Courtney was a great host and very responsive! The location was beautiful and has plenty to do for a winter getaway away. We loved our time here.

A group of 10 of us recently stayed at this incredible Airbnb and couldn't be more pleased! The custom home is nestled on 2 acres of pure tranquility, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. The 3,200 sq. ft. home is spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic open floor plan connecting the living room, dining room, and fully-stocked kitchen—perfect for entertaining. The bedrooms were cozy, and everyone slept comfortably. While there, we played games, watched movies, had a snowball fight in the backyard, cooked meals in the kitchen, and skied at Boyne Mountain. The large yard provided ample space for our vehicles. Just minutes away from downtown Bellaire, we took full advantage of ordering pizza and stopping at Shorts Brewery for drinks. I highly recommend this gem for a peaceful, activity-filled getaway!

This property is flat out amazing! The pictures do not do this place justice. The layout of the house is perfect for a family vacation with plenty of space all over the house! Game room is amazing with the theater seating and huge TV, the deck is a great place to lounge, walk out door on the ground floor is a nice touch, rooms have a nice view of the lake. The house is very clean and has everything that you need. Yes, the house is amazing, but David made this stay a one of a kind. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient, understanding, and welcoming as a host from start to finish. Communication with David was very clear and concise. Thank you again David for making this vacation one that we will never forget! We will definitely be coming back to stay at one of your properties!

We had a great time staying at Ryan's place. Very quiet, scenic surroundings and not far from Charlevoix and Petoskey. The house is very clean, welcoming and stocked with everything you need. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay and we couldn’t wait to come back! Such a beautiful home that’s so comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed to cook meals, spread out and relax and enjoy the views. The beds and linens and very nice and comfortable. We love the split layout with the primary bedroom upstairs and two nice bedrooms and a second living room downstairs. We love this location and will definitely return again! The host is very responsive and even accommodated us for an extra night when our flight was delayed.

Not only was this peaceful gem just like the listing. BUT the record collection and books are AWESOME!!!! The pet friendly fenced in back yard was spacious and well lit for our Great Dane puppy to run a frolic to her little hearts content. Cant build build a fire?(even though there was ample wood supplied)?? There’s a gas table top fire.. don’t feel like going out??? I made a homemade breakfast pizza and had all the cooking utensils I needed… I felt soo at home and at peace. And enjoyed a trip to Petosky and POND HILL FARM and the tunnel of trees. I JUST need to know one thing??? How much is rent, and when can I move in??

We loved our stay at "the cabin!" Lots of room and personalized space for those who wanted it. Good bathroom space and really appreciated the laundry and kitchen areas.

Mathew’s place was wonderful and it was so close to the lifts… we loved his cozy slope side chalet! We will definitely book again in the future!

Chelsea was very welcoming and accommodating! We spent a few days at Shanty Creek for a conference and went skiing at Schuss Mountain. Great location for both activities! Highly recommend staying here- Chelsea was a wonderful host!

Just back from a 3 night stay at Hall's Haven and it was a perfect spot for our two families of 4, ages 7 thru 50! The welcome treats were such a nice added touch and much appreciated. Lots of space for kids and adults to spread out and plenty of toys and games for everyone. Lots of space for ski gear too! We loved having fires and cooking big meals together in the kitchen, which had everything we could possibly need. There was SO much snow and every window had a beautiful view of the snowy woods. Quiet, lovely neighborhood near the Lakeview Inn and just 5 minutes to Schuss Village for skiing. The sauna was an added luxury after a day of skiing! We had the best weekend together! we loved everything about this location. the decorations, fully equipped with every little thing you'd need, hot tub 🔥, sauna,🔥! Grumpy Bear is a retreat to remember!

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Bob's They had the driveway totally cleared of snow and the house was clean and ready for us. We had no trouble with the passcode entrance. The kitchen was stocked very well and the appliances really high end. We used the oven all three nights and found even some extra spices we could use. My son made cookies with the grand girls and it worked out well because of the seats at the counter and the Island. The girls were able to make a huge snowman the first day in the back. We took advantage of the game room 2 different days and enjoyed the Fuse Ball, Air Hockey, Dart board, etc. Also we took advantage of the pool and each of us enjoyed the hot tub and slide. We took a sleigh ride out at the Cook Family Farm which was beautiful, and they were very nice. All in all we thought everything was wonderful. The number of baths and bedrooms worked out well us. Our stay was amazing. Very peaceful and beautiful. We have stayed there before but I had forgotten that the home and location were wonderful. Our host is the very best that we have had in our thirty years of traveling to the area. She has every amenity necessary and is very quick to answer any questions. The views from the home are spectacular! I can't say enough to praise our host and the location. It is truly an AMAZING place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the house near Boyne Mtn! We arrived to a clean, clutter free house, full of things that we could use. It was the perfect place for our family and dog to relax when we were done skiing each day! The local restaurants were good, and we enjoyed walks up the road with our dog. We will definitely be back!!

Lauren’s chalet is spacious, beautiful, well decorated and really feels like home. My husband and I loved the primary suite, the bed was very comfortable. The kids loved the treehouse and all of the trees behind the house. I wish we had better weather but regardless of the cold, we really enjoyed the stay. The WiFi worked great even though it’s very remote!

We loved Charlys’s place! It was a charming home and very accommodating for pets. We would definitely stay here again!

Great, quite location. Well equipped and clean. Our dog loved the big yard to run while we relaxed on the nice deck. It's very dark at night, take a big basket for all the stars. Loved it, thanks Michelle

We stayed here with our family of 6 for a February snowmobile trip. It’s cute and very clean. Very peaceful in the winter and plenty of parking even with a 33’ trailer. It’s a beautiful spot on the river. Summer and fall would be amazing for a family vacation. The owner was great with communication and making sure we were taken care of. We had no issues.

Cute, cozy cottage for our trip to northern Michigan for the ICEMAN MTB race. House was well stocked (Bluetooth music speakers, laundry soap, plenty of towels and extra blankets). We enjoyed our stay and of the three houses we stayed in for this annual trip, this was the cleanest and most convenient location. Thank you for being pet friendly too.

The setting is so idyllic and peaceful! The cabin is clean, well maintained and a fun place to hang out. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay there again in the future.
