A great house for two families with kids! Very clean and spacious. The heated hot tub and pool was amazing! The host was very friendly and responsive. The drive to Siesta Key beach was short ever with traffic. We would definitely come back!

Great landing pad for the last leg of our stay in Florida. Incredibly convenient beach access, on site parking, and functional layout.

This condo is in a great location - a 5 minute walk to the beach. Very well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. We will definitely come back to this Airbnb. Thank you, Jade. Sandra Nichols

the Guest House exceeded our expectations, it was like being at home. The grounds are amazing, right on the river with several areas to enjoy the scenery and wildlife. We will stay there every time we visit the area.

Robert and Roberta were very welcoming and accommodating. We had a grill available which was great since we grill a lot. It was nice using the hot tub and we may have been the first ones using their pool this spring! Thanks for the stay. We had a great time!

Great clean place to stay at and they were very fair on price

Cozy and comfortable cottage. Great location, clean space, and appreciated having the extra space for my family versus a hotel at comparable costs. Basic items like coffee, welcome snacks, dish washing pods, etc, appreciated to make the most out of our short stay.

Romualda’s home was very clean, beautiful, and modern. She was very communicated from the time we booked the AirBnb, to the time we checked in, and the time we checked out. We felt right at home as she had many ameneties that were offered and more. We will definately book again next time we are in town.

We had a wonderful time in Sarasota. Maureen and Patrick are clearly hosting pros. The kitchen was well-stocked, so we cooked most of our meals, made coffee/tea in the mornings, and kept groceries from the nearby Publix in the fridge. We enjoyed making dinner and sitting out on the screened in porch. The neighborhood was very residential and safe. The bathrooms and bedrooms were well-stocked and comfortable. Five college girls slept comfortably across the three rooms and I would say one more could definitely have fit as well. The house had a carport with a washer and dryer with detergent, beach chairs, umbrellas, and puzzles. Even when it rained, we enjoyed sitting in the house and reading because the space was relaxing and comfortable If you’re planning on going to the beach, download the Bayrunner/Breeze Rider apps to catch the free trolley. The trolley was a short walk away through the neighborhood and we enjoyed riding to the beach every morning.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was the perfect size for the three of us. We originally had it reserved for us and both of the kids, so Jeff had the extra bed there waiting for us. We've been coming to St. Pete for 7 years and I love the historic old charm of the houses and streets. Jeff definitely went the extra mile with lining the stove with foil and having every convenience of home. Already going to schedule our next stay with Jeff. Also loved the central A/C!!!! Great private place to stay in St.Pete.

I cannot emphasize enough how perfect the facility itself is and how incredibly responsive, kind and helpful Liz is. You will not ever meet a better host.

Aaron's place is very centrally located - most restaurants and attractions were only minutes away. The neighborhood is very nice, felt safe. House was very clean and backyard was private.

Home was decorated lovely and had a relaxing outdoor space. We enjoyed the proximity to Clam Bayou and many a leisurely walks around the neighborhood.

Stay was wonderful. house was perfect, hosts were incredibly thoughtful and responsive. My family of 8 travels together so the two bathrooms was a little tight. Would have loved an extra bathroom or two for the price but the heated pool more than made up for it. The heated pool kept my grandson entertained and enthralled all week as did the toys made available to him. in addition, the childproof amenities were amazing and made the trip easy and relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with an Airbnb! The house was beautiful and was exactly as described. It had all the comforts of home and made our holiday easy and worry free. The outdoor patio with the fabulous pool was definitely a highlight! I would recommend this place to family and friends, and even hope to return myself someday.

The place was nice. We would only suggest a little more comfortable seating in the living room and more light. It was really hard to see when the sun went down. The place was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Location quiet and peaceful. Check in very easy. Communication prompt and clear. Wonderful experience overall.

We had so much fun! Beautiful location and extremely clean property. Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. They even went the extra mile and decorated the place with Christmas decorations while we were there over the holidays. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Flamingo house. The house was well supplied, and clean. I would definitely recommend this house for any one that has a bigger family to accommodate for. The children enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Yvonne was very easy to work with and always responded when we had questions.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.
