This tiny house living was perfect for my daughter and I. We were visiting my younger daughter who lives in the area but we wanted a nice view, with some outdoor fun things to do and we definitely got both!! Plus a fully equipped kitchen to able us to prepare an entire Thanksgiving meal, it was perfectly laid out for us to be able to stay out of each other's way when we were not hanging out together. The weather was chilly so it was nice to have door open since patio is screened in. Other visitors were friendly and the bar staff were also, we took out Kayaks one of the days and it was easy to fill out waiver and staff helped get them down and in th water for us. We also brought our dogs who were very happy to walk around and explore. I would definitely recommend this place to others, actually already have. We found our new spot and plan to rent a boat next time. They have a nice marina area that is well kept and have a few options to be able to rent boats. We will be back!!!

Loved the lay out for sharing with our son and his family they had one side and we enjoyed the privacy of the master suite. Pool is a bit chilly in late February but we all got in. It was the perfect location for our activities and close enough to theme parks too. We would definitely suggest this home.

Everything was great. Very clean, great amenities, many choices of seating areas, spacious kitchen. Hot tub was a delight. Crystal clear instructions to check in/out etc. My brother, his fiancée, and I flew in after a death in our family and this place worked out perfectly to be in the area close to our uncle. Quick response time from the host. The communication from the host was good, but also so frequent to the point where we felt it was over the top and was interrupting our experience. I don’t love when they message and call multiple times to ask for a 5 star review after you’ve checked out, but the actual stay was great so I rate 5 stars.

Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Perfect location in a private & quiet country setting, just minutes away from restaurants, grocery, shopping, etc. Although in Sanford, it only took ~50 minutes to get to Disney via 417. Luxurious & inspiring interior with professional design. Every bed was oh-so-comfy, including the twin beds. Fabulous & comfortable screened porch. We didn't want to leave & look forward to hopefully staying again...Wonderful! The host is excellent at communications.

La comodidad es una de mis prioridades al escoger un lugar y está casa de Emma las tiene toda desde la piscina que de solo verla te relaja hasta la vista al lago o una simple vueltita por el lugar en el carrito de Gulf que incluye la casa !!! This place was great! Very walkable, safe area! The playground is in walking distance for the kids and we walked down to the boardwalk to see lots of wildlife! The house is older but has lots of character and charm. All the beds and furniture were comfortable. The place is Well stocked and we had everything we needed. The brewery close by has great food and beer, we enjoyed meals on their outdoor patio! Outstanding choice if you want something walkable and convenient to experience Mount Dora!

We came here to celebrate my son's 16th birthday with two of his friends. He was really wanting to swim (in January) so I was on the search for a house with a heated pool that could accommodate all of us. The check in instructions were excellent and we really loved the home. The boys spent alot of time at the pool, hot tub, and in the garage playing pool and other games. I loved the fireplace. It was a beautiful home in a great location close to many restaurants and not far from theme parks and such. The only cons are that there were barely any forks or teaspoons to use, but we really didn't need them since we mostly had fast food. Also, remember to bring your own bars of soap. I guess I'm just used to other places having some for the guests. Not big issues but I figured it was worth mentioning so you can be prepared.

I would say that if your priority is a prime location within a 3 to 5 minute walk to the downtown then this place is for you. It’s a little tight on space if you’re planning on spending much time in the unit. And I would have to say at 6 foot 2 I had to keep from banging my head on the light fixtures and going down the steep staircase. It was clean with plenty of towels and good AC.

I’ve booked Stephanie’s cozy studio on multiple occasions & will do so again in the near future. It’s cozy, quiet, and it’s in a great location with plenty of restaurants, views, and entertainment within a few miles from the property. It’s always very clean and well kept. 10/10 recommend

What a beautiful comfortable place. I was traveling for work & if I can I prefer to stay in a place that feels more homey rather than a hotel. Well this was just that. I enjoyed having a separate dining room to eat in. I loved the separate family room to wake up in the morning and have my coffee. The furniture was comfy and the atmosphere in that room was just delightful to be able to see the lake. Plus, I set my laptop up on the desk at night when I had to do a few last-minute things. The bathroom was very clean. The bedroom was comfortable, the bed was soft. The towels were soft and fresh, and they even had an Alexa, which was great as I could set timers when I needed to or play music. I love the fact that they had a fan in the bedroom that was portable because I do like the sound of some type of noise in the room when I’m sleeping. I worked during the day and came back at night, went downtown a couple nights and listened to some live music and ate out. It was a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was located right between Disney and Universal and was very convenient! It was easy to get an Uber quickly each day. The pool area is beautiful and the check-in area looked brand new and the girls there were very friendly and let us store our luggage there while we went into the parks before check-in. Super nice place and we would definitely stay there again!

