很開心找到這房源，因為是回台探親，所以這裡讓我有家的感覺，加分的是有洗衣機、停車場。附近有很多餐廳及超市，非常方便！ 如果再回台灣一定會再來住！

Good environment, 2 bathroom just nice for 7 person. 7 Eleven is very near and convenient.

Amazing location, great food nearby within walking distance--the room is extremely clean and spacious, even better than we expected.

地理位置佳，房東回覆也很即時，是個很好的體驗

雖然後來原訂房間無法出租幫我換了另一個地點溝通花了一點時間，但入住經驗良好，房間也很乾淨。可惜沒有對外窗略封閉了一些，有機會還是會再去。

房間很乾淨空間很大 房東人很好 唯一的缺點是在非常安靜的住宅區 壓力有點大

位置很好，交通便利，設施齊全，並且乾淨整潔，整體體驗非常好！管家小哥細心認真，本來無法收看有線電視，在說明問題後小哥十分鐘就來到了房間，迅速解決問題。非常滿意，會推薦給其他房客！

Very beautiful and elegant duplex apartment, which separates the areas very well. It has huge windows that provide an awesome view of the city and a high ceiling that gives the feeling of spaciousness. It is very well equipped with quality furniture and a washing machine with a dryer function. The bed is very comfortable, and there are two air conditioners: one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The host is very welcoming; he was waiting for us to show us the apartment and answer any questions we had. He also sent us recommendations of things to do. There are many shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. Including a very large Carrefour. It felt just like home.

we had a wonderful stay at Eda's place which is a really nice, light apartment with a full kitchen and comfortable beds and a comfy sofa area and full dining area. we were traveling with 2 kids so it was really great to have a large bright space to share. Eda was an exceptional host who was always super quick to get back to us and even helped arrange a lovely lady called Grace to babysit (thank you Grace!). Eda and Grace both went above and beyond to help us. we were able to launder our clothes and felt we had a really comfortable base to explore Tainan.. highly recommend

Beautiful home! Lots of rooms and great amenities (lots of bathrooms, toys for kids, mahjong table, cute furniture like out of a ghibli movie). One thing to notice, the electromagnet is controlled by a light switch so don’t turn everything off when leaving!

we were a group of three students looking to go to yanshui's beehive festival. This was the closest accommodation to the event. it met our needs perfectly as an inexpensive place to sleep after the event. host was friendly and responsive via text and translation apps. it was perfect for us.

便宜溫馨~不被打擾，應該有的都有~ 房東親切~停車格比較難找~但隔壁國小假日沒活動可以停車~ 覺得便宜實惠~是乾淨的~ 還有機會來台南可以再來住哦~

This is the location where you want to stay in Tainan, walking distance to all the sights and eats. Spacious apartment with two private rooms and very good sound insulation (not always the case in this city). Bathrooms are modern and clean, and the large sunset-facing balcony is an absolute game changer. If I ever come back to Tainan in a group of four, this will be my first choice.

房間很大很有家的感覺，住起來像在自己家一樣非常舒適。周圍是住宅區很安靜，離市區雖然遠一點但開車其實都很方便，下次還會考慮入住！

房源位於成功大學週邊，鬧中取靜且交通便利、覓食也非常便利..停車場也在附近。屋內乾淨舒服，很有家的味道，可以很輕鬆自在...孩子們都很喜歡！！ 整個住房體驗式非常棒的！！ 下次再訪台南，必定會是我的第一首選！！

Clean, quiet, and in a convenient area near public bike share and food. Laundry on rooftop with drying was a plus.

整潔乾淨的環境、晚上非常安靜！非常適合怕吵的朋友來入住！下次到台南依然還是會選擇這邊來入住！

空間十分寬敞溫馨，如前面旅客留言，現場比照片更優秀，小朋友一進屋就驚呼連連，屋主非常好溝通。周邊有便利商店、全聯採買上也很方便。旁邊不到100公尺有停車場，但是費用偏高（假日一小時$50，無上限）。

房源更精且整潔，近海安路附近生活機能方便。

有停車位很方便，裝修有質感，隔音非常好，空間也超大，環境非常乾淨，看得出屋主用心維護！！ 床是我住過數一數二好睡的！！值得推薦！！

很開心入住小家！採光明亮又整潔舒適，簡直是我夢想中的家🥺處處都感覺生活感，卻又不會有入住別人家的拘束感～Arise也很友善，貼心關懷也回訊息很快💓希望小家能遇到更多懂得珍惜的旅客，也期待有機會再回來。
