The description does not do the villa justice it is big spacious with everything you could possibly need. The outside space is huge well kept with a fantastic pool. Lynn was available when needed and accommodated all our every need. The villa is on a quiet plot but still within distance of the amenities however you do need a car. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Irene and would return again Lynn is a lovely host there when needed. We would definitely recommend this Villa to our friends and family.

this is the second time im staying at Themithia properties. As the first time, everything was as described and spotless clean! Felt cosy and right at home. Definitely returning.

We had a comfortable stay in Desi's house. It is spacious and cozy and was a good fit for our family. Desi was responsive and offered great tips when I bugged her with my questions ; ) I'm also thankful for her flexiblity with the checkout time. We definitely recommend others to be her guests!

It was a pleasure staying at this Villa, with a beautiful clean pool, and garden, it made for a lovely, fun, and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the living area was perfect for a group of 7. Would definitely consider staying here again! A special thanks to the hosts for providing us with everything we asked of them.

Armen, Shushan und Richard waren exzellente Gastgeber! Wir haben tolle Ausflugstipps für die Insel und Empfehlungen für gute Restaurants erhalten. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr guten, bürgerlichen und ruhigen Umgebung. Von dort aus gelangt man in ca. 20 min. zu Fuss in die Oberstadt (alter Ortskern) oder in ca. 15 min. ans Meer und zur schönen Strandpromenade. Wir haben uns in dem townhouse sehr wohl gefühlt, auch, weil es gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Im Außenbereich fanden wir die Hängematte auf der großen Veranda besonders klasse. Gerne kommen wir wieder zu Armen, Shushan und Richard. Vielen Dank nochmals für eure Gastfreundschaft!

This villa was a succesful choice. There was a beautiful view from every spot of the property, both from inside and outside. Together with tidiness of places you can say that fengshui worked. If you want to improve something, the wifi could be updated so that it would work more reliably. In all we had a relaxing and a pleasant stay.

What an absolute gem of a place! You can feel the love that has been out into this property. it has absolutely everything you need for a fantastic stay. Christina was amazing and very communicative, she told the history of the house and walked my husband around the village. I can honestly say this is the best AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. Beds were so comfy, I could go on and on. 10 stars from us, we will definitely return 😍😍😍

Staying here was nice to reach the town via car and the check in was easy Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed which we weren’t aware of however we were able to use the indoor pool and the pool of another hotel (we had to arrange this) The apartment was clean and had what we needed

The apartment was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, so we could easily cook. The living room was spacious and bright, a perfect place to relax. The location of the apartment was also perfect, so we could easily reach the attractions of the area. The area was quiet and safe, so we could relax in peace.

Fijn appartement, met 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en met terras dat uitkijkt op prachtige tuin en 2 zwembaden. Complex is beveiligd met code toegankelijk en heeft eigen parkeerplaatsen op het terrein. Op loopafstand is een goed restaurant en 2 supermarkten.

What a superb apartment. Situated between Tomb of the Kings and the Archeological Park, close to the sea and a number of great places to eat you couldn't ask for more for a base to explore all that Paphos and Cyprus has to offer. easy access from the airport, close to the bus station, lots of parking just brilliant. Had the weather been better I'm sure the onsite pool would have been amazing too

Most enjoyable week in this beautifully situated apartment. The pool was superb. So was our balcony, always in the shade; great especially in the heat! Our bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A minor point: maybe Vicky could add a 4 cup cafetière (or similar)? We did appreciate Vicky's quick and friendly replies to our messages. We rented 2 bikes for a day (9am to 8.30pm for 10 Euros each) to explore the coast north to Coral Beach ( lucky to see a kingfisher on the rocks), stopping at the Tombs and lunching at Oceanos (superb fish Meze), before ending the day at Sunset Point in the south. We would also highly recommend a local family run restaurant Colcer. I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Paphos! The location was absolutely perfect— right in the heart of the bustling area, yet the apartment itself felt peaceful and relaxing. The view from the balcony/kitchen was breathtaking, with a stunning and unobstructed view of the sea and harbor. The apartment was clean, spacious and thoughtfully equipped. The bedroom was comfortable and the open-plan kitchen and living area were ideal for both relaxing and working. The Smart TV and reliable WiFi made it easy to unwind or stay productive when needed. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking and the large dining table was a great touch. Nikolas was an exceptional host—friendly, approachable and always going above and beyond to make my stay special. His genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful, well-located, and comfortable stay in Paphos. I can’t wait to come back!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem, sehr ruhig und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen, was uns sehr wichtig ist. Die Ausstattung war top! Das Restaurant im Innenhof ist sehr zu empfehlen, es ist alles sehr gut erreichbar. Es war auch wirklich alles da, was man gebraucht hat. einzigste Mango war die Fernbedienung, die Mitte davon lässt sich schwer schalten (: Wir haben die Unterkunft auch gleich weiter empfohlen an Freunde. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Very nice and spacious apartments. Well equipped kitchen with new electrical installations. Swimming pool available from 7:30 to 21:00. Parking area outside on the street, always easy to find free place. Very clear and easy to follow instructions how to find the apartments and check in. Great communication overall and very impressive instant replies practically at any time of the day, even late evening. It was a nice stay and would be definitely recommended.

WOW! Alina's seaside apartment was perfect, so glad I chose it. Sitting on the patio in the winter sunshine, overlooking the beautiful garden & pool was so peaceful. Everything was well thought of for a home from home stay & Alina was on hand at all times if she was ever needed. Wonderful apartment, which has everything you need for a full-fledged stay. Located in a good location, quiet, peaceful around, 10 minutes to the shopping center and the sea. I felt safe. You can see beautiful sunsets. The owners of the apartment - Estea were very friendly and pleasant. Convenient check-in and check-out. Would love to stay again!

Just right for my purposes - close to the village amenities, hired a car for getting out and about, communal pool and bbq area was spotless , comfortable apartment with great verandah for morning coffee, great value for money . Will stay again.

Mein Aufenthalt in dem Apartment auf Zypern war insgesamt angenehm. Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und war sauber sowie gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war praktisch, mit guter Erreichbarkeit von Geschäften, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Check-in verlief problemlos, und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich habe die Zeit dort genossen und kann die Unterkunft für einen entspannten Aufenthalt empfehlen.

Everything was easy, communication was great. A lovely quiet spot and great little beaches nearby.

Vicki's place was spotless clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the couch was as well. And what a patio! The parking was fine, but would not be suitable for anything other than a small car, which is what most people seem to use anyway.
