Had a fantastic stay in this charming barn! Charlie & Rebecca did a great job designing this space, it's a perfect layout and creates a very cozy space, everyone felt right at home. Our two dogs loved it as well, the property is full of walking trails and felt very private and safe for them to roam around, and there are so many good smells! They loved laying in the sun on the big deck, and we loved laying in the hot tub! It was the perfect couple nights of relaxation. The lack of microwave is a bit inconvenient, but the kitchen is beautifully equip for all your cooking needs! This is a wonderful little retreat in a beautiful, quiet landscape, with amazing beaches and scenery all around.

Nice neighbourhood, we slept well, mattresses and rooms were comfy. Flavia greeted us when we arrived and she is a very nice person. House is very “busy” when you enter the house you realize that the family lives in there when not rented which is ok. A lot of their personal belongings were still in the house, so don’t be surprised. other than that, it was quiet, we had all we needed to cook and rest. I would rent again.

Brought our baby along with a pack'n'play. The bedroom had great blackout curtains, so baby slept soundly! Also, check-in instructions were very clear.

Very cozy place! It was right by the water with a beautiful view. Very convenient as well. We were about a 30 minutes drive from Downtown Halifax. Ashley was very responsive and helpful. Beautiful place and amazing host! I'd stay there again. :)

A delightful, quirky, comfortable home. We were in Nova Scotia to visit with our adult kids who are attending university - it was a great space for visiting and hanging out, and the upstairs loft space was a nice bright room where one could retreat to read or do work. Mike and Michelline were wonderful hosts.

This was our second stay with this host at the same address. We'll be back for sure, as long as she'll have us!

This is our second time staying at this host's properties. Last year, we stayed in the cottage at the back. We loved it so much we brought friends with us this year. And we’re already planning another trip for next March. It's a beautiful location with a clean environment, lovely hosts, and such a wonderful atmosphere. We felt at home in Halifax at Pete's place, it was clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Pete promptly answered our questions and let us check in early. Parking was easy in this quiet neighborhood that is still within walking distance from Hydrostone Market

PAM &J.P on été extraordinaires. Nous avons été ravis par notre séjour et sommes tombés en amour avec la Nouvelle-Ecosse. Les animaux étaient un extra inattendus. Gustave va beaucoup s’ennuyer de Maple. Petit commentaire QUI N’EST PAS UNE CRITIQUE. Le réfrigérateur n’est pas très grand alors, ne pas faire une trop grosse épicerie à chaque fois. Nous sommes arrivés avec trop de choses et tout ne rentrait pas. Mais encore une fois ce n’est pas grave. Il y une épicerie pas tres loin. Ça se fait très bien. Faut juste pas prévoir trop longtemps d’avance si vous avez une grosse famille comme la mienne. La piscine est extraordinaire!!!!! Près de pleins de belles plages . Nous avons passé un super beau moment en famille!!!

Fantastic hosts. Dream heritage property with total privacy and a heated pool in a park like setting; we booked that property pretty much every year for the last seven years. Rob and Barb are constantly improving the property, there is always something new to discover, whether it's a new appliance, or a brand new landscaped river frontage inviting you to sit and watch river and ocean life whilst sipping a glass of tasty red provided with the welcome basket. We enjoyed eating out at the Lunenburg restaurants, as much as we enjoyed cooking a delicious meal at their place, which is fully equipped, one can easily cook up a gourmet meal. Golden! Lovely little inn in Grand Pre. Easy to find, easy check in. Room had nice up to date furnishings. The restaurant Longfellow was excellent. Food and service outstanding. 1 minute away is lovely winery where we did tasting and following day we rode bike trail to Wolfville for lunch. Loved the area and our accommodations

My Husband and I had a very relaxing mini-moon at Barclay and Jennifer’s trailer after a hectic week of wedding events. Barclay and Jennifer were on site and responded to any issues or questions we had. They came over when we arrived to make sure we got into the trailer and explained how things worked. The trailer was very comfortable with heat (which was needed during the crisp fall nights) The view was spectacular, watching the sun rise from the deck with a cup of coffee. Barclay had lots of wood for us to have a campfire and even took wood down to the beach fire pit for us. The whole trip was very relaxing and the perfect “glamping” experience. We will be back for sure!

Walking into this Airbnb, I was in totally AW! I travel often and can honestly say I found the best Airbnb so far, right here at home! Dan was an amazing host and has such great taste. From the furniture and decor to the ambience and music playing through the home when you enter, it doesn’t get more luxurious than this. Everything you could possibly need to cook a great meal. All of the space you could ask for if travelling with a group. Dan really allows his guests to feel right at home. In the study, there’s a drink station where you can make your own slushies, pop, tea and coffee. On the top floor, off the master bed, there is the most beautiful hottub with harbour views. This place is worth every single cent. Not a single complaint to be made here. This is most definitely a repeater and I highly recommend to absolutely anybody thinking about it. We had a lovely stay at Jill’s place! We loved relaxing at the end of each evening in the hot tub/swim spa pool, with a beautiful water view! Our kids loved their stay and we always had something fun to do! We loved the added touch of board games, there were many to choose from! Beds were incredibly comfortable, would recommend this stay to any family looking to have a nice relaxing get a way!

Jenn's country home was exactly as portrayed. It was truly a home away from home. With a family with tons of individual needs, Jenn delivered. She was an excellent host and responded within a timely manner to all messages. I loved that I got what I paid for🤗 I would definitely reccommend a stay at Jenn's.

Hussein and Jessica are excellent hosts. The place was new, super tidy and modern and had everything I needed. They responded quickly to any questions I had and were excellent hosts. I’d definitely stay here again.

This private accommodation was just as described and exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen was well equipped (ample supply of dishes, glasses pots/pans & some food provisions to start the stay), clean and comfortable to work in. The view was exceptional (we were very lucky with the weather!) and the clear, dark night sky was spectacular. The bed was comfortable and roomy, with high quality linens. The jet tub was very relaxing. The warmth from the wood stove made the whole place cosy... great for reading a good book with a glass of 🍷. Thanks for sharing Myrtle!

Absolutely loved our stay! Felt so secluded and private - like we were in the middle of the woods somewhere even though it’s just a few minutes from town. The tiny home was roomier than expected, great kitchen and bathroom. The property is well thought out with little hang out areas and we absolutely loved using the trails. Highly recommend, especially if you have a dog with you, it’s the perfect spot to explore without having to even get in your car! Kitchen was perfectly stocked with really thoughtful touches throughout.

Stayed for two weeks at the the Little Red Cottage - what a find (both the accommodation and the host, Valentina)! Perfectly placed, only a 15-20 walk (pavemented) to Annapolis Royal and the lovely selection of eateries and shops and renowned Saturday market. House was spotlessly clean and had everything you could wish for. The outside was the perfect spot to watch the stunning sunrises and to relax around the fire pit in the evening. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay in an adorable, well furnished and colorful cottage close to the sea. The cottage itself has everything you need, including a wonderful hot tube. The location is just perfect, very quite and close to the sea as of the main touristic attractions. Last but not least, Sean and his husband were fantastic and so friendly - they made our stay even better. We Will definitely come back :)

This was our Second stay at Jody & Daniel’s Country vibes Air BnB & it was just as great as our last stay. We booked Thanksgiving weekend & it felt right at home. Jody & Daniel have everything you could think of needing during a stay away, making it easy to pack up & go. With twins that makes things so much easier for our family 😊 100% will be back again.