Chrissy as always responds within minutes of any concern or request. She hurried to clean up the property immediately after the previous guests had left so that we could check in early immediately after arrival in Florida due to our lack of sleep.

My stay was great until our Wi-Fi went out (kids still in school). Not only did they send someone immediately to fix it but when that didn’t work we were relocated to a beautiful location. I’m really appreciative for the quick and helpful host.

You couldn't ask for nicer people or how generous they are. You will not be disappointed with your staying it's 1 day or 14 days! The planning that went into this Airbnb was well thought out inside & out. Bed was extremely comfortable and you get so much space and plenty of parking. Close to stores, beach or Orlando. We will always stay here when we are in Florida, we even changed our minds on outings so we could just stay there and relax on her beautiful property with our own patio.

To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

I could not rave more about this home. I rented this villa after another home I was interested in became unavailable. I'm so thrilled this showed up in my second search because it was so much more convenient for drop offs and pick ups at the park. While the kids were at the park I spent days exploring the area or just floating in the pool. If I ever go back to disney this will be my home away from home.

10/10 would recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, spacious home with an awesome outdoor living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining/fire table area that comfortably seated our entire family. The kids really liked the game room. The beds and pillows throughout the home were very comfortable. Dawn was a great host and she has fully stocked the house with all the supplies you could ever need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc. She even keeps it stocked with a few convenient snacks as well as essentials like spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, cleaning supplies, etc. There are even little baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, etc. Since we were there around Christmas time, there was a cute little Christmas tree, stockings and a couple of other decorations around the house. She really has thought of everything!

First off, Dexter and Misty were the fastest, most responsive hosts we’ve ever experienced! They were very helpful with whatever was within their control. The house was immaculate and true to photos and especially well-stocked with bathroom supplies, kitchen essentials (trash bags, dish detergent, sponges, etc), and laundry detergent as well as other misc supplies in pantries and closets. Legends arcade worked “ok” altho not great, and one of the PS5 controllers had drift issues, but we just had fun with the foosball and pool table instead :) Heated pool and hot tub was nice to come home to after the parks with a tv poolside to enjoy as well, and the home theater screen was fun for latenight movies. We spent a full week here and had a great time!

We had a great stay! Perfect peaceful location with Walmart and other shops in walking distance! We loved the pool and the kitchen was well stocked! The living room furniture was super comfy and spacious for a family movie night! The kids loved the game room but the pool was the biggest hit! The kids loved under water lighting for night time pool fun! Ps. Check the deck box first before you go and buy pool toys! There is some already in there from previous stays. The host was very responsive and pleasant! Our only, very tiny, complaint is the lack of cushions for the outdoor seating around the pool. We would definitely book here again!

Can’t say enough about Nicola and her property. Our vacation started out rocky at a not so stellar condo. Thankfully we found her property and she was able to accommodate my family the very next day. The house is just as described, very spacious and clean! The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and shopping. Nicola was quick to respond to any of our needs. I will definitely be booking here if we are ever in the area. THANK YOU for being amazing!!

My only concern for anyone would be there was no bath soap, shampoo, one toilet paper, no hand towels. We had 3 garbage bags and one roll of paper towel. Only 2 kitchen towels. Zero supplies in kitchen. First one I have stayed in with zero supplies. Lastly, the line is very long to get into the resort depending on the timing since you are in a security setting. That def needs to be addressed within that community. The place is very clean and beautiful. Yes, I would stay there again knowing I would need to go to store and buy supplies. Thank you!

Our family absolutely loved everything about this home. The decor and paintings on the walls were stunning. The home included so many extra amenities to use the list is endless. Luis was a very responsive host. Our family will definitely stay here for future vacations.
