Really very very satisfied and happy with the stay..The host Gitane gave exact description about location and also the amenities available. Pratiksha, the manager at the place is so friendly and helpful. she gave us a lot of information regarding the local sight seeings and restaurants. The care taker at the villa, Das and 2 other people really took good care of us. They way they interact, cook food, serve us and also helped us buy other items from local shops and stuff. Defenitely worth place to stay. A group of tourists staying in this villa can enjoy to the peaks. We a group of 8 cousins stayed at this place and had lot of fun for 3 days. We really feel like not vacating the place but we had to. A special mention about a friendly pet named Mogli. He was soo sweet.

The Villa is nice , airy and has 3 bedrooms with balconies in 2 bedrooms attached baths in all 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is good. Other 2 are okay. Lobby is spacious for upto 6-7 persons, bathrooms are functional. The place is good overall, has parking space for you rental/own vehicle adjacent to your villa. Mahesh the caretaker is nice too. Complimentary Cleaning is available only between 11 am to 2 pm. Suggestions: If you are not in your villa in this time you’ll have to mange cleaning on your own. If an option for evening slot for cleaning (even if at a nominal fee) is also provided that would be great. Better linen will make the experience even more premium.

A really good stay, we came for a family getaway and this was a really great place for us to spend some quality time together. the host was extremely prompt in communication, the manager, Reece and especially the caretaker taker, bishnu were awesome, always ready to help. bishnu prepared tea, delicious chicken curry and breakfast. although our stay was short it was absolutely perfect. the property itself is big, the architecture is really interesting yet morden amenities are provided. pool as pretty good but has coarse stone so one should be careful not to hurt themselves but excellent grip and perfect depth. we enjoyed all our time in the pool. theres board games and cards which were were playing through the night Definitely a great place for a peaceful escape or exploring the island

We absolutely loved our stay at Umravi Villa! Naman and the team were incredibly helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The villa itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool and a rooftop featuring a bar counter, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Special thanks to the caretaker, Sonu, who took care of everything seamlessly. His cooking was amazing, and he made us feel right at home with his humble and attentive nature.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Very nice. The staff was very cooperative. The food prepared by the chef was wonderful. Feels like home. The pool and everything was clean. I would love to stay in the property again.

Indrajit’s airbnb felt like home. Every corner of the house was beautiful. The kitchen had all the amenities. The rooms were spacious. Every bedroom has a balcony which has amazing views. The terrace was just another vibe. Overall, the stay was very comfortable. The property was neat and clean. Would definitely recommend it, if you are planning to stay in North Goa!

Excellent service for the housekeeping team. Well sized rooms and comfortable beds. Beach was about 10 to 15 min walk and the main road was just 5 min away with lots of eating places. Very convenient location and quite central. Rosy and her team took great care always providing service for our large group with a smile. We had dinner most days at the vill and she and her team are an excellent cook.

Rajendra is very responsive, the place was neat and clean, andhad a good Audio Video system setup in the Living room. We had a great time staying here. The swimming pool was exactly as shown in photos, kept neat and clean. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. We had requested an early check-in, although there were guests who were checking out on our check-in day, Rajendra made sure he got the cleaning done asap so that we can move in, and by noo,and we had house available for us.

We had a great stay and Patricia a great host. The place is in a great location accessible to restaurants, beach and shopping. The host communicated through out our stay. Would highly recommend the place for a peaceful holiday

This 5BHK fully furnished villa in Calangute, Goa, near Fairfield by Marriott, is an absolute gem. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, and provides a homely feel, making it perfect for our group of 15 guests. The private swimming pool was a fantastic addition, offering a great spot to relax. The villa also has a lift, making it very convenient, and the security is top-notch. Praful, the host, and his caretaker were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, allowing us early check-in and late check-out. They even provided a complimentary breakfast for all 15 guests, which was much appreciated. Overall, this villa offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, with outstanding service from Praful and his team. loved the stay. The house is warm and has basic amenities to live. It was very clean and well kept with beautifully done internal architecture. Small but enough for 1-2 people. Quite accessible and not crowded surroundings.

I had the pleasure of staying at Gaurav's villa and it was amazing! I must point out that I've stayed at multiple properties hosted by Gaurav and the experience has always been great. Don't think twice before booking this home! The house is part of a beautiful gated society. As soon as you enter the gate, the entire place is filled with greenery and plants. There is car parking and 24/7 security making the place extremely secure. The staff was friendly and our co-host Aakash constantly communicated with us to make sure we were comfortable. He even helped with reliable contacts for cabs and car rentals which was a big plus for us! The house itself is very spacious and has all amenities including small things like a hair dryer and iron which makes it extremely convenient. The private garden area feels great to chill in. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals and the bathrooms and rooms are squeaky clean. The pool is maintained very well and we always had it to ourselve

This is a wonderful, well equipped cottage in a beautiful location. Having a clean and private swimming pool is an absolute luxury. Prashant and Ragni are wonderful hosts and can't do enough to make your stay thoroughly enjoyable giving advice on things to do and sharing knowledge of the local area and India as a whole. The only negative is the amount of litter and rubbish which seems to be a problem throughout Goa. This is not a reflection on the standard of accommodation we had and not something Prashant and Ragini can do much about. Overall we had a wonderful two months and would recommend this place to anyone wishing for a peaceful stay in Goa. Thankyou Prashant and Ragni.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

She was responsive, we checked in late due to flight delay. The only thing that troubled us was reaching there. Just only that. It is in village near mandrem beach peaceful and serene surroundings.

I recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Goa, and it was an amazing experience! The location is close to all restaurants & north goa attractions and beaches, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The property was beautifully maintained, clean, and had all the amenities we could ask for including comfortable beds, and a cozy living area, outdoor area. Our host Ashok & caretaker Narayan was warm ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Ashok provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Goa.
