Great stay! We loved having space for our family of four to spread out. The outdoor amenities are awesome: we made dinner on the grill, ate at the outdoor table, then enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! During the day, we lounged by the pool (paid for heat in March - recommend) and had a family putting contest. We loved the quiet neighborhood and easy access to Joshua Tree. Recommend!

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

This place was amazing, by far one of my favs. It had comfy beds, a great backyard, felt right at home, hosts were very attentive, great communication with hosts when needed, game choices for indoor game night. 10 outta 10! Would highly recommend!!!

This was the finest rental my family has ever had, easily fit my family of 9 (5 adults, 4 children). I paid a bit extra for the pool heat, but definitely worth it. It’s a perfect pool with a nice shallow end for toddlers. Kitchen and extras well equipped, neighborhood quiet. Quite a ways from Palm Springs, but Indio and La Quinta have everything - including 2 In n Outs close by. Thanks for sharing your home !

We took our 4 teenagers here for a few days over their spring break. The kids really loved the pool/hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, AND golf areas! The back yard is very large and pleasant to be in - sun and shade areas and lots of furniture and lounge chairs to choose from. Inside is very comfortable - the kids were excited to have their own rooms since it has 5BDR. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware for really cooking and using the kitchen. We've stayed in the community before and it's very beautiful - it's nice to walk around. The only thing we did not love were the fees. Usually I look more carefully, but when I reviewed everything the cleaning fee was quite high and we also had to pay fees for pool heating and a pet fee. Just something to be mindful of -- make sure the total cost is acceptable before you book. We had a really great stay here and highly recommend it to others!

We hosted a performing arts team and were able to have beds for everyone. Easy access into gated community, parking for 8 cars, lots of kitchen gadgets, pool and hot tub were a hit after a long day in 90° desert heat.

We were a family of 8 of three generations, celebrating our 45th anniversary. Elaine’s place was the best. There was something for everyone. The grandkids loved the pool and yard games. Everything was immaculate and top notch. Elaine’s communication was excellent. It was a 10 out of 10 stay. We all thought so. We will stay there again. Thanks Elaine for the wonderful memories!!
