I cannot say enough good things about this condo! We love Antigua Village and have been here a few times before, but this condo is spectacular! So well renovated with high-end appliances, and Vanessa is such a gracious and helpful host. We so appreciate the hospitality and had a wonderful trip.

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Sarah's condo. It was super clean and spacious. Views from the condo were fantastic and it was just a short walk to the beach. Sarah was easy to communicate with and the condo had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Will definitely stay again...it was great!

The property is located steps away from the stunning Dickenson Beach. It can be a little busy but usually there is enough space on the beach. Sun loungers are provided but unfortunately on one or two occasions these have been reserved with towels for hours. I would suggest that security should remove them for the convenience of other guests. Otherwise the stay has been very enjoyable.

Great, clean apartment with an amazing view of the Caribbean sea. Well managed with 24x7 security and a day reception that was helpful for us to book cabs etc. The staff was very friendly and were also helpful for letting us stay a bit longer since our flight was in the evening. The location is perfect as it's pretty much right on the beach and there are several restaurants in neighbouring resorts + a convenient pickup point for excursions right on the beach. There's also a grocery store right outside the property which means you never have to drive / walk anywhere too far

Wonderful Studio. Outdoor area was lovely straight walk to the beach. Bed was very comfy. Would definitely recommend, & rebook! Thank you.

Nice apartment in a well-maintained environment. The only thing to criticise is that there was no water in the fridge upon arrival. Just a small aspect but very important to me !

We had a lovely week long stay during the holidays. Vanessa and her son are amazing hosts and were always responsive to any questions. It was great to have housekeeping service twice when we were there particularly because the villa doesn’t have a dishwasher and also with beach activities, towels need more frequent changing. The location of the villa is absolutely incredible. Just a few steps to the sand!

This unit is just as described. King bed great TV service. Many available channels. This is a small resort. No amenities other than the pool and beach. The beach is very nice. there are 4 restaurants in walking distance. There is a small convenience store next to the resort but very sparsely stocked. There is always a taxi available which is nice.(minimum charge 10.00 one way) Therefore 20.00 round trip to the grocery store which is 1.2 miles away. We did a couple of excursions ( extreme snorkeling and a 6 stop land tour through Viator) both were fantastic. We are glad we went but Aruba will always be our Carribean island of choice.

The Seaside Studio exceeded our expectations, along with the hospitality of Toy-Ann and John! We arranged with John to have someone pick us up at the airport, as we were coming in 2 nts early before our cruise departed and did not want to rent a car. We were timely met by friendly Toy-Ann, who was so accommodating, even let us stop at their local grocery. She was very informative about the island, & gave us many suggestions on what to do. Our check-in was very smooth and the studio - very clean, spacious, stocked kitchen with snacks & beverages & in a wonderful quiet condo village. We took advantage of the beach, Salt Plage (walkable, local restaurant & bar) that provided Steel Drums & music both nights. And the swimmable Tiki Bar, local bars on the beach and chaise lounges in the complex. Also, a nice pool. Toy-Ann also drove us to the port and showed us the downtown area of many markets to walk through before we departed on our cruise. We had a wonderful 2 nt stay!

What a stunning apartment, actually even nicer and more spacious than the photos! Well maintained and equipped, and very comfortably furnished, it was perfect for our needs. Natasha was wonderful, we arrived late after a delayed flight and managing to lock myself out of airbnb messaging thus unable to update on arrival time, but she was waiting with a very warm welcome, cool drinks and a fridge stocked with goodies - so lovely after a long day travelling. And throughout our stay so helpful and informative, advising on good restaurants and the best beaches for snorkeling. Nonsuch Resort is perfect - pristine swimming pools surrounded by beautiful well tended gardens, a nice little private beach, and Breezes the on site restaurant was very good. We loved Antigua and our stay in such a fabulous apartment, and are already dreaming about returning at some point!

This was one of the best destinations we have been to and Clare and Matts place really made it our best holiday ever. What an oasis to chill out in after the UK, cool, spacious well appointed accommodation, superb outside space with a lovely clean pool and plenty of loungers to relax on. The beautiful palm tree at the end of the garden was perfect shade in the afternoon sun. Stunning beaches to lay around on and warm clear water to swim and snorkel in. Shirley Heights jump up on Sunday was a must visit and we had a great time there. Andrew

Vanessa is an absolute gem of a host. She is kind, helpful and super responsive and supportive. Her son Josh welcomed us at arrival and gave us a full tour of the property and condo. The condo is beautiful and the veranda is such a nice place to relax and enjoy the warm weather band beautiful views in the shade. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and the condo is in great shape. I would definitely stay here again. The property is very quiet and the condo itself was extremely quiet. We never heard any neighbors (except the Sandals resort nightlife which quieted down by 10pm). Vanessa even set us up with a breakfast welcome package (key grocery items for breakfast). A Epicurean grocery story is a 7 min drive away and has everything you need for meals. The Salt Plage just 5 mins down the beach is a great lunch and dinner spot. Vanessa even had the place cleaned mid-week which was amazing. Highly recommend this property.

