed flat next to Carnoustie golf course. Perfect for a golf trip and could have easily fit 4 people as there was a sofa bed in the living room in addition to the two bedrooms. Well equipped with Netflix, wifi, a full kitchen and plenty of free parking! Would return.

This is a wonderful place to have a get away! You can walk locally or take short drives to many different sites and walks. Would visit again even if just to give Buzz (dog) a treat.

Beautiful, cosy cottage in a great location for day trips. Walkable to the beach, play parks (if you have kids) and amenities. Quirky layout within the cottage. Cinema room great. Anthony was extremely helpful and responsive. Only down side for us was the lack of space in the kitchen for storage of our food. The cupboards were very well stocked with everything you could possibly need however no free space to store cupboard goods.

Our stay at Paula's place was perfect. We really did feel immediately at home. We were looking for relaxation and calm and Paula's cottage delivered. It's beautifully decorated, with some very stylist touches. It was very clean, with a well equipped homely kitchen and comfy beds The cottage has fabulous views over the Angus county side. We loved the spa (swam and used the sauna every day). We would recommend the Arbroath cliff walk , followed by lunch in Arbroath. Paula and Robert were very welcoming and helpful. I can't recommend Balgarvie Home Farm highly enough, I hope to return next year.

Our family of 5 stayed for 3 nights as part of a weekend of birthday celebrations and with the intention of skiing and snowboarding. The cottage was clean and cosy and tastefully decorated with super comfy beds and a lovely log burner. Our teens loved the mezzanine den. Due to conditions we only had one day skiing but we enjoyed a trip to Braemar for lunch and Linn of Dee for a walk. Lovely views from the cottage too. Hope to return and would recommend 🙂👍. Wilma elképesztően kedves házigazda. Volt néhány kérdésünk és mindig gyorsan válaszolt. A szállást nagyon könnyű elfoglalni, a gps a pontos helyszínre vezet éa a kulcsszéfből könnyű kivenni a kulcsot. A ház elhelyezkedése fantasztikus, a kilátás mesés, reggel a sirályok énekét hallgatni nagyszerű volt. A ház 6 személynek is kényelmesen helyt ad, nagy tágas terek vannak, a 2 fürdő és a konyha is kellemesen tágas. A közelben volt bolt és étterem is, a parton hatalmasat lehet sétálni a napfelkelték pedig mesések.

loved staying in this house and especially enjoyed the garden and immediate access to the sea. sunrise and sunset views were beautiful and calming. with everything I needed on the ground floor i didn't need to use the upstairs- the stairs were extremely steep and the only downside to the kitchen was how narrow it was - not wheelchair accessible (as I did have my mum visit on day). overall the place was clean, cozy, the bed was comfortable, shower good and I had a great stay.

Lovely quaint little flat with wonderful views across the water. Loved watching all the comings and goings of boats and local wildlife. The accommodation was cosy and comfortable. There was a fine attention to detail, as it catered for every need. I would highly recommend it for one or two people and would love to come back again!

Great base for exploring the Scottish countryside at the foot of Cairngorms. We liked being away from town in a peaceful/private setting (the pretty river alongside the cabin was in full spate!) still within reach of supplies. Comfy beds with heaters (bonus during our February visit), cozy sitting room with log burner, en suite shower with good water pressure and a bath upstairs, kitchen well-equipped for self-catering (bring condiments beyond salt/pepper), riverside hot tub was nice on the cold evenings. Simon was a lovely host/caretaker/guide and chef (we had him cook for us on the last night -- venison and smoked salmon recommended!). Arranged with Sharpee for yummy homemade bread and cake on arrival (cost). Locally, gorgeous Reekie Linn waterfall defo worth a visit for those with good walking shoes and no fear of heights; get a scone afterward at Peel Farm. Glenshee ski area had snow when we visited but only beginner runs open (we opted for a snowy hike). Overall a fab time here!

Accommodation was super. Host has clearly gone to great effort ensuring everything needed was there. Very short walk to M&S. Flat centrally heated and very cozy for wintertime. We will definitely return for further visits to our home city! Jim and Ailean

Had a long stay for twenty four nights. Absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. Very clean and comfortable place to stay with a wonderful host Abbi and her family. Brilliant wet room with underfloor heating. Very comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this place to anyone visiting Montrose,It's first class.

Ann was the perfect host, really communicative and friendly in all her messages. The accommodation was superb, fantastic open plan living space which was great for family all being together for New Year. Facilities and amenities in the flat were first rate, we’ve stayed in a few Air BnB properties in Broughty Ferry and Ann’s has been one of the top ones! Looking forward to future stays here. Thanks for making our stay to visit family in The Ferry so easy!

Beautiful view of the golf course and North Sea. Great bay window for enjoying the view and people watching. Very close to everything. I would suggest making reservations if you would like to eat at The Rookery across the street at the golf course. There is a train right behind the apartment but it is a super quiet lite rail type that whispers by in under a second. We saw it but didn't hear it hardly. There are three flights of stairs that could be a problem for mobility impaired or out of shape, especially with heavy luggage. It is a very peaceful area and spacious home. Gray and the local contact were very responsive when I had questions about how to use the radiator. Both are good people. I would be happy to stay there again.

Just returned from a 5 night stay in Samantha’s flat, which is a hidden gem centrally situated in the town. So many places to see, access lovely walks, eat & drink, and shop are within easy walking distance. The flat itself was bright, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and so comfortable it was a pleasure to return every day. It has everything to make it feel like home from home, and there are lots of little extras included, like kitchen & breakfast essentials, bathroom toiletries and even a water filter which I really appreciated. Samantha’s communication was excellent, and although I didn’t need to make any additional contact as everything was more than satisfactory, it was good to know she was always available if needed. Would readily this recommend accommodation to anyone having a stay in Arbroath & would love to return!
