Stayed for 2 days, Mr. Kish was very friendly person and responses were very quick from his side, and Care taker Ramesh is super proactive, very nice guy and supportive, our checkin and checkout went very smoothly, place is extremely nice and very calm, peaceful and private. Very nice place for family get together parties and for friends and any kind of events. Very big bungalow and nice greenery around. Overall our stay at retreat was super awesome. Thanks to host Kish and care taker Ramesh .

Perfect getaway from the city in the middle of a coffee plantation. I’d definitely visit again. Serene and calm. The hosts were super proactive and gave us all instructions. They also were prompt to respond to any questions. Special shoutout to Shanthi, who took care of all our meals and made sure our stay was pleasant. Highly recommend this place and the local food was definitely one of the highlights. The other caretakers at the estate also made our stay super memorable.

I had a wonderful stay this beautiful apartment, view is amazing. The apartment is full of great furniture and well decorated with lots of interesting pictures and items making the whole place feel homely. The kitchen is fully kitted out, making it easy to cook of an evening. The bed was comfortable as too were the pillows. The location is two minutes from the beach, great view to see the sunset and there’s a large supermarket get anything you need and local restaurants near by also. If you’re visiting Kannur by payyamnalam beach I would recommend this wonderful apartment to stay. Anju and Raj were welcoming, helpful with suggestions and great hosts….. Thank you..

The stay was awesome as it is our first Airbnb experience with our 3 year old kid. All required facilities were there, and it almost felt like our home. It was easy to cook food for our kid and ourselves, which everyone wants in a long trip. Prasanna Ma’am ensured that our stay was pleasant and explained everything in detail. She also helped us with local recommendations as we wanted a taste of the local culture. She is a true gem hosting an amazing property for travellers like us. The view from the house will make you stay and enjoy the vibe. Don’t miss the place if you are planning to do away with the Kannur and Thalassery traffic!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming heritage property hosted by the warm and welcoming Sahil and Sobha. Their hospitality was exceptional, and the highlight was undoubtedly the delicious home-cooked meals they prepared with love. The hosts, both talented artists, have beautifully infused their creative essence into the house, making it a true reflection of their personalities. Situated next to serene backwaters, the property offers breathtaking views of the sunrise in the morning—a perfect start to the day. Adding to the charm is a swimming pool on the premises, surrounded by lush greenery, coconut trees, vibrant plants, and a picturesque fountain. The heritage elements in the décor were captivating, making the stay an unforgettable blend of tradition, art, and nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and authentic experiences.

Amazing host, beautiful & well maintained property, great play to stay with family!! Pros: 1. 5bhk villa, can easily accommodate a large family 2. Fully furnished kitchen for cooking 3. Large dining table, the entire family can dine together 4. Large courtyard, ample parking space 5. Badminton court was lot of fun 6. Two living rooms and balcony, good place for bonding and spending time with family/ friends 7. Kids loved the bathtub We would love to come back, highly recommend the property to fellow travelers !!

Excellent property on AirBnB ! Amazing views, easy to find and ample space in house. Very good for an entire family ! Ayoob and Ahmed were excellent hosts, very helpful and friendly. Overall had a wonderful time. Only very small issue was that the cleaning staff didnt do a great job before we reached, but I understand that to be a rare incident that has happened.

We stayed in pepperberry hills Homestay in Hegla for 4 days. We were a group of 4 people, and we had a very pleasant stay and felt very much at home. The homestay is located at a beautiful coffee estate, with lots of open spaces. Perfectly suited for a large group, and very comfortable if planning with family.The rooms were very clean, and was spacious overall. There were lot of common places (living room, open dining area) for spending time as a group. The host, Sidharth was very friendly and accommodative. He was always easily reachable.The estate walk was so refreshing in the morning and worth the price.. Special thanks to shalini who is the cook and the house-help. She was extremely sweet, and provided us with wonderful breakfast with lots of love. Thank you Sidharth. Would refer your place to friends too.

This is my first Airbnb experience, and I was quite skeptical about it as I wasn't sure if my family will like it. But, after we got to this place there were no regrets. My family had great time enjoying the entire period of our stay. Mus is a great host and he proactively reached out to me as soon as I booked his flat. He gave me clear instructions on how to reach the place and shared his number too for any guidance. The check-in was hassle-free and the flat was super clean. Mus had all the basic amenities, stocked the refrigerator with water bottles and had all basic toiletries. Mus had put-up clear instructions with post-its and it was really helpful. My family was able to use the kitchen for our basic needs. Overall, it was a great place and it will be my first choice when I return to Kannur. Thank you, Mus for being a wonderful host.
