Even in the winter this spot was beautiful! The actual barn itself stays super warm and cozy and the bed is very comfortable. Rio and Toby were responsive, friendly and made us feel right at home. It’s also very conveniently located right near a good swimming spot and not far from New Paltz. My partner and I kept talking about how excited we are to hopefully come back in the spring/summer when everything on the grounds is in full bloom!

Our family had a wonderful time at Larissa’s farm. Our three kids loved working on the farm - learning, contributing, and being outside - and Larissa is just such a kind person who was super patient with the kids. The apartment was great, everything you need for a short stay, and was just what we were looking for, clean and well-kept. Larissa provides a ton of info about stores and restaurants and activities nearby, and we just had such a fantastic and relaxing time. Highly recommend!

You know it’s a lovely space when we come multiple years to stay! Amy is the nicest- a fantastic host with great recommendations for the area. The apartment is clean and spacious and full of rustic charm. Our kids adored the ducks they have on the property and the yard is wonderfully inviting! Can’t wait to come back next year 😃

I wish I could give more than a 5 star review! if ever a place earned a 1,000 stars, this is it! It's the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The decor is charming. the hosts were fabulous and attentive. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil you could desire. The view is great and there is so much to do on the grounds. We enjoyed pickleball a walking around the lake. We spent a lovely evening around a campfire made from the amply stocked wood pile. No attention to detail was spared and everything was impeccably clean. I have stayed at Air Bnbs all over the country and this one tops them all! I know this is a place I will be returning to over and over again.

We had a fantastic stay! The space was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with thoughtful extras that made traveling even easier. The host was incredibly friendly and communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the fenced-in yard, which was perfect for our dog. We truly appreciated all the little details that made this stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Gail was commutative and helpful! The cabin barn was beautifully decorated, quaint, and cozy. The outhouse was clean and a short walk from the cabin. We didn’t use the shower or bath tub but they looked lovely. The heated mattress covers kept us warm at night. Overall a beautiful and convenient place to stay!

This was our first time at the Barn. There were 8 of us. We had plenty of room. Plenty of parking. MaryBeth and Doug are extremely friendly. We enjoyed hearing about the history of the Barn. Will definitely book there again next year.

I stayed at Katherine's during renovations on my house in a nearby town. I appreciated her flexibility and the fact that she also accommodated my dogs as the experience has been challenging for all of us. The location of Katherine's property is easy to find and very close to Brattleboro for most things you would need during your stay.

My husband and I were looking for a place to have a very relaxing weekend. Lori’s place was just the place for it. Lori was a great host! She was very friendly and helpful. She recommended a few places for us to visit. Lori responded very quickly to our message needing help with getting on Netflix. The apartment was very neat and clean. The kitchen had everything that was needed to cook meals. The morning sun rise was beautiful! We would definitely like to visit Lori’s place again!

Thank you to Taylor and her incredible staff! The entire experience was one we will never forget. Taylor ( the owner and horse trainer) was so kind and helpful to us and made us feel right at home. The loft was so beautiful with the sweetest views right out to the pastures and the stables! Everything was spotless and accommodated so well for us! Every detail was intentional and fit in so well! The horses are such beautiful and kind animals, being able to experience them up close and being able to ride one of them was the spotlight of our stay! We met the sweetest barn kitties too! The cleanliness and coziness of the entire ranch was nothing short of amazing. Remember this is a working horse ranch of incredible hard working women. Thank you Taylor and her amazing staff! We will most definitely be back soon and I’m so excited to get more horse riding lessons from her🤍🐎

I have stayed in dozens and dozens of Airbnbs and this is bar none the best I have stayed in terms of the price and value. To say it is well appointed is an understatement, it was perfect for my 2 day biz trip. Very quiet. Such an awesome building and setting! If you’re questioning whether it you should hit ‘Reserve’…..yes, do it. Thanks for the great stay :)

The barn was exactly as described. Check in was easy and everything was clean and organized. Next time we're in the area we will stay if available. Bonus the owner is a Dream Theater fan. You can't beat that :-)

Beautiful and Stunning home near downtown Lancaster, PA. Great for a large group! Amazing great room and gorgeous kitchen!! Roomy bedrooms each with an en suite. Highly recommend!

This little nook in the middle of the woods was amazing very peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable. Everything you can possibly need is provided by the host. Can’t say enough about this place. Absolutely amazing. Definitely visiting again.

Our family had an absolutely marvelous time at the Barn House after Christmas. Kathleen went the extra mile to make our time at the Barn House memorable. The Christmas decorations were beautiful! It is a lovely place to get away with your family or friends, in winter or summer. It was beautiful in December, I can only imagine how pretty the Barn House would be in the summer. We really felt welcome and comfortable during our stay. Our gracious hosts and beautiful surroundings helped us to feel instantly at ease, and we really enjoyed being able to move around the farm property to enjoy the views and the experience of being outdoors in a rural setting. If you are looking for a unique weekend getaway try sleeping in the barn at Deputy Farm and become a part farm life for the weekend!

The was THE BEST mini vacation our family has ever taken. Marylouise’s home is incredibly beautiful comfortable and she and Thomas are the best hosts you could imagine. Their property is exactly as described and more. When we were there the farm had new baby lambs which were so cute and adorable. The farm dogs and cats are friendly and our kids loved snuggling up on them. The home is well stocked with games, puzzles and toys for kids and some adult reads as well. We didn’t miss the TV. The kitchen is an absolute dream and we enjoyed being able to eat as a family with properly cooked meals. The coffee maker and provided coffee was also made for nice mornings. I loved sitting on the back porch with a cup in the morning. If you want to take in some of the local fare Marylouise and Thomas can point you in the right direction to a few restaurants within driving distance. Our kids are already asking to go back!

We had stayed at this place a few years ago for a couples retreat and really enjoyed it. We booked it again as we had enjoyed it the first time. It's a nice location that is off the beaten path and pretty private and quiet. The home is well furnished and taken care of. Everything that we needed was provided. We loved using the hot tub with the snow falling! We are already planning to go back next year!

We have stayed at Brenda’s barn several times and it is ALWAYS a wonderful stay! Conveniently located, great space and a wonderful host! We look forward to more stays!
