Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce petit appartement de bord de mer. Les points forts de l'environnement sont les jardins d'orangers et de citronniers qui foisonnent, et, dans un autre registre, la proximité de la gare qui permet de se passer de voiture pour aller à Monaco, Menton, et même facilement à la frontière italienne.

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jennyfer! Elle est très sympathique et très réactif. La maison était propre et il ne manquait rien en équipement. L'espace extérieur est très beau et la piscine parfaite! Si on aime bien un peu marcher, le centre ville et la plage sont accessible à pied. J'espère revenir une prochaine fois :)

Un séjour réussi dans la belle maison de jeremy. Un hôte très réactif quand nous avons eu un petit soucis avec le portail, et très arrangeant quand à notre heure d’arrivée tardive! une literie de qualité, une cuisine très bien équipée, et l’atout majeur, l’extérieur très agréable!

Maison très agréable, confortable. Emplacement calme et reposant. Hôte discret mais à la fois arrangeant et disponible. Si l'occasion se représente, c'est sur que je reviendrai ici.

I stayed this house for five days. It was so beautiful place and huge. And also there is a small terrace, it was amazing!! We had a great time at that terrace everyday! The view is sooooo nice. And it is easy to go to the other city like Nice, Saint paul de vence, Antibes!! I highly recommend this house!

Nicolas et Veronique, la co-hôte, se sont montrés très disponibles et chaleureux en amont et pendant la période de location. Ils donnent pleins de conseils et des bons plans à faire dans la région ce qui nous a régalées tous le long du voyage. La location est très bien située, au calme dans une résidence et en même temps, à proximité de la plage, des supermarchés et de la gare TER(Le tout accessible à pied). Nous avons laissé la voiture dans le garage toute la semaine !

A+ all around! The host was fantastic - super responsive, friendly, great communication, and clear instructions. Check-in was a perfect balance of telling us what we needed to know to be helpful, but not overstaying or overdoing it. The unit was everything we dreamed of. Everything is 100% as pictured in terms of quality - great linens and towels too - and it was bigger inside than we were picturing. LOTS of space! The location is perfect - you're right by the tram and only a quick 5-10 minute walk and you're in Old Nice...basically in the action without the noise. Couple Nice Tips for Fun: -Coastal Walk was incredible -Nuance was our favorite restaurant -Walk around to the other side of the Port (away from Old Nice) and you'll find some great, quieter pebble beaches (stairs down) We hope to be back!

We had a wonderful time with our family at Christmas at Jérémie's villa. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is greatly located in a peaceful environment, and close to the harbor, shops and restaurants. Jérémie is a very good and friendly host. We were welcomed with champagne, wine and panettone! Jérémie responded quickly to any questions or problems we had during our stay. Thank you so much Jérémie!

The apartment is very conveniently located just a few minutes from the end of the Croisette and about a 15-minute walk from the Palais. For two people (or two couples) there is plenty of space, but just one shower. Be aware that one bedroom is situated on the roof, and you have to go up some pretty steep stairs, and walk across the outside terrace to get there. It's not inconvenient, just something to keep in mind. The apartment is clean, everything works, Caroline is super-quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice apartment, clean, quiet and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and relaxing terrace. Good size parking space in the garage with elevator access. Short walk to restaurants and shops in Port Santa Lucia and the laundromat in the marina car park, which was convenient when we needed to dry larger items quickly. We enjoyed being able to take shorter walks around the marina area and the pleasant walk along the coastal path to Saint-Raphael. Nathalie was a great host and very responsive.
