Such a beautiful stay. We felt like we were privileged to stay in someone’s clearly well-loved and superbly appointed home. Mar was just so warm and friendly - met us to hand over the key and continued to offer superb recommendations throughout our stay. She made us feel like family! The house is superb - do not hesitate to stay here.

Virkelig dejligt sted at holde ferie. Den mest fantastiske udsigt, ligesom den skal være på Symi. Værten var meget imødekommende og der blev taget hånd om værelset ift. linned og håndklæder og lettere rengøring. Man skal være opmærksom på de mange trappetrin, men det er turen værd.

Öncelikle belirtmem lazım hijyenden yana hiç endişeniz olmasın, ev gerçekten tertemiz teslim edildi ve oldukça konforluydu. Sahibi Melis hanım oldukca güleryüzlü, yardımsever ve insan canlısı bir kadın sıcak ve yardımcı tavrı için ve sunduğu konforlu konaklama için kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz ☺️

This place was perfect for what we needed it for. Its very small but the bed was super comfy and seemed bigger than a king size! The host kindly organised a taxi for us to pick us up free of charge and the taxi man walked us to the property as well as give us some basic information about where we could go in Symi. I didnt realise it was so high up so it was a bit of a walk each day however we found two hidden authentic family ran greek restaurants within the village so it was perfect. Highly recommend and a fantastic host!

Ev konumu Datça’nın merkezine çok yakın ve bulması bizim için kolay oldu.Bulunduğu konum itibariyle deniz açık şekilde gören,sessiz sakin ve huzurlu bir ortamı vardı.evde ihtiyaç duyulabilecek çoğu eşya bulunmaktaydı. İki çocuklu bir aile olarak gayet rahat ettik. Ev ferah döşenmişti. Evimizin konforundaydı.Datça ya gelinmişse kesinlikle aracınız olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.Ev sahibi ihtiyaç duyduğumuzda hemen dönüş sağladı.Berna hanıma bize unutulmaz bir konaklama imkanı sunduğu için teşekkür ederim.

Öncelikle çok tatlı bir ev. Gerçekten tatlı. Giriş kısmı basic fakat bir o kadar da size özel ki oradan içeri girmek istemiyorsunuz. Ki bizde öyle yaptık. Evde tam olarak ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. Her şey. Konum olarak merkeze bir minibüs uzaklığında. Yakın koylarına <mandalline ve kargı> yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz 10-15 dk gibi bir sürede. Evin hemen alt köşesinde bir market mevcut. Datça zaten çok güzel bi yermiş evimiz de güzel olunca bize unutulmayacak bir tatil yaşattı. Çiğdem hanım çok tatlı ve de ulaşılabilir biri. Sorduğum sorulara hızlı bir şekilde yanıt alabildim

Eşim ve kızım güvenli bir şekilde kaldı. Bir de araba kiraladılar . Tüm adayı gezdiler George çok destek oldu. Ev temiz ve serindi. Merdivensiz erişim, rahat ulaşım . Feribota markete yakın. 10 gün sonra eşim beni de aynı yere götürmek istedi ama talep yoğun olduğu için bu kez yer bulamadım. Tekrar tekrar gideceğiz

Eylül ayında hafif rüzgarlı ama çok güzel bir tatil yaptık . Gerek koyların sakinliği , gerek denizin güzelliği çok memnun kaldık. Ev sahibi de girişte olsun , tatil esnasında olsun her zaman ilgiliydi ve her sorumuza hızlı bir şekilde dönüş yaptı , yardımcı oldu . Tatil programımızı oluşturmamızda ev sahibinin büyük payı vardı , verimli bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı . Evin bahçesi tamamen bize aitti ve çok rahattık . Ev de tertemizdi . Tavsiye ediyorum düşünmeden rezervasyon yapabilirsiniz . İyi tatillerr

I would go back to Gavriela's time and time again. It is in a sunny position with views of the hills. Yet only a stone throw away from the harbour on foot and to the local sandy beach - with crystal clear waters. Then walk back to the local taverna's to watch the world go by or get the water taxi or local bus only 2.5 Euro's to other towns and beaches on Symi. It was the great compromise to both self cater and dine locally. With some useful items in the apartment; under counter fridge, coffee maker, milk warmer, microwave, sandwich maker, iron and hair drier. The balcony was a suntrap and great for breakfast !! The only draw back was the shallow bedroom ceiling at the staircase end this was reflected in the price - so beware if your taller than 4ft. However the head height does improve at the far end. I would highly recommend and delightful host and well cared for by the daily room service - a lovely touch.

