Sara’s listing was very lovely and had a very homey feel with lots of traditional furniture and tons of natural light. Each bedroom has its own vibe. There’s a narrow staircase that leads up to the living space which might be troublesome for some older folk but other than that I love everything else. We didn’t need to use the stove or any appliances but there’s was basically everyone you would need, plus there were some chickens running around the backyard which was fun. Would stay here again. Not too far from downtown.

Ann Margaret was a wonderful host, checking in regularly to make sure everything was working for me. She and Judy left many special touches around the space (delicious breakfast treats, glass bottles of filtered water, a heavy duty ice scraper for my car) to make it feel like a very personal experience despite the ample privacy. I loved the space which was homey in an elevated way. It was a great retreat for a busy visit to Ann Arbor.

We had a great time and it was so easy to get to the arena and back. Our dogs were very comfortable and slept the whole time! Thank you so much

Enjoyed my time here! Lots of space and the fenced years was great for my little dog. Good location near downtown Ferndale on a nice, quiet street. I had some trouble getting into the house at first, but the host was very responsive and found a solution.

We simply parked our car behind the unit and enjoyed everything that Kerrytown and Main Street have to offer! A wonderful place if you’d like to walk easily from shops, to restaurants, to entertainment. We had a great stay!

Very clean, well decorated and cozy rehabbed home on 14 Mile in Birmingham. Location is excellent for getting around as it is close to Birmingham, Royal Oak, etc. via Woodward Ave. We enjoyed our stay around the holidays and appreciated the owners clear instructions and communications with any concerns. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay at a 2BR 2 BA home in that area.

A completely private space with plenty of room, very comfortable and wonderful 'extra' touches (like some beverages in the fridge and homemade cookies upon check-in :-) They done a great job with the space and it's a lovely residential community very near/a short drive from anything you could want in Ann Arbor. Exactly as advertised - book with confidence!

We had a great stay! If you want a home away from home Airbnb this is the place for you. Very cozy and close to Detroit and everything you need.

A very nice and clean up-to-date space with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, and plenty of extras including towels, paper goods, even some handy snacks. Kathleen was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and we expect to return for a future visit.

Was a wonderful stay and would definitely book again. Plenty of spots for good eats and drink, some within walking distance and others only a 5-10 minute car ride. Very spacious and has pretty much everything you need from cooking supplies to a places to hang with your whole group. Both nights we stayed were quiet and never felt unsafe in the area, if anything we just belonged to the normal crowd.

we needed a place that offered walking distance to the big mall and other nearby shops. location was great, with a cozy living room and well-equipped bathroom. plenty of space to stretch out for the four of us: a married couple with two adult kids.

Good host and nice location near the walking path along the river. For more than one couple, slightly awkward that the primary bed is right in the living room with no privacy, but otherwise a good place.

It was a very cute space and had a very comfortable bed and sitting area. The neighborhood was really cute and I was able to walk around easily.
