What you see in pictures is all true. The place was cozy and comfortable. Claire was always checking in and was helpful when we had questions. Me and family did say when we come back to DC. this will be our place! What sold me on this place was the private parking space, parking on the street is just toooo much! LOL! Thanks for being a great host Claire!

We found the location of this air bnb to downtown great! We walked everywhere! The apartment was quiet and felt nice and bright and spacious. We loved the garage parking and the ease of getting in and out of the property. We did have an issue when we arrived to the apartment. It took about 45 mins to get ahold of the bnb contact but when they did respond they addressed the issue as quickly as was possible. While it wasn’t the best start of our trip, they went out of their way to compensate us for our lost time spent the first day which we really appreciated. We understand things happen and the way they handled the issue would make me comfortable to use their bnb again. Overall a great place to stay in Annapolis!

Ian is very responsive to any questions. His place is a gem with an amazing rooftop patio and living room balcony. Close to all the bars and restaurants on 14th Street. Quiet building. Very clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!

I lucked into David's place while attending a conference in National Harbor. The two-bedroom apartment was large, recently refurbished and more than met my needs. It was extremely convenient to the convention center. The staff at the resort were helpful and pleasant and the jacuzzi tub in the apartment --and lovely outdoor jacuzzi in the main resort-- ended up being a treat as well as a blessing for my sore back. The price is high but so are all the hotel prices in the area plus the apartment is big and there were amenities at the Club Wyndham that you don't get at other places. Would stay again if I have to return for another conference

Sean’s place was great, I felt right at home. The apartment was exactly how it looked in pictures, he provided every time you could think of and the neighborhood was quiet. i definitely would stay again.

This was a beautiful place. It felt safe while inside. The showers were wonderful and there was always hot water. The beds were extremely comfortable with very firm pillows & the best covers. Hans's instructions were detailed and as long as you follow them, you won't have any problems. As I mentioned to Hans, the neighborhood is a bit scary. There are constantly sirens, people walking the streets all times of the day & night, fighting, and the excitement of having Chick-fil-A right next door wore off quickly when we realized they close at 5pm also because of the neighborhood. Obviously, this is not Hans's fault. Just a good place to stay in pairs. It's not far from the capital and the Lyfts are friendly & drive descent. Uber Eats is quick & the food was hot. No one was staying above us until the last night & you can hear footsteps with shoes on. Hans does request no shoes be worn inside. This could be why. Despite all of that, I would definitely stay here again.

District Cottage was perfect for our spring break trip to DC. The place is spotless and meticulously maintained. We found the location great to explore all of DC walking. We also had no problem fining street parking in the neighborhood. Thank you Ivan and Stephen for your hospitality.

We continue to return to Allen’s whenever we come to DC. It is a comfortable, peaceful unit with a parking arrangement that offers a secure place to store our bikes.

We had a fantastic experience! Our hosts Aleksa and Sophia were absolutely fantastic - responsive with any questions and also very helpful with our stay in DC with recommendations on food and transportation etc. They even helped us get a free street parking permit after it was difficult for me to get our big van in the garage. Aleksa even has his own Creperie just around the corner called “The Big Chef” and it’s absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our weeklong vacation in DC. Very easy to get to public transportation and easy to take a taxi/uber (I would recommend the “Curb” app if taking taxis - much cheaper than Uber. We would love to visit again! Thanks for a great experience!

Great place to stay for our family of six. Worked perfect

Great place with very clear check-in and parking instructions. It’s in a great area and extremely walkable to everything. We didn’t use public transportation while in town but there appeared to be several bus stops to downtown DC nearby. The sound machines in each room are great and we didn’t hear the other neighbors or any street noise which was great for our dogs. Our dogs loved the space and walking at the waterfront park. Would love to stay here again.

Christopher's place was perfect for our weekend girls trip to DC. It was just outside of the city, which meant less traffic and noise. The neighborhood felt very safe and parking was easy to find at all times. The unit itself is cozy - kitchen was very clean and beds were comfy. Board games and local food recommendations were also provided and were much appreciated! Overall, we had a great time!

Perfect Airbnb for our family of four during our Spring Break visit to DC. Loved how close it was to the metro and so many great restaurants within walking distance! Super nice neighbors. Christopher was kind to print a parking pass for us so we could park on the street without getting ticketed. Only suggest would be to make sure it's clear that you have to walk up two flights of stairs w/o an elevator in case someone isn't able to do it with their luggage.

Stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my daughter’s second birthday. Place is very kid friendly, the pack n play already being there was very helpful for us. Very walkable to many restaurants and bars. The bedrooms are a good size and the shower had great water pressure. Kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed. Would recommend this place to family and friends and would also rebook again

Great place, super close to Gaylord where our conference was held. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance!

The house look just like the pictures wonder view from the roof, and it was relatively clean… I have no complaints. It’s a nice place if you wanna stay near Baltimore Harbor. A+

It was a great place to stay for a conference at the Gaylord. Very quick walk, maybe 4 minutes from the convention center. I also was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. Very cool and spacious.

Amazing stay with an amazing view! Such a cute, very clean place with an awesome seafood restaurant in walking distance! Best crab cake and crab dip I ever had. Definitely going to stay again!!
