10/10 service. The house is in a perfect location not far from the Medina and it has multiple shops around the area. Nourdin was always there to help us with thing is the house, activities and booking taxis.

This place was one of the best places I have stayed in Marakesh. Amazing location, great host and service from the staff. Honestly, not one complaint at all. Perfect. Thank you very much. Close to everything, literally down stairs.

Good location for long term living with a wonderful view of the city. We can find all the necessary shops, restaurants around us. Local grocery and meat store just downstairs and we can buy breakfast on the street in the morning. We love this neighborhood as it is not touristy at all and the people, vendors are very nice to us. Our host, Simo, is also very responsive and responsible. My husband and I both need good internet for video conferencing and initially the internet didn’t work but Simo was always there and upgraded his internet/wifi to the best plan- fiber optic. We are very grateful he solved this problem in a timely manner. We also found all the necessary tools for cooking every day during our stay.

Really nice place, Ismail the host could literally not have done more to make our stay special, balcony is lovely, nice bright and open, and the location is great, 3-4 mins walk to the main shops Zara etc. Really great stay, thank you :)

لقد استمتعت بإقامتي في هذه الشقة كثيرا كانت الشقة نظيفة جدا ومنظمة عند وصولي. الموقع كان أحد أفضل مميزاتها، حيث أنها قريبة من جميع المرافق الأساسية مثلا، مرجان على مسافة قريبة، مما جعل التسوق سهلاً ومريحا. الشقة مجهزة بكل ما قد تحتاجه لإقامة مريحة، من أدوات المطبخ إلى الإنترنت السريع. كما أن المساحة كانت مناسبة لي، سواء للاسترخاء أو للعمل. استمتعت بالهدوء والراحة، مع أن كل شيء كان في متناول اليد. إذا كنت تبحث عن مكان مريح وموقع ممتاز مع سهولة الوصول إلى المرافق والمواصلات، أنصحك بشدة بهذه الشقة

This is a large apartment located in the new city of Marrakech. It is easy to get to the Medina by city bus. There is a large market called Karouf within a 10-minute walk, so it is easy to buy groceries. The living room is very spacious, so it is suitable for gathering and talking.

Totalement incroyable ce Riad. Un séjour en famille à refaire. On s'est toujours senti en sécurité dans les petites ruelles. Quartier authentique. Les gens super sympas. Super accueil de l'aéroport jusqu'au Riad.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa. Idéalement située sur la route d’Amizmiz, la résidence golfique est très agréable à vivre. Le voisinage de l’hôtel Fairmont avec ses très bons restaurants est un vrai plus. Un grand merci à Fatimzara pour sa présence quotidienne et ses repas variés. Nous confirmons que ses crêpes sont délicieuses. Les espaces extérieurs sont particulièrement agréables. La piscine est plus grande qu’elle n’y parait sur les photos. En bref un très bon séjour qui a permis de ressourcer l’ensemble de la famille.

Le logement de Mario est très bien placé et tout est fait pour passer un bon séjour . Séjour en juillet pour ma part il faisait très chaud mais la piscine très grande est très propre et la climatisation dans l’appartement qui fonctionne très bien est un vrai plus. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé un séjour magique. La villa était située dans un cadre exceptionnel face au magnifique golf dAlmelkis à Marrakech. Tout était absolument parfait : la villa est somptueusement décorée, très bien entretenue et idéalement placée pour profiter de la tranquillité et de la beauté des lieux. Le personnel a été incroyable, toujours attentif et aux petits soins, anticipant nos moindres besoins et faisant tout pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Chaque journée était une nouvelle découverte, tant par la qualité de l’accueil que par le cadre enchanteur. Merci pour cette parenthèse de rêve, nous reviendrons sans hésiter ! Emmanuel Dormeuil

My entire family had an amazing stay in Marrakesh, and we can’t thank Aziz and his family enough for his incredible hospitality and kindness. We loved the home made dinners and tea upon arrival. Aziz and his family truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and learn more about the culture and help us with organizing our sight-seeing trips. The villa is spacious, comfortable, clean and has everything that you need for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen has all the appliances you need. With small kids it's great to have an option to wash some clothes when needed. The villa is large enough to host 2 families, however, there are extra costs when you need more than 4 bedrooms. The pool is also nice to have, for extra costs there is a heating option available so that's nice and comfy, our kids really enjoyed themselves. Our kids loved the turtles in the garden as well. We highly recommend to stay in this villa to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Marrakesh!

After some stressful months in NYC, I decided to have a peaceful vacation in Morocco, my happy place. Since I still needed to work, I needed the perfect place to relax but do some work at the same time. Khalid's place provided the perfect balance between the hustle and bustle of the city and the peacefulness and relaxation that I was looking for. Communication with Khalid was excellent and he was very responsive, professional, and friendly. A great place to stay! Highly recommended!
