Mel and Jeff are great. We were actually in the bigger house so I will review that. The location is perfect. Great day trips to beaches, waterfalls, lighthouse and wonderful restaurants! We had everything we needed in the house. Clean, comfortable beds and everything you need. It was a wonderful week. Thank you Mel & Jeff!

We were late arriving on our flight and could not make it to our original booking, Nelson was available immediately to host us for the night last minute. We were welcomed and felt immediately comfortable in this beautiful accommodation. We can't thank Nelson enough.

Campocosta was a fabulous family-friendly place to stay. Ines our host was incredibly reponsive and recommended some great local spots and even helped us find a babysitter which was fabulous. This place is really great for families with young kids, the pool is beautiful and felt safe and easy even with multiple little ones, also a great location to get some morning and afternoon shade in the pool. The kitchen area and amenities was pretty basic, but provided enough to do some basic cooking/grilling. No issues at all with power or wifi. Only thing we wished for we didn't have was a bathtub, but there's a great outdoor shower and we made it work! The location is awesome, accessible to a family-friendly surfing beach and two other surf locations, the town is really cute and there are some great restaurants very close to the house. Not really walkable, but super easy. We had an excellent time!

The location was great and the little house is really comfortable. I enjoyed my stay. Jahel and Karim were great hosts and helped me with a number of things. Highly recommended.

Marcy is such a lovely host. She greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave us a tour, let us know any pertinent info, and told us we could contact her any time. Her home is lovely and the Airbnb portion is really pretty. The pool, hot tub, bar lounge area is beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The Airbnb is on a residential street if you want to go for walks. There’s also some local eateries within walking distance like a taco place and bakery. The Airbnb is located very close to an airport so if you are sensitive to plane noise that’s something to keep in mind. I would highly recommend Marcy!

This was the 3rd time we stayed at Paulette and Phils. Each stay was excellent. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend.The guesthouse guidebook listing favorite restaurants and things to do was also very helpful.

Awesome escape in the hills of Rincon. Very relaxing and welcoming.

Iona and Floyd are great and very friendly. We enjoyed their beautiful gardens around the house. The house is basic and exactly as pictured and met our needs perfectly for our stay. There was often a breeze through the many windows, but the A/C in the bedrooms is a nice perk when the winds die down sometimes at night. If you need a local home base for exploring North and Middle this is a great option!

Natalia is a wonderful host, she is always there for you in case of need and way beyond. The yard is like being in paradise!! The guest house is perfect for 2 people, you have everything you need for a great stay. This is a quiet place, it's secure, it's private. All ready booked my next stay! I definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed at the Pineapple Cottage in early March 2025 and loved every moment of it. Park in the driveway and open the gate into a dreamy paradise of beautiful native plants and bare-feet-friendly turf. The lights on the fence and around the hot tub create perfect evening ambiance. The shower is new and roomy. The two yoga mats in the closet were a nice surprise. I did not cook in the kitchen but a cursory look showed great basic equipment for general cooking. This cottage is in the path of the Palm Beach Airport and I was worried that I didn't bring ear plugs. However, we did NOT hear any airplane noise once we settled in for the night. This cottage is close to a Publix and CVS, Historic Flamingo Park, and the warehouse district, which is where we ate for both dinner and breakfast. Use the hot tub; it was fabulous.

From the pool, you can enjoy a view of the hot air balloon, and there’s also a charming path that leads to a gorgeous river. 100% recommended!

El lugar me encantó porque era tranquilo, cómodo, limpio, ordenado y todo estaba hermoso. Definitivamente volveria a quedarme en este lugar sin duda alguna.

Great cozy place to stay!

This was perfect for my husband and I. The place is central enough to get to a lot of the main attractions Sarasota has to offer in a timely manner. Good atmosphere of the neighborhood and the backyard was cozy.

I needed to be near Wellington for an extended amount of time. I chose Cesarina’s place for my 12 night stay because it had the washer/dryer, kitchen w/stove, and the walk in shower. An added perk is that it was only 4 miles from the facility I would be visiting multiple times while in town. It is in a beautiful neighborhood that I felt very safe in & it was extremely quiet. One thing to note. I know nothing about septic systems. If you are like me, then you will want to know ahead did time that you can not flush anything down the toilet, that means toilet paper or wipes. Overall the stay was wonderful! I would definitely stay again in the future if I ever return to the area.

Lovely small apartment at the back of a private house. Easy to find and get in and out of the area. Great hosts!

Just lovely. The neighborhood is very nice - the sign a block away says Flamingo Park. Was able to find places nearby to play tennis. I stayed a month and this AirBnb had everything you need - king bed, full kitchen including oven and a washer and dryer in the little building right outside the door that was very convenient. I had a minor issue with the sink garbage disposal and Marvin came and changed it out - took him all of 10 minutes. I saw the reviews about noise from the highway and/or planes and can tell you they never bothered me at all. My husband is a light sleeper and he had no issues either. In fact, having the highway nearby was a plus for our trips up to Stuart, Port Salerno and down to Boca and Lauderdale by the Sea. Highly Recommend!

We had a great stay at Debby’s place. The Guest House was perfect for a couple and provided easy access to the beach. Very close to several restaurants. Great walking area. I can’t say enough good things about the property…I hope it’s available the next time I travel to South Florida.

We stayed at Ashley’s place in Jan 2025 while visiting family in the area. I had my 14 month old with me and Ashley went out of her way to accommodate with a high chair, pack n play and changing pad. The place was clean, well-kept and very family friendly. Ashely was extremely communicative both before check-in and during our stay, as well as with check out details. Her place is well located and has ease of access to great parts of Naples. Highly recommend
