Loved our stay! Jessica is wonderful with great recommendations! The place is really nice with view of the water and I really enjoyed running through the adjacent park. The place has everything you need and is very close to Busch Garden for those of you looking for something near the theme park.

We had such a great vacation at the Kiwi Cottage! The house was perfect & just as described. We loved having the private pool & hot tub. We rented the golf cart, which to me is a must b/c it made getting around the island & to the beach a breeze! Our trip begun with tropical storm Debby hitting us the first day, but the house was cozy, it sat high up & we had no issues at all! Craig stayed in touch with us to make sure all was good & that we were safe. Our dog absolutely loved the house too & felt right at home! Would definitely rent again!!

We had a wonderful Christmas at this charming cottage in Dunedin, FL! The home was immaculate, with a cozy yet open living, dining, and kitchen concept that made it perfect for family gatherings. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 clean, modern bathrooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The backyard was a standout feature—spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful retreat, yet we were just minutes away from the vibrant downtown area, filled with great shops, restaurants, and attractions. This cottage truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Dunedin! Thank you, TJ & Kim🎄😊

Went for my daughter's Spring Break and took her friend and my college aged son. We had an amazing time. Great location. Close to beach and stores. Only downfall was one bathroom, but it was also a choice we made going in. Plenty to do at the house and surrounding area. Loved the swim spa. The house was spacious even with the 5 of us staying there!

I stayed here for a week with my partner and 2 friends, we had an amazing time. The property is close to shops and a few restaurants. We had an amazing time and we would highly recommend Amy as a host! Answered the few questions we had very quickly and told us exactly what we needed to know. Will deffo stay here again the next time we travel to Florida!

Madeline impeccably restored the cottage post hurricanes. Her home has everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Access to the beach is nearby. The back yard has amenities galore. Perfect!

We had everything we needed at This Fine Home! It was cozy, well stocked, and had lots of thoughtful touches! The home was extremely comfortable as we're the beds. I loved the backyard and the privacy it provided! I definitely recommend this location! It was also extremely close to everything I needed and wanted to do!

This was our second stay in this property. It is clean, quiet and private, and we felt very safe. It’s convenient and close to the bay and restaurants.

Michael’s Citrus Cottage was perfect for our 6 day stay in Dunedin! It had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I have seen in all the Airbnbs I have been to. The location is perfect also. Less than a 10 min walk to many restaurants, to 7 microbreweries, and many stores to satisfy your shopping itch. I would stay at Michel’s place again should we travel to Dunedin again.

Everything was great! Gloria is a great communicator. She was responsive, friendly and helpful. Her home was exactly as described. She even went and turned the lights and ac on ahead of our late night arrival.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

Martine's cottage was very clean and cute! Just as described. It was perfect for a three night stay. Very quiet. Plenty of street parking. Martine allowed us to check in a little early (which was great due to our arrival time to Clearwater) and met us for check-in. She also provided restaurant and park recommendations for the local area. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Canopy Cottage is one of our very favorite Airbnb places! We loved the uniqueness of staying in an Old Florida restored cottage. Jami had thought of everything we needed for stay and with fresh tulips on the table we felt very welcomed! We loved the screened in front and back porches where would start our day. The neighborhood was very quiet and not far from restaurants, shopping and the beach! I would definitely stay at the cottage again!

We arrived at night days late due to flight cancellations from home weather. Ashley and Josh were very understanding and welcoming. They were responsive and kind throughout our stay. Their daughter showed our kids around the property and shared her toys, making everyone feel welcome. The back house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The area is beautiful and we felt very safe with our small children. We enjoyed walks to feed the cows, playing with the dogs, finding frogs, watching lizard play, listening to birds, dipping out feet in the pool, and collecting eggs from the chickens. The location was convenient for getting to many locations in and around Tampa.

Stay was great the space was clean and easy to get in and out of. It is a bit of a drive anywhere you want to go as there is really no close by dinning or shopping areas within a short walking distance, not the hosts fault though. Our children enjoyed the pool and dock as well as the toys and beach items available. The only other thing I would add is if you are a light sleeper or awake easily be prepared for semi-loud commercial vehicles etc early in the morning, there were fans supplied in the main bedroom which may help with this as the windows are single pane and let a-lot of noise through. Over all it was a nice place for our family of 5 to stay and we enjoyed our time in the sunshine state!! Thanks Becca

Great location very close to the beach. Terry is a great host and accurate in her descriptions. While there were some businesses still closed because of the hurricanes (no fault of Terry's), there are still PLENTY of excellent dining/shopping options close by. Also, the trolley system is excellent (and at a very reasonable rate with the Flamingo pass) for getting around the coast from north of Clearwater down to St. Petersburg, with trolley stops going north and south just steps away. 5 stars.

Very cute small cabins on the boardwalk, cannot beat the view. I did not realize these are reserved thru the county so you have to check in at the Outpost desk where they are also taking food/drink orders and selling bait. There is live music on site every weekend. Check the outpost’s social media page for events.

We love the Sun Cottage. This is our second stay there. A really nice place. Within walking distance or short drive to the beach. Lauren responded to our questions very quickly. We stayed two months so we really appreciated the washer/dryer and the stocked kitchen. We would definitely book again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the "All Hands on Deck" cottage in the Casa Limomada resort. The cottage is bright and airy and surprisingly large. The decor can be described as eclectic/whimsical/Tropical/beach/retro. Very comfortable and inviting. A washer and dryer (nice to have) are very conveniently situated just outside the back door off of the kitchen. Great location less than a block from the beautiful Lido public beach and an easy hike to the St. Armands Circle shops and restaurants.

We had a great visit at Tom’s beach cottage! Tom was a great host and was very responsive to anything we needed. The house was very cute and the location was AMAZING. Steps to the beach, can watch the sunset from your porch, and bars/restaurants within easy walking distance. I can’t say enough great things about the location. The place was a little tight with 2 adults and 3 kids so I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with more than that. We really appreciated how there were PLENTY of towels as well as beach equipment already there. Overall, we had a great stay!

Fabulous time at hidden cove - only thing to keep in mind is there are only 2 beach chairs so if you’re with a bunch of beach bound guests that could be a consideration. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again when we want to be in the Bradenton area.

This was the first time staying in an Airbnb and I highly recommend this property and the management company, 5 stars ⭐️ . The home was just as advertised but better. Home was sparkling clean and I own a cleaning business in Tampa, so that says a lot! It was walkable to the beach, great restaurants and grocery stores. Everything you need for the first day/night to get you started on your getaway. The pool was clean and we loved the beach sand area of the pool area! The host and his associates were very responsive. We look forward to staying at this house or any of the other 29 properties the host has!

The location is golden. The place was private and had a perfect outdoor space for a dog. The cottage was very clean, sheets were fresh. We felt very comfortable and it's nice to have a king size bed. It is in walking distance to everything! Parking was easy.