Well laid out 2 bed, 2 bath condo with pool and sea views. Kitchen was stocked with anything you need plates, pans and utensils. No close grocery store but grab some supplies when coming to the unit. Breeze restaurant was very nice. Ate there 4 or so times. High quality food with a view. Pools were nice though a tad chilly for our tastes. Greta to fill down after getting hot in the sun. Beach area had loungers and you bring your own towels, drinks etc. There is a small walk up bar area that has normal beachy drink and a small snack selection. We ventured into English Harbour most days and that was about a 30 min drive. Roads are a little rough in certain spots but manageable. The condo was very well maintained. A/C units in each room. Huge patio for relaxing, eating etc. Used smart tv a few times to watch Netflix shows.

Very nice block of 4 apartments set in well maintained grounds and pool. Air con in all rooms which was great. Was a bit tricky to find as there is no clear sign - but easy once you know! We met guests staying in other apartments when around the pool which was really nice, particularly for our daughter who got to play with other children. A short drive to Jolly Harbour where I played tennis and we used the pool and restaurant. There is a nice community down there who’s made us feel very welcome. Best local beach was Ffryes which was great and 5 mins drive. A couple of good restaurants across the road. We were very pleased with our stay, thank you Lavern, Mo & Michelle!

Maria and Paul were so accommodating and welcoming. The apartment was beautiful and well kitted out with everything you could possibly need. The pool is lovely and private with a great view of the harbour. Paul and Maria are very helpful and have such a great knowledge of the area providing incredible recommendations of activities and restaurants. If I was to come Antigua again I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here!!!

I celebrated my birthday at Annette’s home and I can honestly say it was everything as expected. Before we even arrived, Annette was super helpful with instructions for the place, recommendations on where to visit while visiting , etc. The moment we walked in Necole ( the host ) was there and immediately gave us a warm greeting. She was also such a great help with everything. Everything was spotless, there were no issues, everything was perfect. This place is secluded, private and so peaceful, yet still close enough(35min drive) to all of Antiguas attractions. Next time I visit, I will definitely be using Annette’s home 😊. I 100% recommend using if you are visiting Antigua.

Had a blast! The AirBnb was exactly as described and the host was very helpful and communicative to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Deze locatie is absoluut een 10 waard! Alles is tot in de finesses in orde. De keuken helemaal volledig uitgerust, alles was super schoon. Er stond een starters pakketje klaar in de ijskast. Cornisch is een top gastvrouw die haar vak verstaat. In één woord dit adres is een absolute aanrader. Het uitzicht was zo fantastisch dat we vaak thuis aten om er nog extra van te kunnen genieten.

The home looked like it did in the photos. It was clean, had supplies that we would need. Stacy was very responsive and accommodating. The hole is in a great location. It is quiet, there is a grocery store within walking distance; there a fine restaurants in the complex; the are local vendors; it is on the bus route; close to the beach.

Miss Kathleen greeted me with great kindness. Made me feel like family and made sure I had everything I needed. Very clean and equipped! Star, the cute protective family dog out back didn't interfere with me at all and I actually felt safer with him there. Location is approximately 15 mins drive from town and 20 mins from English Harbour. 30 mins from most beaches. The apartment is connected to the main house via a back shared room you have to pass through to exit. Sometimes Miss Kathleen and her husband have to use or pass through there. The kitchen windows with curtains and kitchen door with a dark tinted window face out into that back room. Doors all locked with keys. There is also a separate detached small home in the backyard where her son lives. This is all just to say that you are not completely locked off or isolated from seeing other people here if thats what you seek. Your bedroom and bathroom are definitely very private and lock as well. Nice overall

I would highly recommend this Villa. It was beautifully furnished with all amenities. The bed was one of the comfortable I have ever slept in. We were also given lots of help with recommendations for exploring the area.

This unit is very good value. Spotlessly clean 2 bedroom unit on the water on the North Finger. Marjorie was great greeting us and checking in to make the sure went well. Bed was very comfy and we slept great in this quiet secure location. If you’re not into walking, renting a golf cart or car will be useful. Would stay again.

Leonard and Claudine were there to let us in and show the apartment. They were very friendly and made us feel like family. Prior to arrival, Leonard arranged a rental car at a discount and he arranged a taxi when needed. They both were very helpful. Claudine brought us fruit from her trees and offered for me to pick herbs and spinach from the garden. The location was perfect, off the Main Street with a stunning view of the ocean from the private patio. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved our stay there and wholeheartedly recommend them.
