We had a great time at Yayah’s rental. The location was great, easy to get to many locations within a short drive and the house itself was perfect. Yayah also suggested some great places to eat and highly recommend ‘in the forest’ 10 mins drive. Great location as 7 eleven close by as well as supermarkets and a Makro. Yayah and Stephen were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again

We spent a week here, and although at first, it seemed quieter than we expected, we were ultimately glad we chose this place. Sukanya is the heart of the resort - dedicated, helpful, and always with a smile on her face. The rooms looked just like in the pictures - nice, clean, and the air conditioning was very pleasant in these temperatures. The resort also offers several new scooters for rent, which is a huge plus. The pool had crystal-clear water, and the entire surrounding area was beautifully maintained.

C'était un excellent séjour avec plusieurs belles surprises (scooter, petit-déjeûner)! Soyez à l'affut du jardin nous avons pu observer des écureuils et un singe passer 😃

非常好的入住体验。第一天入住就准备了欢迎水果，体验非常好。房间每日打扫，极其干净。泳池正对大海，我的孩子们每天都要跳进去好几次。服务员每天早上来做早餐，让人感动。 带孩子入住的话，建议退潮的时候可以下海边去抓螃蟹，我们至少抓了几十只，非常开心。 唯一的建议就是如果早餐能够更丰富一些，比如每天有些变化，就更好了。

Insgesamt eine sehr erholsame und ruhige Unterkunft in einer schön angelegten Anlage. Der Pool ist für eine Erholung absolut ausreichend, wobei uns hier für den Einstieg ein Geländer gefehlt hat, da es manchmal ein wenig rutschig ist. Die Liegen waren leider nicht wirklich einladend, da sie sehr abgenutzt und schmutzig waren. Frühstückszeiten werden abgefragt und man muss eine Uhrzeit und das gewünschte essen am Vortag bestellen. Der Service war nett und hilfsbereit. Am Empfang war die Kommunikation ein wenig reserviert, allerdings sehr kompetent.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, il posto era tranquillo e avevamo a disposizione una camera con spazio interno ed esterno molto ampio, con una comoda veranda. Per noi è stato un grande plus la possibilità di usare la cucina e gli altri spazi comuni. Gli host sono sempre a disposizione, molto disponibili e amichevoli. Nel nostro caso, avendo affettato un soggiorno lungo, sarebbe stato apprezzato un cambio lenzuola e pulizia dell'alloggio più frequente e senza pagamento di extra (considerando che non avevamo in dotazione nulla per provvedere in autonomia). Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene!

To był bardzo miły pobyt w pobliżu plaży i centrum. Bardzo miła obsługa i spory wybór śniadań. Kawa była dobra jak na standardy tajskie bardzo dobra

Wir haben 3 Nächte in Ao nang verbracht und es hat uns gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen aber dennoch ruhig, die Hotelangestellten waren sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Frühstück war auch ausreichend. Kein Wow-Effekt aber das kann man für den Preis auch nicht erwarten. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall sehr gut!

We are a mature couple and we had a peaceful and relaxing stay at the Simple House. Can definitely recommend.

Great place to stay in Ao nang only a 5/10 minute drive from all the busy areas around the beach which we could of got the free shuttle running 4 times daily however if we missed it it was only 90 Baht to get there in a grab! Beautiful accommodation room located on the second floor with steps going down to the pool from your room!, all staff were very nice and we had no problems at all! Would recommend this place to anyone travelling or going on holiday :)

Phooms place was really nice , just like him . He was very responsive and knowledgeable, I had a bad back and he even offered me an extra mattress topper. The place was convenient and very close to the shops and restaurants and waterfront all walking distance, I would stay here again .

We had a great time at Baan Tubkaek hotel which is the right on the beach with everything you need. Really enjoy the atmosphere specially the view of the sunrise and sunset that you can see from your room. Breakfast also Super nice. They prepared for us different kind of breakfast for each day. We had a dinner at the hotel restaurant. All the meals are delicious even though the food portion is a bit small and expensive but all the foods are expensive in this beach. Jiraporn is very nice lady and she helped us to advice about coronavirus situation in Krabi. All the tours were as usual currently in Krabi. I would recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay here 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

One of the best places in terms of value, sparkling clean floors and sheets. Had few issues, but host was quick to resolve it even offered to change the room, but we stayed in the same room since issue was resolved. Host is super friendly and smiley, we felt ourself more like a home than at a hotel. House itself has not that many rooms so it is quite private. We stayed at the opposite side of the main road, so it was quite at the night time. Location is decent, but you will need a transport bike or taxi, bike is offered at the hotel as well, so there should be no issues! Thank you for hosting us!

Die erste Hausregel bei Bancha und Ritar lautet „When you‘re with us, you‘re family“. Und ich glaube, das beschreibt es am besten! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Sohn (3 Jahre) sagte bei der Abreise, das was das beste Motel im ganzen Urlaub. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und durch die Kunst von Bancha einfach sehr gemütlich und stilvoll. Überhaupt ist die „Künstleratmosphäre“ in der ganzen Unterkunft total schön. Im Gemeinschaftsraum gibt es Kaffee, Tee, Kekse und Wasser. Ritar hilft einem bei der Organisation von allem, was man braucht. Touren, Taxi, Boote etc. Die Umgebung ist auch gut, man hat alles was man braucht, direkt um die Ecke und ist mit einem Grab sehr schnell am Nachtmarkt oder am Strand. Dafür ist es in der Unterkunft sehr ruhig und man ist weit entfernt vom eher nervigen Touristen Trubel am Ao Nang Beach. Also wirklich, eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für Krabi!!!
