Matthew’s place is well-provisioned with beach gear and an easy walk to the beach. We liked the quieter side street. The outdoor Jenga set was a lot of fun and my son enjoyed cooking on the outdoor grill. There are lots of gates if needed to help keep young children or pets contained. The only item missing from the kitchen was ground coffee for their coffee maker. Plenty of other spices handy…. Bring your own shampoo. Thank you for sharing!

I absolutely loved my stay at Kate’s house. Everything about it is beautiful. The views of the ocean are stunning and the huge windows let so much light in. The furniture is comfortable and there’s plenty of seating. I loved the decor in every room. Both bedrooms have great views. The place was immaculate upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked. I loved that beach towels were provided. Kate checked in daily to make sure everything was going well. The neighborhood is quiet, and it’s only a few miles to town. What a great experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kearney Castle and we will definitely be back. The rental was in the perfect location and the views of the ocean were perfection. I love that the owners allow us to bring our dogs. They loved the beach too! The hosts recommendations for local restaurants were spot on. We loved Mulligans and Noosa Beach Grille. The deck was awesome also. we visited off season but the street was quiet and the beach was mostly empty, which we loved for the dogs! The house isn't brand new but that's what we loved. We loved the handwritten note instructions on the fridge and the sea shell shelf as a guest book of memories for all the past guests!

Michelle’s home is pristinely clean and beautiful! The layout is perfect for a group. The elevator was so helpful for my ADA needs, as well as in general for our groceries and luggage. Between the two decks and fenced backyard, there are multiple outdoor ocean side options for relaxing, meals, or games. Our group also really enjoyed the kayak. Michelle is a great communicator and so hospitable. Highly recommend, and we look forward to a future stay.

This is a gorgeous place to stay in Norfolk Virginia. I hope we can stay there again.

Our stay was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. The view was breathtaking. Both the bedroom and living room had access to the outside patio which had an amazing unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean. The chairs on the patio were top of the line and very comfortable. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog with us. He enjoyed sunning himself on the patio everyday. Stephanie was available to answer our questions in a timely and thoughtful way. For an oceanfront vacation, the location cannot be beat. The beach was directly accessible from a short boardwalk directly in back of the unit. Highly recommended. Just beautiful!

Egret is a cute cottage right on the beach - as described. You can’t beat the sound of the ocean and the view of the beach from the porch. The cottage has everything you could need in the kitchen, a great bathroom and a comfy bed. Our host, Mike, was very responsive and helpful when we asked him to recommend local restaurants. We stayed there with our dog and there is a little fenced-in area for dogs which worked out great! I would definitely recommend staying here if you want a beach getaway!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Madeline was an amazing host. She is very kind, professional, helped with any inquiries I had and always responded in a timely manner. As we were traveling from another state, she was kind enough to let us check in a little early since we had a lengthy drive. The home has really comfortable beds and is in a quiet location, so that made for a good night's rest! We liked that it is very close to restaurants and shops, and a short walk to the beach. There are 3 parking spaces, which was perfect since we did not have to worry about finding parking or paying for extra parking. Another cool thing is that the house has four bedrooms total, but two of the bedrooms are primary bedrooms (with en suite bathrooms) which were perfect for my parents and aunt/uncle. The home is clean, very spacious and perfect for a family or friends traveling together. We would definitely recommend staying at Madeline's place and look forward to returning again!

We had a wonderful stay at Dare2Dream. The house is in the perfect location at North Beach. The private pool/spa and the elevator made our stay perfect with children and elderly parents. We had plenty of space, everyone had a private bedroom and in suite bath. Love the decor and the views. Will we come back, absolutely!!

Wonderful Home! We really enjoyed are stay here! I loved the open feel on this inside as well as all the balcony’s to go out and listen to the ocean and see the sun come up or look at the stars at night. My favorite part is the spacious backyard with the fire pit! And a big shoutout to Shane for being an exceptional host!

What a great place to stay! Not even a five minute walk to the beach ⛱️ You can walk to either Surfside or Garden City Piers, which make for great strolls and photos. The house was clean, and exactly like the photos. It worked great for my family. I appreciate how responsive Lissa was! The best part? Checkin and Checkout were a breeze. oh and plenty of parking! We were able to fit 2 trucks and 2 SUVs easy. I definitely recommend this stay.

Summer’s place is a great place to stay. Right across the street from the beach with easy access. Home is a nice clean and relaxing place to unwind after a day at the beach. Summer was very accommodating with a request and truly appreciated her hospitality. I highly recommend staying here. Great bang for your buck. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much Summer!!

The views! The views! The living room and main bedroom had wonderful views of the marsh & we were treated to beautiful sunsets every night. My friend and I had a wonderful three nights here. Comfy home. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Communications with host were great. Would absolutely return here!

Although we stayed at a home that we did not select (due to homeowner emergency) we were provided a home with identical amenities. Nicole was very responsive and her property was well taken care of. The location was awesome! Just a few minutes walk to the beach. She provided lots of recommendations and the house was more than adequately stocked. Each bedroom offered extra linens, extra bath towels and more than enough kitchenware. Will definitely stay at one of Nicole’s properties again!

My family and another spent a long weekend at this great beach front cottage. Kids enjoyed the cozy loft and the parents each had a bedroom. It was the fall so water was cold but we found plenty to do in the area. Great restaurant just down the street Matunuck Oyster Bar was amazing highly recommend.

This home is absolutely beautiful. I loved being able to wake up early and watch the sun rise over the Chesapeake bay. Even though it was cold the kids enjoyed splashing in the water with their rain boots. We spent the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at colonial Williamsburg. Afterwards we ate at Captain George’s, a place Tas recommended. It was absolutely worth it. I was also pleased with being able to make a good Thanksgiving meal. The stay was relaxing and peaceful. We would love to come back in the near future.

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. We all left saying this would be perfect to bring our families back to as well! The beach is beautiful and sunrise was breath taking!

Beautiful beach. We were all given one bath towel. No soap in shower so be sure and take your own. Three nights off season was a thousand dollars. Over $600 added in taxes and Airbnb fees. Cute place, nice location, but I won't be using Airbnb any longer. Add-ons are absurd.

Hosts proved themselves to be very responsive when an unexpected house issue arose immediately after check-in. Although a solution wasn’t feasible overnight, they got the problem fixed right away the next morning. After that hiccup, our stay was quite lovely. A beautiful location and even though we were there during a cold time of year, the view was still remarkable. The space was clean, quiet and well equipped with everything our group needed to be very comfortable. Would love to stay again during the warmer months!

What a beautiful spot to unwind, to unplug and to feel grounded by and with Mother Nature. Laura was a great host. She was very communicative and helpful with local suggestions. The place was clean, cozy and it felt just like home! ✨

we rented La Spiaggia in December, and while it's mostly going to be more beautiful and better in the summer (since it's a beach house) it was still perfectly fine in the winter; well insulated and with good strong heaters. speaking of the beach I can't stress enough of how close this place is to the water; I'm talking literally ten steps to the sand. I would certainly recommend the place as a great summer getaway!

We had a great stay for 3 nights! When I say this was one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on, I’m not exaggerating. I wish I could take it home with me. Beautiful view of the ocean from inside and out. Small kitchen and renovated bathroom but suited our needs. Easy beach access from the complex and near the unit. Great surfing, walking or sunbathing but not sure about kids in the waves, the surf seemed rough to us. Pool was not open during our stay. Steep 1 flight of stairs to access condo, something to consider with heavy suitcases. We did have to contact the owner 1x with a question/issue and they responded very quickly. Overall would highly recommend this condo!
