The location is excellent, offering both convenience and safety. Situated in a desirable area, we felt comfortable exploring the surroundings without any concerns. WiFi connection is reliable. Matteo is very responsive. The roof is nice and easy to access with a beautiful pool and charcoal bbq. However, the water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low, and the hot water was not consistent. Also while the furnishings were functional, they did not entirely match the listing photos. Despite these issues, I would still rate this property with a solid 5 stars, as I believe it offers good value for the price.

Our stay at Playa Bonita was incredible. The beach itself has everything you want, warm blue waters, calm and great for kids, with waves that don't knock you over but still allow you to surf. A cove steps away with an ocean pool. Close to many local restaurants, so we didn't have to drive to get meals. A 10 min drive into the main town to get groceries and visit many more restaurants. The place was as pictured and my family and I enjoyed the penthouse outdoor living area with kitchen. We shared meals there and played games after a day at the beach. The beds were comfortable and the space allowed us to have great gathering space but also allow you space from others when needed. Daniel and his staff were honest and very responsive. We didn't know the cleaners were coming mid stay and left all of our cash out in the open and it was untouched. This was an incredible stay, will definitely come back again.

This place was perfect!! I only wish I was able to stay longer than one night because we did get to enjoy it to it's fullest potential! So appealing and cozy...you can tell so much thought was put into this place. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the Isabela area!

O espaço é muito bom. As avaliações estão corretas. Vou deixar uma avaliação específica para famílias com crianças pequenas. A comunicação com os anfitriões é facil. Letícia nos ajudou em tudo, com lençóis extras para meu filho. O espaço é amplo, a varanda tem uma proteção suficiente para uma criança. A cozinha é completa para fazer refeições dos pequenos com utensílios de qualidade que ajudam no preparo. O apartamento é silencioso, virado para área interna. Andrea fornece um colchão inflável de qualidade com bomba elétrica que meu filho dormiu confortavelmente. A piscina é excelente para crianças, com duas profundidades seguras. O quarto é um pouco claro, mas conseguimos dormir bem mesmo assim. A praia publica é um pouco distante para andar com crianças pequenas, mas o foco da cidade são os passeios então achamos tranquilo. Voltaríamos.

I visited Santiago with 3 others and this place was perfect! The apartment building is VERY safe with a gate, security guards, and safety locks on all doors. The staff who work there are sweet and so hospitable. Hilario is an awesome host and so responsive. 10/10!

We just wrapped up a 4-night stay at Nicole’s place during our first trip to Puerto Rico, and it was wonderful! After weeks of searching, we found this spot in a great area, and it looked exactly like the photos. Nicole’s place is very clean and well-kept. We felt right at home. Her clear instructions made check-in and check-out a breeze. She was also very easy to reach for any questions. The parking pass was super handy, and her local recommendations were much appreciated. The neighborhood was easy to get around and felt safe. Highly recommend Nicole’s place for anyone visiting PR! Thanks again for hosting us! Hoping to be back in the near future!

I just spent a week at Andres' place for a girl's vacation, we had the best time. The apartment is beautiful and just like the pictures. Check in was super easy, they met us right there at the front door. They even arranged a taxi for us at the airport so getting there was a breeze. We had most meals in and it was so convenient, there is a grocery store within a 10 minute walk that carried everything we needed. The prices were also very inexpensive, much less than buying food in the US. Andres checked in with us shortly after we arrived and I was able to ask him any questions I had, he replied right away. The beach is gorgeous and very quiet right now, we pretty much had it all to ourselves. The water is pristine, crystal clear. There was some construction going on while we were there, but we didn't hear anything inside the apartment.I hope for another opportunity to stay in this apartment, I would definitely do it again!

Maria’s place was great! It was super affordable and beautiful. Unfortunately the neighbors dogs bark nonstop and it made it difficult to sleep, and this happened most consistently anywhere from 6am-10am. This is completely out of Maria’s control, though, and my group and I truly had a wonderful experience with her as our host. She was very communicative and chill and the check in / check out process was super easy. The location is accessible and has great food spots and bars within walking distance, and the beach is only 5 minutes away. We overall had a great experience staying with Maria!

