Five stars for everything. Our one-week stay was perfect for our needs. We felt at home right away and we were able to relax. We had lunch overlooking white beach on Boracay on one of the days but otherwise just took time out. The studio apartment is a good size in a modern building and had everything we needed. The air-conditioning is superb, cooking facilities and utensils are relatively new and the fridge/freezer is new with plenty of room. There is hot water in the shower and with good water pressure (make sure the pump is switched on) which gave us the best shower so far in the Philippines. Ana Rose and her team are great hosts and the on-site convenience store had most items we needed with vegetables available just across the road. We had a rental car and were able to park onsite. The view of garden and palm trees is very pleasant. Being in a small village and on the main road we did find it a little noisy at night especially dogs and local karaoke. Highly recommended.

June was great at communication. We were met at the airport and guided all the way to the apartment. A first class service. We changed our plans at the very last minute due to us being unable to go to the Camotes due to the weather and came to Boracay. June was tremendously helpful especially at such short notice. A big thanks.

Elena has a wonderful place. She was hospitable and accommodating and answered Messages quickly at all hours of the day. The place is a bit farther from the action than most places, but easily accessible by tricycle. Her complex also has some very cute and friendly cats and dogs outside so that was definitely a plus for us

אהבנו את הדירה מאוד, יכולנו לבשל כל יום ולצעוד דקה עד הים המושלם. הכל עבד כמו שצריך ואפילו כשהייתה בעיה של מים חמים במקלחת, ישר באו ותיקנו בלי בעיה. מומלץ ביותר!

The host is very accommodating and very nice. This unit is on point. It's a must place to stay in Boracay. We really enjoyed our stay in Boracay.

We had a great vacation and enjoyed our 5 days stay at the place. Though it is not near the main beach it is very accessible by using the HOHO bus and we love that some of tourists destination like Puka beach and Keyhole are near, it also has a beach that is walking distance. The host is responsive and was able to give clear instructions which helped us during our stay. For activities, I highly recommend that you contact the person she told recommended to us Kuya Efren since he is very accommodating. If you are planning to have a peaceful stay at boracay after a long day of activities do not hesitate to book this place.

Chill place close to the beach. Rosaly and Hermes were friendly. Good ac and internet.

The place is totally awesome. We have a wonderful stay to the place. The amenities are great! The pool area, the free shuttle service that can bring you to City mall, the nearby Cove Beach which is far less crowded. Special thanks to miss cherry for welcoming us to the unit and showcasing us the same amenities inside. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

We loved our stay at Ryan's place. Tricycle ride to gorgeous beaches and popular tourist destinations. Sir July, the caretaker was an amazing resource, extremely responsive, available and helpful. The location is secluded and quiet. Few monkeys will drop by when the balcony door is closed to say hello, do not feed them or open the door. There is 200 PHP per person per day should you choose to use the pool. We will definitely seek Ryan's place next time we are in Boracay. Thank you Sir July for giving us peace of mind.

The stay was everything looked for in a 6 month stay in Boracay.. the residence was like home for 6 months I am spoiled now and expect every stay to have an ocean view / mt./golf course view every moment of every day it’s really nice to have a private beach at your disposal too. And then there’s Pooka Beach not 5 minutes away where you can get the locals vibe . 10 minuets on an ETrike or the Hop on Hoo off bus. And you’re at the world famous White Beach and D Mall. Chilling for Happy Hour.the host was quite responsive and a wealth of knowledge of the things to do and see. I highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Best place to stay in Boracay without a doubt! pictures dont make any justice how beautiful this apartment is, specially the second floor. Host was great and even let us stay couple of extra hours since our flight was delayed, location is amazing close enough to the center but with an amazing small beach nearby and outside of the craziness. would recommend and stay here 100000 times!!!!

The place is clean and cozy. I love the tranquillity of the neighborhood it set my mind at peace and calmness. Though it's quite faraway from the beach, I would still recommend it specially to those who's more into serene places.

Place was cozy and relaxing, given the place was beside beach, waves are also a plus since the sound was very relaxing. Host was very accommodating when I arrived. Flexible check-in, very responsive. Kudos to the Host! Great place, will book again with them. Highly reccommended!

Lovely spot, a little hard to find first go but the locals are super friendly and helpful. We loved living slightly off the tourist route and in a nice quiet and secluded spot. You can easily get a trike into town from the main road, costing 200 Passos a go was a good deal. Fully recommend. 👌

Friendly staff, beautiful place, quiet at night, close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach. Basically it’s located right on the center of Boracay. I will definitely recommend this place. 👍🏼👍🏼

The place was beautiful, the views were incredible, the staff were SO accomodating. As others have said, the climb up 3 flights of stairs may be challenging for some, but it was well worth it! The room was very clean, the transportation offered was readily available. We loved our stay! Breakfast was amazing too!
