Deniz was a delight to deal with - very responsive and helpful. Lovely apartment and perfect place to stay - in easy walking distance of the tram, supermarkets just round the corner. Lovely dogs!! Would definitely recommend

If you are planning to stay in this district of Avsallar, this place is one of the best. It is well-equipped, and as of January 2025, the equipment is in good condition, perfectly maintained, and carefully looked after by its hosts. The building is also tastefully decorated. However, having a car is highly recommended for this district of Avsallar. And dear Avsallar Municipality, I am sure that you will plant some greenery around, rlght? In conclusion, for me, seaside or Avsallar center accommodations are either too pricey or moderately conditioned and not well-maintained. This district is new and clean but requires a car for convenience.

the apartment is incredibly nice and cozy, it has everything you could possibly need. from the balcony you have some sea view which made me pleasantly surprised. you have walking distance to almost everything. I would highly recommend this apartment to others. Thank you❤️

One of the reasons I chose Mustafa's places was because of the good reviews, and I can only confirm them. In my opinion the best beach is only some 10 minutes walking and you've got all you need in the area. There is also a (frequent but a bit crowded) bus that drives you to the city center in some 20/30 min. (depends on the traffic really, which can be an issues in cities in Türkyie). Apartment is very well equipped and the air-conditioning worked very good, which is very important if you want to sleep well in Alanya in July/August-the electricity and water bill was also like described (very low compared to westeuropean standards right now). We stayed for 15 days and everything was great!

We were happy to spend nearly 2 weeks in İsmetcan’s apartment which brings back the true spirit of airbnb – feeling at home surrounded by care and family warmth. And the sweetest cats too)) The apartment is spacious, cozy, and well equipped. Perfectly working appliances, high-quality windows, air conditioner in every room, plenty of textiles, dishes, cleaning supplies, and even bottles of water for the cooler. There’s also a barbecue set by the stairs, ready for grilling fresh fish or kebabs. And the views deserve a special mention! Mountains from the master bedroom, the sea from two other rooms and the balcony, and sunsets from the kitchen. Heartfelt thanks to İsmetcan and his father (who treated us to fresh homemade eggs) for creating such a caring and cozy experience. It truly feels like the perfect spot for enjoying the charming energy of Kaş. Cant wait to return!

was good place to stay , Zubeyde waited for us to check in and went out of her way to drive us to store to get something for the kids to eat. good stay good location near couple grocery stores and park .

I had a great stay here as a digital nomad! It was the perfect place to both relax and do work. It was quiet, comfortable and great for staying focused and productive. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but the host Onur was incredibly responsive and took care of everything right away. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and work remotely in a peaceful environment. Thank you Onur for making my stay so enjoyable.

Wir haben uns in Murats Haus sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Toller Pool, schöne Aussicht..., gleich zu Fuß erreichbar ein gutes Lebensmittelgeschäft. Gerne wieder, 100% empfehlenswert

Eravamo un gruppo numeroso e la soluzione con i 4 alloggi è stata perfetta. Le abitazioni sono molto confortevoli : doppi bagni, area condizionata in tre locali, ottima pulizia e cucina fornitissima. Per noi è stato molto utile nel nostro viaggio itinerante la lavatrice! La piscina è stata un vero piacere per gli adulti edambini. Posto assolutamente da consigliare lontano dal caos di Kas!

Kerim’s hjem er super ren og rigtig flot. Der var desuden god plads til os alle en stor familie med 3 store børn. Svømmepool lige udenfor, det samme med stranden ☀️ på bagsiden findes der alle de butikker og restauranter så der er lidt godt til alle. Kerim er nem at kontakte. Jeg kan kun anbefale stedet og har lyst til at komme igen. Som beskrivelsen og billederne.
