“Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The staff was amazing—attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. They prepared delicious home-cooked breakfasts every morning, which was such a treat. We loved soaking in the stunning sea views, lounging by the pool, and spending our evenings stargazing from the rooftop, watching movies in the home theater, or having fun with the pool table and karaoke. Everything was thoughtfully provided, making our stay truly unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!”

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time staying at Noi's place for a month. The place was even more special than the descriptions, and it was truly a tropical paradise for our kids (ages 3, 7, 10). The simply loved feeding the birds every day, feeding the koi fish, and playing in the yard. There were so many special spaces on the property! They were in the pool daily, sometimes up to 3 times per day! The waterslide was so fun, and we really appreciated all the pool toys, especially the swim buddy for our 3 year old. The house is an easy 5-10 min bike ride to the beach, and we were able to carry the kids on the backs of our bikes. It is a beautiful and quiet area, although we were still able to do a bit of exploring by hiring taxis (there are numbers posted everywhere). Noi was wonderful at communicating, and extremely responsive. The few issues we ran into were solved almost immediately. If we are ever back in Thailand, we would definitely come back to Noi's place!

The place was spacious and feel like home. The staff were very friendly, flexible and lovely. We booked for 8 days and love it very minute. We wish we could stay longer! We will come back to SRY next year and stay here again.

Nick‘s apartment is a awesome place to be if you’re looking for rather relaxed holidays at a beautiful beach off the beaten track. The apartment itself is in a good constitution, very spacious for a couple and contains all you need and even more. Especially the kitchen‘s equipment is extensive and far above average. Nevertheless, there are lots of excellent restaurants around, primarily at the beach road, which can be reached by walk or by using one of the resort’s bicycles. Nick is a great host, responds super fast and offers perfect support. We‘ll definitely return to this place.

the house is in a little fishing village, there is a great restaurant about 5-10min stroll from the house. there is a little shop but not much in there. you will need to hire a car to get shopping. but we just got basic water, drinks and snacks and eat out. prior to arrival Cindy arrange airport transfers too and from Bangkok. then as soon as we realised we needed a car Cindy arranged this for us and it was with us in a few hours. the house is set in the national park and is right on the beach. not suitable for swimming due to the water not getting very deep. the town 10 mins drive away has 7 eleven and supermarket. the main park beach has kayaks to hire. and loads of restaurants you are within 1 hour drive of the lotus ponds, 20 mins drive of the main cave and temple. there is also a great canal boat trip 10 mins drive. during our time we saw so much wildlife it was amazing. the highlight of the House is the balcony. Everything as described and shown; this is a quiet little neighborhood of about 8 homes arranged around a shared pool, and facing the beach/ocean. It is very quiet and chill; not for those who are looking for a party scene for sure. The restaurant down the beach does a great job with Thai standards, and in the other direction, a sprinkling of beachside stalls offer refreshments, snacks, and loungers. There is plenty to see/visit within an hour dirve in any direction and we particularly liked Ban Krood. The property is simple but as described. Wifi is strong enough for video calls but comes and goes and only 2.4 is provided despite a 5 gHz being listed. A few things 'missing' that we normally expect: drinking water (or at least more than two small bottles to start given the proximity of convenience stores). When tap water is not potable, our experience has been owners ensure a supply of drinking water. We didn't cook, but were desperately missing a Cork Screw.

Schöne Villa in einem Resort mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal und vielen Dienstleistungen (Restaurant, kleiner Shop, Massage etc., Reinigungs- und Wäscheservice, Taxi, Ausflüge). Weitläufige Swimmingpools, die wir ausgiebig nutzten, da das Resort nicht am Meer liegt. Leider leiht das Resort keine Fahrräder mehr aus, um die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden. Motorrad oder Auto ist notwendig, weil das Resort etwas abgelegen liegt. Die Kommunikation mit Jack war ausgezeichnet. Fazit: Unser Langzeitaufenthalt war toll und wir haben gleich wieder gebucht.
