Great place to stay in station 2, close to D’Mall, markets, restaurants etc. 5 minutes walk white beach. The host and his staff are very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended

We stayed at bulabog apartment. It was great. It was clean, kitchen with all the equipment, nice rooms, new bathroom and AC in the rooms. They cleaned the apartment daily and changed the bed sheets every 2-3 days. It is located 2 minutes far from the beach, bar and restaurants, and 5 minutes from the main road were you can take a transportation if needed. The staff were very kind and helpful. The only negative point was internet that was very slow. We will repeat for sure.

My stay at this Airbnb in Boracay was amazing! The host made sure I had everything I needed and even arrange my booking since I accidentally booked a different room and dates. The place was spotless and spacious. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach but still peaceful. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable retreat in Boracay. I’ll definitely be back!

a stones throw from the beach and dmall, also there are alot of market stands and bike riders providing there service, it was everything I need for a fraction of the price. Easy check in, a bit of a challenge finding the office but locals where helpful.

1. Ms. Mary was very accommodating and easy to talk to. She made sure that everything was prepared and fixed for us, including our transfers from the airport to her unit, and back. She also responds fast to queries. 2. Her unit was awesome! What you see is what you get. It is complete with everything you’ll need. Towels, tissues, kitchen tools, washing machine, and even extra beds and blankets. Truly suitable for those who desire to rent long term. 3. Location is about 10 minutes away from the main stations but there’s a free shuttle that can take you to the CityMall from 10am to 6pm, every 2 hours. Walking distance (10 minutes) to Newcoast’s own beach and the famous keyhole. There’s also a biking rental, go kart activities, and a bunch of food stalls near. Oceanway also has their own swimming pool and playground. My family and I enjoyed our stay! We’ll surely come back and make Ms. Mary’s place our go-to accommodation when going to Boracay! Everything was clean and comfortable . Worth every penny .

At first, I was hesitant to book this because I know it is far to the center. I am so glad I took the risk! Place is so clean and peaceful - in fact, the New Coast beach is my top choice now upon visiting all the beaches there. Puka beach (my 2nd choice) is also near the area. Building looks primarily new - I hope they will be able to maintain the cleanliness. The front desk and security guards are very accommodating and hospitable. There’s even a peaceful background music in the hallway during daytime (first time experiencing this)! HOHO cards being available is a game changer - HOHO bus has been extremely convenient on my trip. I will miss Boracay and this place - I will definitely book this place again. New Coast is the best place in Boracay for some peace. Worth every penny!

Very spacious and clean, with spectacular views. Fully equipped home, everything you need is provided for a comfortable stay. Probably best views on the island. If there's a con, it's that you need to take a short shuttle ride to White Beach. But, the shuttle runs several times a day for a nominal fee. Edgar, is friendly and super chill. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Ben and Philip were amazing. Ben place is super clean and has 2 aircon in both rooms. I loved a bathroom and the shower. We haven't cooked food but i can assure you, you'll have all you need including large fridge. Free shuttle bus to the beach and back. Price for this amazing place is below what is really worth. Thanks guys!

Мы с моими друзьями арендовали эту прекрасную виллу на несколько дней. На вилле есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, удивило наличие различных коктейльных бокалов. Очень удобные кровати. Бассейн с чистой водой без запаха хлорки. Очень отзывчивый персонал, готовый всегда помочь по любым вопросам. Tess и её муж тоже всегда были на связи и очень старались мне помочь с поисками моего улетевшего дрона. До пляжа и до большого супермаркета не больше 10 минут, дом расположен довольно удачно.
