Had a great stay here. The host and co-hosts were very responsive and took care of any issues in the unit immediately. 10/10, will definitely stay here again in the future.

The owner and caretaker were responsive. The place is tidy and has most basic necessities available. As soon as we stepped into the condo, we were greeted by a pleasant scent that left my family feeling impressed and satisfied with our overall experience. The price for up to 5 people is fair, and you also get a lovely view.

Great location – close enough to the high street for convenience, but far enough for peace. Everything you need is walkable, which was a refreshing change from Manila. You're also a short Grab ride from MOA and other landmarks – just plan ahead for traffic. The host was helpful with local tips, and the apartment was clean, comfy, and great value. We wish we had time to enjoy the pool! Highly recommend, but note: this isn’t a hotel. There’s no bellhop and reception is just for security. Check-in is self-service and easy once you know.

This condo unit has a homey feel with modest furnishings and was sufficient for our needs for a restful stay. All the hosts were communicative and helpful and clearly provided all rules and instructions and prompt responses to our questions. We appreciated the follow-ups regarding issues we had with the Internet and streaming services, especially by Ate Tin who came in personally to provide assistance. While the stay was generally positive, there were minor points for improvement like one of the lights was constantly flickering and for some reason, a strong deodorizer smell was quite prominent in the unit. Making heads or tails of using the electric stove is also always a challenge in Grass Residences units (^_^;) Overall, we had a pleasant time at FaithfulNest. Thank you again to the hosts for the welcome and for allowing us to stay.

We stayed for one night in Makati and it was the perfect place as a home base. The condo was spotless, felt secure and it had everything we needed including a washing machine. The location was so walkable and there were plenty of options for trendy cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend ITO for cocktail tasting, Yardstick for coffee and Wildflour for brunch (or any meal).

A Perfect Home Away from Home! We recently had the pleasure of staying in Andrea's Airbnb apartment at Flair Towers, and from the very start, it was nothing short of exceptional! The unit was pristine, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—a true home away from home. Unlike other accommodations where our foreign clients have stayed during their recuperation, Andrea's apartment provided the perfect healing environment they needed. The ambiance, cleanliness, and overall comfort made all the difference in their recovery journey. Without a doubt, this is one of the best accommodations we’ve had the pleasure of experiencing, and it has now become our top choice for future stays. Highly recommended!

My family and I were really impressed! As the trip planner, I appreciate that Veronica thought of every little detail to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We especially liked that it was fully airconditioned, had strong wifi, there was a washer/dryer, toiletries were provided, and the kids loved the bunkbeds. I highly recommend staying here, it will be well worth your money. We couldn’t have asked for a better host 💕

Sulit na sulit! This Airbnb is worth every peso. Super linis, maaliwalas, at may welcoming vibe. Kompleto sa amenities, kaya parang nasa bahay lang ako. The host was very accommodating and responsive, making sure na comfortable ako throughout my stay. Sobrang dali nilang kausap, at talagang inalagaan nila ang guests. Ang location ay super convenient, malapit sa lahat ng kailangan ko. For the price, I got more than what I expected. Hindi lang ito basta accommodation—it’s an experience na babalik-balikan ko. Highly recommended!

The place was really nice and clean! Although we had some trouble finding it on the map, Mr. Alvin was very responsive and quick to assist, so we never felt lost. 💗 It’s a bit sad that we couldn’t enjoy the board games since we only stayed for a day—there were so many options! 🥺 But we truly appreciated how cozy and well-maintained everything was. The ambiance made it feel like we’re at home. On the bright side, the place was conveniently near a store (AlfaMart), so even when we got home late, we could still grab food and essentials. Plus, the peaceful surroundings made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, the experience was absolutely worth it, and I’d love to come back for a longer stay!

Rupert is very responsive and friendly, regardless of the time. The house is very clean and has complete toiletries (just bring own tissue/paper towel). Location is easy to find for us and for deliveries. Just few mosquitoes here and there, otherwise, a great place for a short stay.

Glyza was a great host. She allowed us to check in early. She also accomodated us at the last minute when we needed a place to stay for a few more days. There is a very nice pool, and a small gym to work out. I would recommend this place to others.

TOTALLY RECOMMEND! I am so glad I booked this as our last airbnb because it was so helpful to have Ate Girlie. She made our lives so much easier for our last few days in Philippines. She cleaned up, did our laundry (hang AND fold), helped with cooking. She was so kind and sweet that my in-laws immediately treated her like family. Place was spotless and exactly what we needed. Ate Girlie was available as early as 5am until we go to bed. She helped recommend massuers to also do massages at home. Ate Girlie was our best part of this airbnb. She had all knowledge so you didn't have to keep contacting the host as other airbnbs. I'd recommend staying here and I am definitely coming back. They also let us extend our check our as our flight was later in the day and we didn't need to leave early with our 13 luggages. The home was comfy had more to offer than expected. Highly recommend!

I really loved the place. It’s quiet and very convenient to get around places. The parking is nice. The rooms are big enough and clean. The host and co-host are really welcoming and easy to talk to. They even allowed me to do a really late check out. The amenities are prestine

Sir Manuel’s condominium is a great place to stay. It is located in the heart of Makati City, with a supermarket right at the location, various restaurants to choose from, and a massage spa nearby. His place is well-equipped with complete amenities, including a television with Netflix and Apple TV, air conditioning for hot days, and a comfortable bed with soft pillows and fresh linens. The unit also has a fridge, microwave, mini table, and couch—everything is well-organized, clean, and neatly arranged. I had a wonderful stay and am glad I chose this place. Highly recommended! However, availability is quite rare, so booking in advance is advised. Thank you so much!

Great location with many eateries, 24hr convenience stores and access to taxis, etc. Situated in a more quiet part of Makati. The apartment is perfect and comfortable, simple but very effective.

Sun's place is spectacular and perfect. Everything in the apartment is detailed and functional. The place is located at the city, it has a nice view of the pool, the kitchen is very clean and spotless as well as the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and overall, the place smells so nice. He made sure that my stay is comfortable and safe by helping me with my luggages and giving me a nice warm welcome with complimentary gifts such as snacks. What I love the most is that he's also thoughtful in providing the things I might be needing in the place. Everything you need is in there! My standard for an airbnb place has gone up! Indeed, staying at Sun's place makes you feel pampered and at home. I will definitely book again.

Zheynnes place is a perfect for a few nights stay. Close to airport, mall of Asia and seaside promenade. Its a small one bedroom apt that has everything you need for a clean and comfortablestay . Zheynne is great host who was always available to answer any questions I had and was able to facilitate a 28hr stay for me as I had a late flight. The SM complex is huge and the communal pool is excellent with 3 pools to choose from. Its a nice way to relax for the day. There is a extra charge of 125 pesos to use the pool but its worth. This was one of best places i stayed in the Phillipeans as it was much cleaner that most hotels for the same price.
