A really special place to stay on Monte Isola, away from the main ports and tourists. The house design is unique and the outdoor space is the highlight with views of the lake - a beautiful reward after the 25 min uphill walk from Carzano and a great way to disconnect as there's no wifi. We had the last week of warm weather to enjoy the outdoor space but there are extra blankets so that you can sit outside to enjoy your coffee (french press + coffee provided) or a glass of wine. We also found that starting the hike from Giuseppe's place up to the peak was a much nicer route. It's worth noting that we stayed from Tuesday-Thursday end of October, so the restaurants in the close by village of Siviano (10 minute down hill walk from Giuseppe's) were closed at that time. But there's a 2 euro minibus that takes you to the main port of Peschiera where a couple of restaurants were still doing dinner. As the house is self-catered I'd recommend doing food shopping before getting to the island.

Localisation parfaite en sortie de rocade pour accessibilité voiture idéale et près de tous en transports en communs mais également faisable à pied. La personne gérant l'appartement est réactive et amicale. Je recommande !

C’était magnifique ! Le salon est une pure merveille. L’extérieur est paisible et la vue est à couper le souffle ! Néanmoins il faisait un peu chaud dans le salon en plein mois d’été. Mais on s’y est habitué. Merci pour tout

Eleonora is such a professional, kind, and understanding person. The apartment is in a great location and has everything you need. There is a park nearby, which is great if you’re staying with a dog. The apartment had all the essentials, and the terrace—😍😍 so cozy!

Very beautiful villa, with an amazing private park and stunning view! Nice and peaceful decoration and quite convenient location for the bus (C30 between Como and Bellagio) and basically directly at the lake. Just be aware about insects because of the Park and lake. It was an amazing stay! Definitely recommended!

Great place to spend your vacation at. We really enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. Esselunga supermarket is few steps away. The bus stop is so near that connects you easily to Metro station. Also, Parco Nord Milano is so close where we enjoyed waking and strolling. the apartment is well equipped, suny and very comfortable. thank you Christian, Giovanni and the whole managing team.