Antonella hanım ve Murat beyin evleri Akturda konaklanabilecek en iyi konut. Evin içi özenle dekore edilmiş. Özellikle mutfak malzemelerini çok beğendik. Evin balkonunda yaşadık diyebiliriz. Hemen önünde küçük bir dere, derede ördekler, balıklar var. Deniz, market ve lokantalar eve çok yakın. Evde klima yok üç adet tavan pervanesi var ama zaten Ağustos ayında bile klimaya ihtiyaç olmuyor. Site çok profesyonelce yönetiliyor. Her gün sinek ilaçlaması yapıldı. Bir tane sinek görmedik. Deniz ise harikulade. Geçirdiğimiz en huzurlu tatildi. Her şey için tekrar teşekkürler 🙏

Beautiful stylish home with great hosts and a fantastic location. Isabelle Et Francois were wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. Local tips were spot on and look forward to returning to both Symi and their place.

We very much appraciate our stay in this beautiful 1 bedroom apartments in a small condominium located in a walking distance to Marmaris historical center, port and bus station. The apratments are situated on a 2nd floor of a new building in a very private surroundings, with pine forest, the small and nice swimming pool and outside kitchen/barbeque area. The apartments were very clean nicely decorated and furnished, the kitchen was fully stoked. TV, AC, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and cloth washing machines are like new and works perfect. Nice and relaxing view from the balcony to the pool area and forest. Private parking is provided and very convinient. Definely will return back to this place next year. Highly recomment it.

Where do I start?! We never wanted to leave; that’s how at home we felt during our stay. We had a late check in due to our flight which was absolutely no issue at all, Marios was so understanding of this and had his wonderful father greet us. I have never experienced such a lovely, well informed and kind host! He walked us through the entire apartment and gave us all the information we needed, anything else that we might need we could just message Marios and he would reply almost immediately every single time, the communication was next to none. The house is stunning, just like the photos and feels secure and safe. It’s quite well connected for supermarkets and restaurants and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need to cook for yourself. The only feedback is that we had a few issues with the hot water, it wasn’t always hot and we had to take quite a few cold baths. That being said we had reported this issues to Marios and he was very helpful. HIGHLY recommend!

Greg and his team were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and their communication was absolutely excellent - would give 10 stars if we could! They picked us up from the airport and on check out, they kept our bags so that we could enjoy our last day with no issues. They even collected us with our bags at our desired time and location and gave us a lift to the airport. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful- the pictures don’t do it justice. The location and price is unmatched. We are a very active couple and the location meant that we were able to go for mornings runs and to the local outdoor gyms in the mornings and enjoy the short 5 minute walk into the old town for dinner in the evenings. The property is very close to bus stops so that you can get around the island easily without needing to hire a car. We would absolutely come back to this beautiful apartment. Thank you Greg and team for your lovely hospitality and for our amazing holiday memories!

Stefanakis's Airbnb was the best stay during our entire Greece tour. The place has it all - modern amenities, unbeatable location, and most importantly a very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time! The flat is even better than in the pictures. The pool with the view is just incredible. Bed is comfy and the Communication was super easy and helpful. The area is also great and quiet with good options to eat. Thank you and we will come back!

We can’t thank Irene enough for such a wonderful stay in such an idyllic place. Irene herself was an incredible host who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She also was super helpful and gave lots of great recommendations for places to see and is happy to help with hire cars/reservations. The apartment was absolutely spotless, with everything you might need and the extras of the pool and hot tub made the stay really special! The complex is very quiet and you often have the pool to yourself. Location to the airport was ideal and we enjoyed spotting the planes above but once you are inside you can’t even hear them! Definitely don’t let that put you off! There are some lovely authentic restaurants only a 10 minute walk away as well as supermarkets and takeaways. This place is a hidden gem and is definitely the place if you a looking for both a relaxing holiday and a great base to explore the island from. Thank you Irene and Georgios!
