For the location, comfort, walkability, availability, utility and John's responsiveness, safe-accommodations and value/price...almost unbelievable & unbeatable! If you need a place to crash or you need to stay comfortably for some time (i.e. weeks) in Rochester, this is going to be one of, if not, your top option. For multiple people (more than two), it would be a little close quarters to stay more than a few days--like if you will have any others over or stopping by. For my purposes, being in town for two nights for a sporting event, John's place was 100% perfect! Gave me the feeling that my college dorm room (which I loved and re-requested multiple years) had been upgraded to a way better adult format! And with a very nice, immaculate bathroom, retro-design little refrigerator and everything I needed/wanted. Side note: Walk to Ugly Duck Coffee for the best in-town experience!! (Though there is good coffee & maker in the room.)

Our stay at The Newport Inn was perfect. We started with a bourbon tasting at The Urban Chick (the front side of the Inn) where everyone was so kind and accommodating. The room was comfortable, shower was amazing, and everything was clean. Walking to anywhere we wanted to go was nice! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay again next time we’re in the area. 🌟

Several times I have been welcomed here for business travel. Nice bonus to be able to unwind with a view of the ocean after a long day. Laid back, no frill’s atmosphere is what I love about this place.

Wow, Rob’s place was beautiful. The attention to detail in the space was outstanding and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an amazing stay and will definitely come back when we can.

The bnb was exactly as represented on the site. Our bed & bath was spacious with cute black & white design. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Everything you could want was included: local travel books, magazines & maps, hot tea, games & books and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/hairdryer. Breakfast was a treat and Jeanette was so friendly & responsive. Will definitely return.

This place is adorable. I stayed in one of the cottages, and it was just right for what I needed. Super cute decor- beautiful grounds. The bed was very comfortable as well. Alexis was an absolute sweetheart. I feel like I have friends in Ithaca- and plan to visit again. Thank “y’all” for making this Texan feel so welcome. ❤️

We loved our 3 day stay at the Port Hotel. It’s a cool old hotel that had been restored, refurbished, and modernized. It has all the character and charm of the 1920s, with all the comfort and convenience of today. We slept well, ate well, and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Port Washington. I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone who wants to get away.

Our time at the Franklin Hotel was amazing, the room was clean, updated and in an amazing location and the host was very timely with responses and more than friendly! we will absolutely be staying there again!

This place was amazing! So beautiful. So clean. Host communication was great. This was a stop on our way back from the Alabama game. It was perfect for us and our only regret was not being able to stay longer. The bed was beyond comfortable, and the details were so noticed. We will totally be back!

Elisha’s place is very well located close to everything downtown. It’s right above her cafe which also has amazing food and coffee! The space itself is clean, well appointed and super cozy. We will be back in the summer!

The place was absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. Very easy to get to easy to check in and out. 100% recommend!

Such a lovely place with lots of character! We stayed here for a night while we took the kids skiing at Mount Peter for the weekend. It was so convenient to be an eight minute drive away from the mountain for their early morning class. We got to explore the very cute Main Street a little bit and next time we absolutely have to try the restaurant downstairs as well! The host was so warm and friendly and responsive and we loved everything about this place. We’d be happy to stay there again next time we visit.

We had a wonderful stay at the BBI and will certainly be back. Beautiful property with quiet and cozy rooms. Conveniently located to Burlington and many outdoor recreation areas. Mike was a wonderful host, very responsive and even treating his guests to delicious homemade baked goods. We enjoyed visiting with the goats and chickens, too!

Fun place to stay, everything was as described and clean. Will stay there again in the future.

I have started travelling recently, its been couple of months. And by far this is the best place I have come across. Host (Tiffany) was very responsive and always helpful in case of any information. Room was beautiful and clean with fully equipped kitchenette, laundry inside the building, which is very convenient . And there are lot of things to do in lake Chautauqua. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area. :)

The landlord Brigitte is so kind and helpful to the people. Place is so clean. Kitchen is so clean. I am here in winter season therefore I do not know out side the building. Inside the building is very attractive. I am a professional Chef in Canada. Sanitation is excellent. Laundry is very flexible. I could wash my laundry as I am at home. Inside temperature excellent. Right temperature maintain all the time. Car parking very free to park where I wanted. Night time and the day time inside the building no noices at all. Still I have nother 2 months to carry on up to the end of August. All together I reserved 3 months. What I have to say so far this is a excellent place to stay without fear even if I come with my wife. I am happy I selected this place. Thanks for airbnb. Thanks again.

My wife and I along with another couple stayed overnight at Jamie's place. We were in Ridgeway to attend a concert. We got home late (after midnight) but had no problem entering the place at that time. The upstairs two bedroom with a small sitting area was cozy, comfortable and very well appointed. Jamie is friendly and helpful.

great place to stay for the price. nothing fancy, but we just needed a hot shower and a place to sleep. beds were kind of hard, but for 1 night, it was ok.

Every time I find myself in Dieppe/Moncton area I have to come back to this place, it is absolutely amazing! Quiet, Clean, Cozy, and with everything you need! Best choice in town no doubt! 👌🏽
