The place was as described. Well maintained and even the host was responsive to all queries. Milk was provided by the host in the morning. Will surely recommend if anyone is searching for a peaceful and private space in chennai.

My experience at Thangamma Residency was fantastic and exceeded my expectations especially as it was my first solo trip! Deepa (The host) was very attentive and provided great local recommendations. She is incredibly welcoming, friendly and responsive, ensuring my stay was enjoyable. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and located in a quiet neighborhood, making it perfect for relaxation. I really felt like I was at home! The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere just like the pictures. I appreciated the peaceful surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. Easy access for taxi bookings and food delivery. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the main road and shops. Amenities included - A/C in both rooms, mosquito nets on all windows and the front door, hot water (geysers) in both bathrooms, iron and board, comfortable beds, washing machine, WiFi, dish TV, fully equipped kitchen (although no microwave) and washing machine! Great place!

I recently stayed at this place (since this is new apartment no name) and was thoroughly impressed with the wonderful service and amenities. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The staff (Mr.Suresh and Mr.Anbarasan) were friendly, especualy Mr.Prashant was so carrying, he used to text and ask, and responsive to all my needs. They made me feel right at home and were always available to assist. Kitchen had all the utensils more than what we required. The location was perfect, with easy access to hospital, restaurants and super market. I loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the apartment, which made for a great retreat after a long day. I would highly recommend Mr.Prashant's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I wish to stay again.

We had a comfortable stay at this place. It is very conveniently located with all amenities available at walking distance. Sumi was very responsive at all times and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is spacious with big rooms and everything was provided as per description. It has elevator access as well which was required for us, due to my mom’s surgery. We didn’t have any problem during our stay. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy comfortable.

Mr. and Mrs. Pervez were a gracious and kind host. They made us feel welcome and provided appropriate suggestions & guidance. The cleaning lady as well as the watchman were very helpful too. If possible, have a chat and exchange stories. You are in for a treat.

Place was clean with all amenities. Though it was located in middle of TNagar action but still tucked away in quite and peaceful lane. Walkable to many shopping area and restaurants. Proactive and constant communication from host.

I’m not exaggerating—this comes from someone who is very picky about accommodations. The location is central yet on a quiet, low-traffic route, making it easy to get around. For those relying on Uber or auto-rickshaws, it’s perfectly accessible. When staying at an Airbnb, my must-haves are quietness, cleanliness (especially the bathroom), location, and privacy—and Nihal's place checked all the boxes! The space was very clean, the washing machine was a huge plus, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. I also had a great night’s sleep without any disturbances. Lastly, Nihal was a fantastic host—highly responsive, helpful, and attentive to every need. When I return to Chennai, I’ll definitely stay at Nihal's place again for a much longer visit. Highly recommend staying here!

Throughout my travels to multiple countries, this stay stood out for its quality. The host was highly responsive, promptly answering questions and attending to calls, ensuring a seamless experience. I have stayed at Airbnb villas in ECR but couldn't find this level of hospitality and kitchen provisions there. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a well-maintained and hospitable place to stay.

What we saw was what we got. The apartment was way cozier and impeccable than we expected . Ahmed and his team did a bang up job at providing the best experience possible. Functional and modern would best describe the place. Anyone who’s on the lookout for a safe and comfortable stay in Chennai should definitely go for this place.

We had a wonderful time at Gayathri’s place. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy to get to lots of interesting parts of the city. We found a good number of play areas and activities nearby as well to take our two young children to. We will definitely choose this stay during our future visits without hesitation!

We had an excellent stay at Beekay’s place. This place is close to everything guests want. Sangeetha Veg Restaurant is in just 5 minutes walking distance. Beekay is super helpful. We loved the stay here.

I really had a pleasant Experience and felt like home being a traveller. I loved the hospitality they showed to me. Pradha madam was a super host and very helpful. Highly recommended for solo travellers, it’s a safe and comfortable place!

Everything was good from check in to check out, if anything needed always an care taker will be available at service. Looking forward to stay in future.

Hard to get Auto and cabs to this place. Apartment is very good.

We stayed almost 3 weeks at Pravins place. the flat was lovely, had everything you needed. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen. The communal pool was gorgeous, and most of time very quiet. They have a few rules....no swimming between 12 and 3, and Monday closed for cleaning. A nice restaurant at the end of the road.... who delivered food in minutes. Big Basket also good at deliveries if groceries. All in all very comfortable.

A lovely host who makes you feel right at home,even buying some groceries for you to have. The apartment is spotlessly clean and so well furnished with quality appliances and utensils that you can use. Bedding, towels actually the works are of extremely high standards. The apartment is absolutely beautiful,airy and bright and lovely terrace as well. Definitely one of the best hosts and places to stay. Absolutely recommended.
