Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The people (especially Carl) were super accommodating, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

10명 이상의 가족이 편안하고 조용하며 프라이빗한 휴가를 즐기기 위한 숙소로는 매우 훌륭합니다. 누구에게도 방해받지 않는 안전하고 훌륭한 전망을 가진 숙소입니다. 저희11명의 성인과 2명의 아이가 보내기에 충분했습니다. 넓은 거실에서 가족간의 대화와 휴식이 충분히 좋았습니다. 피터와 조비는 매우 친절하고 신속하게 문제를 해결해 주었습니다. 5성급 호텔의 시설과 서비스를 기대하는 게스트는 다른 호텔의 이용을 추천합니다. 하지만 대가족의 휴가를 원하는 게스트에게는 아주 좋은 선택지가 될것입니다. 숙소로의 접근이 조금 번거롭지만 크게 불편하지는 않습니다. 오히려 그 점이 저희는 더 좋아습니다. 숙소의 입구부터 주변은 항상 경비원이 지켜주어 매우 안전하지만 사용자의 생활은 전혀 방해받지 않고 숙소의 위치는 프라이빗하게 보호받는점이 매우 좋았습니다. 절벽위에서 보라카이의 바다를 바로 전망하며 맥주 한잔의 호사를 누릴수 있는 곳입니다 보라카이 시내 및 해변으로의 접근성이 필요한 분은 다른 숙소를 고려하는것을 추천드립니다. 그러나 저희처럼 대가족이 지내시는 집같은 숙소를 고려하신다면 좋은 선택지인것 같습니다. 물론 우리집처럼 편안하지는 않겠지만요.

Great spot, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Clean space, great AC, and friendly and responsive staff. There is not a lot of space in the room, but this was perfect for us as we were planning to be out on the beach the majority of the day. Great experience!

We stayed the day after our wedding. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic and my family was very happy. Beautiful ocean, beautiful villa, delicious food, friendly staff, what more could I ask for? I would love to return again.

Our family group of 3 stayed at Red's place for a week over the Xmas period. Red is quite clear that his place is not a ritzy hotel style property. To us, that was part of its charm. The property is situated on Angol road, just a few minutes walk from station 3 of White Beach. While this is a quieter part of the beach there are still plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the area. A short walk in the other direction we found lots of business places that were helpful on our stay. (laundry, hairdresser etc) The property has 6 (I think) self contained units. Ours was on the second floor, was comfortable, functional, had everything we needed and had a nice little balcony. Angol road is more a local than a tourist area. It was nice staying in and seeing that part of Boracay. Red is a great host. Very responsive and helpful and provided lots of helpful info before and after we arrived. Mercy and Allen, the on site staff, were also very friendly and helpful.

El departamento cuenta con un lindo balcón con vistas a la cancha de golf y al final el mar. Tiene lo necesario para cocinar, está en muy buen estado. New Coast es un complejo de departamentos, hoteles y próximamente de viviendas, y cuenta con cancha de golf , piscina, juegos infantiles, playa propia del complejo. Se puede comprar comestibles en un Seven Eleven que se encuentra dentro de un mini centro de tiendas comerciales y restaurantes. A su vez hay 2 hoteles dentro del complejo muy lindos. Para moverse dentro del complejo hay un colectivo gratuito que te traslada internamente o si quieres puedes caminar por las sendas peatonales. A su vez el colectivo público llamado Hip On Hip Off que te lleva a cualquier lugar de la isla pasa cada 15 minutos x enfrente de los departamentos (recomiendo moverse con ellos dado el bajo costo y comodidad). La gente del complejo es muy servicial y amable. Sin dudas volvería.

Great place to stay. Close to the main beach and only 3mins walk from a less populated and busy beach with cool beach bar and restaurant. Even the main beach is a beautiful and EASY walk (about 3km but so worth it! All on a beautiful streach of beach with perfect powder-white sand and MANY restaurants to grab a bite or cocktail.) The accommodation was very pleasant and we had a super great host! Anna personally welcomed us; and gave a very informative chat explaining local tips and recommendations. Friendliness and helpfulness is a 10/10 and whenever we required something, it was done straight away - thank you. Attention to finer detail made us feel extra special, and the offer on request - we took the romantic package as an optional extra; was very well done and presented! Definitely recommend this stay. Ps: it is quit normal in Philippines to have more noisy local residential areas - it did not bother us as we know its normal here; but for the sensitive sleeper - keep it in mind.

