Great place to stay. My family and I felt right at home in this cozy apartment in the prime part of Des Moines. You will love the comfort and convenience of this place as if you live here! I hope to book again the next time we are in town!

I had a wonderful stay here. The space was exactly as described—cozy, clean, and well-maintained. It was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect retreat after a long day of work. The unit was peaceful and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The host was also communicative and provided clear instructions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

It was a quick one-night stay, but the apartment was really nice, super clean, worked perfectly. We used the garage to keep our car out of the snow and when we weren’t sure where our unit was in the building, one of the neighbors stopped to help us and was very friendly!

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend! Place was overall clean and spacious. Kitchen was stocked with all the basic cooking supplies we’d need. Location felt safe and quiet. Only downsides - they were out of some of the listed amenities (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) and the bath mat was wet/dirty when we arrived. Check in/check out process was easy.

Megan was super responsive answering my questions before and during my stay. Perfect location. Easy walk to great food, beverage and coffee shop.

The place is clean, functional, and good for a mid-term stay of a few weeks. Comfortable memory foam beds, cozy fireplace, and a convection oven for cooking were some of my favorite features. If you’re looking to visit Infinity Functional Neurology (neurodevelopment) Center like so many, this is 4-5 mins drive! The hosts responded with my need for hangers and wash cloths the very first day I arrived and noticed they were missing - I was very surprised. Throughout the stay the hosts were friendly, helpful, and checkout instructions were reasonable and clear. They have other properties in the area and I would 100% recommend this place or them as hosts for other properties. Some things to consider: it requires you to use stairs up one flight, there is a bathtub and a standup shower for all access needs

This was the perfect peaceful get away to do a small Christmas with our son in SheepGate. I would highly recommend for family quiet time.

We had a great time at James’ place! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and easy to access. It’s above a bar so there was noise in the afternoon and evening, but nothing over the top. James was responsive to any questions we had; check in and out was simple. Location was in walking distance of lots of good places to eat, drink and shop. We appreciated the gift cards and put them to good use! Will definitely stay there again during my next visit!

This was a great home away from home while we visited our daughter who lives just minutes away. The place was clean, attractive, and comfortable, and we appreciated the off-street parking. Ryan was very friendly and a great host. We will definitely visit again!

This was a great West Des Moines location. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. It was absolutely pristine! The host did a great job communicating. We really enjoyed our visit and would love to stay here again on our next visit!

Such a cute and cozy space! It has a great deck to sit out on and drink coffee!! Walking distance from some fun breweries! Close to downtown and a short ride to the fairgrounds! Would stay here again!

Was in town for a conference. The skyways really helped shield from the cold. Close to the grocery store too. Well appointed gym with brand new equipment a plus!

Very nice building with secured access. In a bit of a revitalization neighborhood with some mix of updated buildings and businesses. Mild construction sites & sounds.

Sleepover was wonderful! Stayed there for a little weekend away and really enjoyed the space. Close to a lot of GREAT restaurants and local little bars, as well as a block over from the sculpture park, which is always fun to walk by. Hosts were SO communicative and wonderful, sending messages before arrival and departure with instructions, really so helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Jake’s place for a short vacation. The location was perfect it was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Everything was clean and peaceful. The hot tub was really nice also. We definitely would stay here again.

Cozy cottage it is! Owners were extremely responsive and accommodating. They thought of everything from fuzzy bath robes, to complimentary cinnamon rolls, and even foam around the little metal toe killers under the bed! It was definitely warm and cozy on a cold and windy night. The deck and hotub were fantastic. Everything was spotless and was super private. 10/10 Highly recommend - will be back again!
