This apartment has a great location, just a 7-8 minute walk from Kaohsiung Arena Station. The owner is very hospitable and provides useful information. The surrounding area is convenient for purchasing food and daily necessities.

這是第二次入住James的房源，性價比不錯，雖然過程發生一些小插曲，但問題處理的很迅速，未來來台南還會選擇住宿James的房源。

房東好熱情，有問必答，而且我們不小心打翻了湯汁，也立馬幫我們換床單，下次來台南可以再來這裡住。

You can tell that the host goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and at home. From the furnishing to the small bits and pieces like full set of toiletries, fruits and bread, bottled water machine, etc. Although lack of washing machine might deter people from longer stays. Parking is included and if you happen to pay for it in order to leave the carpark, the host will reimburse the full amount. Thumbs up. Guohua Youai Shopping District is literally right around the corner, plenty of local delicacies to sample. It's bustling at night but you don't hear that inside the house. 4th floor has a thick mattress and toilet with showers and bathtub, most privacy out of all floors. 3rd floor is tatami, 2nd floor kitchen and lounge and 1st floor has a toilet with shower and a sofa which can be converted to sofa bed. Ideal for the elderly people. Overall was satisfied with our stay, thank you to the host for the extra effort.

地理位置非常好找，住宿的地方附近算是熱鬧的地方，樓下就有超商，餐廳等等，非常方便。 住宿空間很整潔，房東回應速度超快，很熱情，也非常有耐心的解決問題，非常推薦大家可以來這住宿唷💪🏻

It’s a great experience which just like grandparents house. I believe that host spent a lot of time to decorate and keep everything running well. The best part is near the most popular tourism spot. You can spent great time every night and day. If you are the person who is wiling to find this spot in the historical alley. Sorry for typing English , wish everyone will have good time there for sure. If you want to live in, I will suggest driving might not be better because there are so crowded. The parking lot near also can help you saving some time.

距離台南熱鬧的地方很近，宵夜不用擔心 走一小段路就有7-11、全家及全聯，生活機能方便 在包棟的情況下 每層樓都有衛浴，對於女生多的情況很便利 有附盥洗用品，也不需要自行額外準備 房東在入住前也都有準備好路線說明等 訊息回覆也很快速 有機會一再回訪，讚讚

타이난 최고의 숙소입니다👍 10명의 가족이 머물렀습니다. 불편함이 없었습니다. 대만의 전통을 느낄 수 있습니다. 통풍이 잘되어 집이 시원하고 쾌적합니다. 세탁기를 사용할수 있습니다. 햇빛에 빨래를 말릴수도 있습니다. 근처에 맛있는 식당이 많이 있습니다. 정수기 사용이 가능하고 물이 깨끗합니다. 호스트가 답변이 빠르고 너무나 친절합니다. 타이난에서 즐거운 추억 많이 쌓았습니다. 최고입니다. 감사합니다.

we had a wonderful stay at Eda's place which is a really nice, light apartment with a full kitchen and comfortable beds and a comfy sofa area and full dining area. we were traveling with 2 kids so it was really great to have a large bright space to share. Eda was an exceptional host who was always super quick to get back to us and even helped arrange a lovely lady called Grace to babysit (thank you Grace!). Eda and Grace both went above and beyond to help us. we were able to launder our clothes and felt we had a really comfortable base to explore Tainan.. highly recommend

Jiajia was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She greeted us warmly upon arrival and provided a brief tour of the house, pointing out where to find key items, suggesting activities in the area, and noting that the location was conveniently close to many attractions. She was also very accommodating when we were running a bit late checking out. Although I noticed some dust in the couch crevices and the dish sponge wasn’t in the best shape, the house itself was overall clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed.

We enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very kind and friendly. The place is above a cafe that the hosts own, so the entrance/exit is rather unusual but we liked the quirkiness of it. The space was large enough for our family of 4 and very clean. It's also in a great location with many popular restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

Had a great stay at Emmy and Daniel’s place — so beautiful and looks exactly like the photos. Nestled within a peaceful alley surrounded by many great food spots. Emmy and Daniel were great hosts and took the time to introduce the space and history of Tainan. We were also well fed with their well stocked pantry and Emmy’s brownies. Look forward to coming back again 🫶🏻

整潔乾淨的環境、晚上非常安靜！非常適合怕吵的朋友來入住！下次到台南依然還是會選擇這邊來入住！

Extremely helpful and friendly host. She helped me with travel and non travel related things (like finding a doctor for my son). She gave a lot of helpful recommendations about where to go, what to eat and buy etc. The air bnb is spacious and we liked having 2 washrooms. There were 2 televisions, which was great. The air BNB is close to 711, cafes and many local restaurants. McDonald's and Starbucks are 10 minutes away. There is a laundromat very close by. The neighbourhood feels cozy and safe. We hope to come back one day!

這次連假期間，參加了台南古都馬拉松，因為入住了心宅，而使這躺旅程更加完美。 一推開灰藍色木門，讓人驚艷不已。 屋主很細心跟我們介紹，到處看的到屋主的小巧思，每一個細節都感受到時光you 鐫刻的美。 心宅對面有個小公園，可以騎著Ubike穿梭在市區，超自在。 下午在一樓打瞌睡，陽光照射在心宅院子裡透過植物空隙灑落在臉上的光斑讓我睡得酣畅，但是我也晒到臉紅紅☺️ 心宅離花園夜市很近，走路就可以到達，外帶了很多食物，只為了能夠在心宅待久一點，但也製造好多垃圾😭下次會帶保鮮盒的。 這躺台南之旅，因為心宅、回想起來依然覺得美好。 最後，謝謝屋主的羅宋麵包和甘蔗汁❤️

離國華街一些知名景點步行就可以到達 吃東西很方便

The place is very clean and Pei is very nice giving us local recommendations and tickets ¨̮ Will definitely come back if we come to Tainan again!
