The space was clean and so cute! It had everything we needed but wasn’t cluttered. It was cozy and the AC cooled the space so well. They even added some plants to the porch for us. Very thoughtful. We had our privacy as well and it was close to everything!

We had a great anniversary weekend! Scott’s apartment was just right for us! I appreciate all the little extras! Cookies, coffee, chips, popcorn, & a toothbrush! And it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach!

The unit is as pictured, small, but perfect for us. Was clean, well supplied, and a very comfortable space. Loved the area, peaceful and quiet. The dock on the sound was a wonderful retreat!! When we return to St George Island we will definitely return here

Super little place in a convenient easy to find location . Quiet , secluded ,secure & perfect place for 2 people . Great host & communication . Will definitely be returning .

A nice stay just blocks from the Gulf

The place was incredibly nice and clean. It also had very comfortable beds throughout. Plenty of parking and plenty of room and we felt like we had complete privacy. We thought it was kind of an odd layout at first, but we ended up really liking it and it worked well with our family. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying here again. There are five of us. Two adults and three kids.

10/10! Book Now! From before our arrival to after our departure, Lourdes set a high standard for hosts! The home is vibrant, pristine and furnished for comfort. Steps away from the beach. Beautiful walks. Beautiful sunsets. Very peaceful. Pro-tip: due to proximity to Central Time, your phone / watch / computers may switch back and forth between time zones. If you need an alarm, use the ones provided. Enjoy this gem of a home!

The home was absolutely amazing and, while we didn't get to use them, the beach items were a fantastic perk to know about. It is in a brand new neighborhood that GPS had some issues with but it was not hard to find at all. Ashleigh was very responsive and allowed us to check in early.

Ben & Shirley both were TERRIFIC hosts! When they asked if there was anything special they could do, knowing our visit was to celebrate my mother's 86th birthday. They meant it! I asked for a simple birthday banner. They went above & beyond by decorating table, writing her a message on chalkboard, leaving a signed birthday card and even left a cake in frig! My mother was absolutely delighted. It was such a blessing for us all. Couldn't be more pleased! The home is beautiful no matter where you look, inside or out. The attention to detail, AMAZING! Never stayed in an AirBnb with such great linens, towels, etc. Kitchen even has spices. There was more than 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom! Almost a never anywhere else I've stayed. Beautiful home in a nice, beachside town. We were just a short drive from Port Saint Joe, St George island, and Apalachicola, Florida. There’s a great place to eat near the house. A fuel station and a dollar general were within walking distance I wish I knew what kind of mattresses and toppers were on the beds. They were so comfortable!!! The appliances were top of the line. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Wonderful stay! Comfy, spacious house with everything you need (we cooked 50% of our time there). Beautiful, private, peaceful property. Can't beat the view. Loved having the kayaks and enjoyed the fire pit nightly. Close to shops, restaurants and fishing piers. Hosts are super nice, very accomodating and quick to respond.

Our host took care of every need. She was very responsive to any questions we had or any needs that we had. The house was spotlessly, clean and well located close to all the necessities. It is just a short walk to the beach, although we did not make that walk in February Because it was cold. I’m sure in summer it is a whole lot of fun being that close to the beach.

Charity is an excellent host very responsive and accommodating. Her home is beautiful , updated and homey. Love the comfort sitting porch. Enjoyed our stay.

The house was great. Also loved the tropical five minute walk to the beach. The house was very clean, quiet, very private, no bright lights anywhere and so comfortable. Hosts were so helpful and friendly. The house was also very well supplied. Thank you for a great stay.

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we really enjoyed it. The people who own other condos are always nice and have made some new friends. Not to far from the beach just a couple of blocks away not a bad walk. Planning to rent again when work permits.

We had such a lovely stay! This location is our favorite, the walk to the beach is so quick and easy. The view of the sunrise from the balconies is breathtakingly. We especially appreciated how thoughtful the host was with instructions and general supplies. 10/10 would recommend and hope to stay again soon!

This condo is a great spot in Mexico beach! Right across the street from the beach, but also has an amazing pool! Walkable to a couple local restaurants like mango Marley’s! The host was very nice, the place was very clean, and exactly as described! Would definitely rent again

We had a wonderful time at Julio‘s condo. It was quite spacious and perfect for a couple. It was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I was just a short distance from the beach and on the quiet end of the island.

Stayed here last year. Very pleased with the quality of the furnishings etc. If I had any advice I would say they could provide a few household items like plastic wrap and storage containers but these are really just quibbles. Other than that I appreciate the effort to provide a quality experience.

The place was very nice and the location was great.

This place was huge! Had all the amenities. Loved it was in the middle of island. The bike shop was right beside. Ruth was very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for much needed break! Beautiful beach. 🏝️

House was beautiful. Golf course was beautiful, if your golf. Both pools was clean, almost private, beach wasn’t that close but within 15 minute drive.