It was our 2nd time visiting Boracay and Elena’s place made our trip more unforgettable. The place is very clean and felt secured. Our caretaker, Romel, was a very dedicated person that although we asked him to set a birthday surprise(cake, balloons and others) for one of our group members in a last minute, we were amazed what he did for us. Of course he was always helpful for other things as well. Only thing is that even though a free shuttle is mentioned in the description of this villa, they no longer does it for free and it takes about 300 pesos per way to D-mall which is still reasonable. Thank you again for welcoming us hope to visit this villa again!

Wonderful stay at Reds. Responds immediately when requesting something. He will check in on you on arrival. Great location and very quiet. Would stay here again.

Janice was very helpful and check in was simple, the staff are so friendly even popping to the shops to get something’s for us ! It’s quiet and peaceful yet 1 minute from White Beach, felt like being at home and very very welcome

Crystal's house is indeed amazing and as nice as in the pictures! It's spacious, private, cozy, very clean, stylish furnitured and equipped with everything for daily needs. The WiFi works perfectly and the shower was hot and had a sufficient pressure. And the beds are just great. I can't remember the last time I slept so well. An absolute highlight is the large terrace and the wonderful view, even of the sea. Our three kids had plenty of space to move safely and freely. The house is good located so you can reach supermarkets, famous beaches and attractions quickly by Tuktuk or motorbike. The icing on the cake is the host Crystal and her on-site support Angie! They are very kind, helpful and supported us in any matter. We could reach them very quickly for any questions or needs! The value for the money is simply unbeatable. We thank Crystal for our unforgettable stay in her wonderful house. My family and I would definitely come back again! Lovely regards to all!👋😊

Rose is an amazing host, the communication was very easy, the place neat and as shown on pictures. Great value for money! The swimming pool very useful and nice! The host arranged a pick up to and from the port/ airport so it was extremely comfortable and easy to check in and out. Highly recommend Rose and her place. Thank you for having us!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property, and we couldn't be more satisfied. The location is serene and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was clean, well-organized and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The host (Sir Dondon) was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the nearby beach and local attractions but honestly, we could have spent our entire trip just lounging in the cozy living room. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat. We can't wait to come back. ☺️

We had a great stay at this cozy condo unit! The caretaker was responsive and incredibly helpful, making our experience even better. While the condo is a bit far from the famous White Beach, it’s conveniently located near Puka Beach, which was a nice alternative. The unit itself was comfortable and offered great value for the price. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others!

Tout était parfait et quel plaisir d’avoir accès à une plage privée magnifique et à peine fréquentée. Le quartier est bien gardé et sûr. L’environnement est magnifique. Même à distance les hôtes ont répondu à tous nos besoins. Je recommande sans la moindre réserve !!!

Seeking a relaxing vacation, this home provided us exactly what we needed for quality family time. The grounds and the home itself were breathtaking. While the beach in front was a bit rocky for swimming, the compensating pool became a favorite spot for my kids. Anjie, the caretaker, enhanced our experience significantly. He is such a hard worker, keeping the grounds so beautiful. He assisted with transport arrangements upon arrival and facilitated private tricycles for our trips to Caticlan (just 10 minutes away). Additionally, you can find a shared tricycle at the end of the road quite easily for only 20 pesos per person. Caticlan has a 7-11 and markets for eggs and other cooking ingredients. For a larger grocery run, Boracay had ample options. Anjie's recommendation, Cafe Tribu (a 5 minute ride from the house) became a favorite spot for pizza and more. Wifi was occasionally spotty, but the fantastic cable TV package allowed plenty of entertainment for us. Thanks for a nice week.

Can’t say enough good things about my stay at Valentina’s… Valentina was responsive to our needs, the caretakers were friendly and offered many helpful suggestions for our stay.. The place was off the beaten path but quiet , clean and private. The pool was serviced twice a day and was sparkling clean.. Good cell signals at the property as well as fast internet… Definitely will stay there again!

My boyfriend and I are Virtual Nomads. This is perfect for us so we feel very at home. Enough space for our laptops and the internet service is enough to get through work. If you’re like us this is a highly recommended place. We will surely be back with our family. Will get 3 more units. Sarah, Richard and Ate Bheng is very helpful for all my questions and needs.
