The unit is as pictured, small, but perfect for us. Was clean, well supplied, and a very comfortable space. Loved the area, peaceful and quiet. The dock on the sound was a wonderful retreat!! When we return to St George Island we will definitely return here

We enjoyed staying here, plenty of space, well appointed. The place is fairly new, and in good shape. Terrific view of the golf from the living room and the porch. Close enough to Panama City and other places and remote enough to be quiet.

Great place, I’ve stayed in dozens of airbnbs in Apalach, and this may be one of my favs.

Susan was wonderful. Pleasant. Friendly. Kind. She also has assistance from Liz, who is very near by most of the day. Liz was wonderful and did all that she could to assist.

We stayed in the area for two nights and it was great! Hosts were very accommodating, communicative, and responsive as we had evening flights in and realized that Florida had two time zones and I didn’t realize that until after landing and getting on the road! Chill, tranquil, and close to all the places that my dad I and went to and enjoyed.

William welcomed us and when we asked for any assistance, he was right there to help us and provide anything we asked for! We were very comfortable in his house, which had far more space than we needed. His house is on high ground and provides a panoramic view of the Sound and islands beyond. Carrabelle is a peaceful fishing village with lots to see and good fishing. We were very pleased with our stay!

The place was right by the beach. The host was very good with communication and it was perfect for me and my friends. There were 11 of us and it fit us perfectly. Very clean place. Would stay here again.

Perfect location, less than 5 min walk to the beach, trading post, and two restaurants. We loved the heated pool even on some pretty chilly nights it was warm enough to swim. We hope to stay again!

This was the perfect place for our family of four with so much room. Our family had Christmas here and hosted a dinner with several others. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, beautiful furniture and finishes, and the best location. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool a five minute or less walk to the beach right across the street to watch the beautiful sunsets. We will keep this listing and definitely book again.

What a wonderful place to create lifelong memories with family and friends! The home was very spacious and was furnished with almost everything you need for your stay! Our family throughly enjoyed our time!

My family of 5, (3 under 10) and fur baby stayed in this house for fall break. The location was perfect for us, the home supplied bicycles and the neighborhood was perfect for walking and biking. The pool and beach access are together but we found it easier to drive and park nearby to those. The beach and pool only had a few other families but was mostly just wild life. We seen turtles, crabs, birds, and a small gator. The host were very responsive to any questions and supplied very helpful information about nearby stores and such. I absolutely overpacked as this house is full of beach accessories, sand toys, chairs, wagon, beach towels, you name it and it’s there. The house itself has a fully stocked kitchen all you need to supply is the food. They even had a kennel for our dog! They had plenty of towels available. Plus easy to wash any quickly if needed. The beds were very comfortable. The kids had board games and cute seashells match game to play if they were inside. STAY HERE!!!

We don’t usually plan to repeat a family vacation but we are already daydreaming about our next trip to Mexico Beach. This home was beautiful and welcoming and is in the perfect location! I am so glad we found a place removed from the hustle and bustle of some of the more commercialized beaches where we could spend time together as a family and not fighting crowds. As a mom of five, this is the most relaxing vacation I have had in years!

Walkable to beach. We stayed as a family of 5 (parents with 3 young adult children) and 2 dogs. Thoroughly enjoyed the breathtaking sunsets from the windows and the back yard. Host supplied beach wagon/beach chairs were very helpful. The kitchen was thoughtfully furnished with everything . Our large 10 seater van easily fitted into the driveway. The nearby Bruno pizzeria had tasty wholesome pizza. All of us just devoured it :-)! In all, a comfortable safe and restful accommodation for a family with all the right tourist spots within easy reach.

Sunnie went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. The house was beautiful and plenty of room for my family. The area and had shops, food, and much more within walking distance! House was fully stocked and didn't need anything for the beach. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at the same location several times now. We always enjoy our stay! We send most of our time on the water, but when off the water these accommodations are great for our friends and family! Fun, sun, salt, sailing and football, all make for a great holiday weekend. We’ll continue booking Marina View again and again!

We had such a lovely stay! This location is our favorite, the walk to the beach is so quick and easy. The view of the sunrise from the balconies is breathtakingly. We especially appreciated how thoughtful the host was with instructions and general supplies. 10/10 would recommend and hope to stay again soon!

We had a wonderful time at Julio‘s condo. It was quite spacious and perfect for a couple. It was very clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. I was just a short distance from the beach and on the quiet end of the island.

Stayed here last year. Very pleased with the quality of the furnishings etc. If I had any advice I would say they could provide a few household items like plastic wrap and storage containers but these are really just quibbles. Other than that I appreciate the effort to provide a quality experience.

You can’t beat the location. Located right at the entrance to the state park steps off the beach. There’s still hurricane damage all around but that’s understandable considering how severe it was. The condo is older and well worn but that’s just what we like. We felt comfortable in the space. The only complaint would be the soaking tub in the master is beyond “worn”. I really wanted to soak in the tub with the amazing view of the beach/gulf but didn’t feel comfortable even trying to turn it on. We want to go back and take the grand babies!

Wonderful place for the family to relax and enjoy the beach. We loved it and perfect spot to see an amazing sunset.

Condo was exactly as described. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.