L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas des principaux sites historiques, des restaurants et des boutiques, tout en offrant un havre de tranquillité. La maison est non seulement superbe, mais aussi très bien entretenue, avec une décoration qui mélange charme et authenticité. Chaque détail est pensé pour rendre le séjour confortable et agréable. Suzanne, l'hôte, est tout simplement parfaite. Elle a été incroyablement attentionnée, toujours disponible pour nous prodiguer des conseils et répondre à nos questions. Sa gentillesse et son aide précieuse ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. C'est une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés, et nous avons déjà hâte d'y revenir lors de notre prochain passage dans la zone coloniale ! Encore merci à Suzanne et à son équipe.

Nous avons eu un très beau séjour. Les lieux sont dans un bon état en général. Les rideaux de certaines chambres laissaient passer beaucoup trop de lumière mais notre hôte a été très réceptif et a installer de nouveau rideaux des que nous lui en avons fait mention. Certains éléments vue sur les photos étaient par contre manquant comme la table de ping pong ou la table de air hockey ainsi que la machine à eau. Par contre ils ont acheté une nouvelle machine à eau rapidement et sont venus l’installer. Notre hôte était très gentil et réceptif.

My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

We stayed three nights at the penthouse and absolutely loved it! I loved the decor and the place smelled great! Location was key! Close enough to all restaurants and far from the hustle and bustle. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely stunning home and wonderful location. We didn’t feel the need to pack in a large itinerary because we could enjoy the home, pool, cabana, and beach all just steps away from each other. Add to that the convenience of walking to downtown and it’s a place for a priceless vacation. Orane and Cecilia were so responsive and helpful as well.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The house was gorgeous, the staff made delicious home cooked meals every day, and continuously cleaned up after us! Patricia and Yessi checked in and made sure we were happy with our accommodations. This was such a special stay and experience and I would highly recommend it! Thank you Patricia for making the experience incredible!

Although not directly on the beach, it is a 3 walk. There is a nice pool in the compound. The playa Bonita community is great Walking distance to fun restos. Loved the main pool, gorgeous The condo is well appointed with a lovely terrace. Its really quiet in the complex Overall, great value

Amazing place to stay with fabulous views of the ocean with an amazing pool and front beach access. Literally minutes from 5th avenue. Best location in Playa Del Carmen. Not in the middle of all the tourism, but just close enough to walk to all the stores, bars and restaurants.

When my friends and I walked in, a few of us said, this was the best airbnb we'd ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious for our group of 8. Rooms were clean, lots of space to lay out belongings. Air conditioning was nice and cold once it reached temp. The master bathroom alone was an experience with its double rainfall showerheads. The rooftop access felt very unique and private, overlooking the city with quiet residents on one side and the parties from downtown. We wish we had more time to make use of the grill and pool. We made a 10 minute walk to a grocery store for drinks and snacks. Any time we were hungry, several great choices were within walking distance. We had come for my bachelor party and plenty of places and activities were straight down the street. Cannot emphasize enough how central this rental was. Communication with the property manager was also great, he was very helpful with recommendations and letting us extend our check out time.

The place was beyond amazing! The pictures didn’t do justice of the windows opening to the ocean view and sounds. Everything was perfect!!! The people were amazing in the building! Everyone was so nice. I honestly don’t think I could have ever asked for anything better than this. I’m definitely going to make another trip and will be reaching out again

Our stay at casa Mystique was AWESOME! For starters, I really appreciated that the condo looked exactly as what was portrayed in the photos and everything was tidy and clean. But there’s more .. Ann was super attentive from the moment we made our booking and all throughout out stay. From arranging transport from Cancun airport to the hotel, to providing fantastic restaurant recommendations to connecting us with surfing/paddle board lessons to everything in between…she was incredibly helpful and responsive! The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay — including beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The condo is also in a fantastic location with easy access to the beach/5th avenue, etc. We can’t say enough good things and are certainly looking forward to returning to Playa and spending more time at Casa Mystique!!
