A wonderful choice when in Boracay. We were able to enjoy the beach which was very nearby and we appreciated the attention to detail in terms of the amenities, guidebook, and endorsement of local businesses. Pia and her team were also a great help when securing our transfer to and from the island. Thank you for everything and would definitely book again.

"Fantastic stay with Stunning Views and Excellent amenities!" My family recently had the pleasure of staying at this airbnb and it exceeded all our expectations! The room was incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, making it the perfect retreat. The fully-equipped kitchen, complete with all necessary utensils and a refrigerator, allowed us to cook our meals with ease. The thoughtful signages made it simple to navigate and understand which switch controlled what, adding to the overall convenience. One of the highlights was the breathtaking sea view from the room, which added a serene and relaxing ambiance to our stay. Additionally, the location is just a 5minute walk to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers like us. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay with all the comforts of home!

This property is beautiful and the location perfect on Bulabog Beach. Right next door is Levantin. One of few and far between traditional beach bars left in Boracay with great food and reasonable prices. The only minus is that the A/C struggled. It may need to be cleaned, not sure. But other than that, a perfect property that I would have stayed longer if I could have.

Voordat we aankwamen bij het verblijf was het contact al heel duidelijk en vriendelijk. Bij aankomst werden we verrast door het prachtige uitzicht en het strand wat je nagenoeg voor jezelf hebt. De keuken kon een upgrade gebruiken, maar we hadden alle benodigdheden en waar nodig was Debbie er om iets aan te vullen. We hebben heel erg genoten van B1, ons eigen hondje tijdens het verblijf, die altijd bij ons bleef. Het eten dat Debbie voor ons bereidde was ontzettend lekker en zeker aan te raden. De cocosnoten werden dagelijks vers van de bomen geplukt en aan de deur geleverd zodat je geen dag zonder cocosnoot kwam te zitten. Erg lekker! :) Joey en Debbie zijn zeer vriendelijk en staan continu klaar om je te helpen! Bedankt daarvoor!

Views Breathtaking from rootop deck with wading pool - beautiful view from all levels. Refreshing indoor pool on ground level. 10 min walk down from hilltop (or Newcoast shuttle) for Access to Private beach - we literally had the beach to ourselves! The Villa is part of upscale development - Newcoast Village in its early stage. Very few homes built. The privacy is priceless. (New home next door being completed, not too much noise, respectful workers) Hosts Weena & Antoinette 10+ rating - sweet, prompt and concise communication from booking to departure. Arranged swift, pain-free transport from airport to front door of Villa. (recommend the private van and ferry, worth small upcharge), Weena assisted on other island inquiries, too. Having Reda and Kim as onsite help was fantastic. Kitchen well appointed. Clean! Spacious. Games. Karoke w/flat screen. Hustle, bustle and FUN of D Mall & beach of Station 1 , 2 an 3 a 15 min ETrike away, but why leave Paradise? Thanks Weena !

It was a pleasure to be living there. Everything as described was provided. Bernie and Myrna were great hosts, always helpful and forthcoming. The place has a great location around 3 minutes to the beach.

This place was everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway! It was private, clean, and surrounded by fresh air, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The locals were incredibly polite and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The host and caretaker were super accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

The place itself is really fantastic. It’s quiet, peaceful and you can just enjoy the scenery. There’s available shuttle that can bring you to the beach. However, if you want to go the city mall, station 1,2, 3 etc better to utilize the hop on and hop off bus if you are alone.. the e tricycle is a bit pricey. The host was also responsive. I highly recommend this place for family who are planning to have a vacation. For sure you will enjoy it. It’s worth it.
