Bruno es muy amable y está atento a responder las dudas que surjan. El lugar es bastante cómodo y agradable. Cuenta con muchos utensilios para cocinar. La ubicación es buena para desplazarse a diferentes lugares pero en Auto. Nos quedamos con el deseo de nadar un poco, pero la Piscina no estaba disponible por la temporada de frío y lluvia.

Alloggio sopra alle aspettative molto bello e curato giardino privato ampie vetrate e soleggiato cucina ben attrezzata anche se non l’ho utilizzata oltre al giardino privato un altro giardino con olivi e due spazi per grigliate e in un altro spazio piscina condivisa con gli altri ospiti. Veramente molto soddisfatto lo raccomando. Grazie a Maurizio.

Great apartments very clean

Apartment is located on the ground floor with parking view. This is in building 6. You need to go with Your ski equipment 100m go up the hill to the ski lift. But still is not far. I can fully recommend this apartment if You are looking for place to stay during ski trip.

posto molto tranquillo e rilassante host molto gentili e educati ci hanno trattato come degli amici apprezzo molto siamo stati bene, assolutamente da rifare.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Rosella war sehr schön - die Villa liegt toll gelegen auf einer Anhöhe. Das Grundstück ist voll mit tollen Pflanzen und Blumen und das Haus ist schön geräumig wie erwartet. Man läuft etwa 3 km bis ins Stadtzentrum nach Riva, diese Möglichkeit haben wir mehrfach genutzt. Einen Einkaufsladen gibt es bereits in 600m Entfernung. Egal, ob man die Tage am Pool verbringen oder etwas unternehmen möchte, beides ist in der Villa Rosella möglich. Eine große Empfehlung ist der Lago Di Tenno - dort ist nicht zu viel los und man kann wunderbar darin schwimmen und ihn zu Fuß umrunden.

The apartment, much like the host Stefano, was truly exceptional. We felt completely at home, and had everything we could possibly need. The spacious backyard garden offers so much privacy. We travelled with a one-year-old, and she absolutely loved being able to get out of the apartment and into the garden on her own. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – we enjoyed spending our days there as well. The location is perfect – just a short walk from Arco’s charming old town, park, playground, and more. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute drive to Riva del Garda or Torbole, with several grocery stores within walking distance. Stefano is an outstanding host – the definition of a “Superhost.” We can’t wait to return!

Allereerst is het uitzicht echt nog veel mooier dan op foto's is te zien! Daarnaast was de ruimte heel schoon en netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien! Ideaal dat heel veel benodigdheden al aanwezig zijn! Het huis was wel wat lastig te vinden omdat de navigatie het huisnummer niet vond maar met instructies kwamen we er alsnog vrij snel. De weg naar het huis is wat smal en eng, maar dat is het uitzicht dubbel en dwars waard!

Kortsch war für uns der perfekte Start für unseren Urlaub man muss sagen wir haben hier in der Gegend viele Freunde und waren so immer gut beschäftigt. aver ich bin sicher das man auch ohne dieses plus eine unglaublich erholsame zeit hier verbringen kann. schaut einfach mal vom Balkon, schöner geht es kaum. Verena und ihre Familie sind auch sehr liebe Mensch, uns hat es hier wirklich sehr gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

very beautiful accommodation, exactly as in the photos. everything went smoothly and the whole family enjoyed the holiday. the owner was active and communicative.

רוג'רו מארח מכל הלב, התקשורת עם האורחים היא בעדיפות עליונה אצלו, הוא עוזר ומסייע בכל דבר והרגשנו כאורחים מאוד רצויים כאשר רוג'רו פינק אותנו בכל טוב. הוא מתגורר בסמוך וזמין תמיד. הבית מאוד מרווח עם נוף יפה ומצויד לארוחות משפחתיות, היה לנו נוח מאוד לחגוג שם את חג הפסח! טייקה הכלבה הידידותית הוסיפה לאווירה הטובה! הרגשנו שהשהייה בנכס של רוג'רו היתה חוויה מיוחדת מאוד עבורנו כמשפחה!

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage bei Anna, trotz dass das Wetter eher wechselhaft war. Das Haus ist eine Perle und wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch sofort wieder dort buchen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Tipps, die Anna uns gab, lohnen sich wirklich. Wichtig ist zu wissen, die Unterkunft kann nur zu Fuß erreicht werden, da sie sich im historischen Viertel von Riva befindet. Der Stellplatz für das Auto ist kostenlos, sicher und groß genug und befindet sich zwei Straßenecken weiter, ca. 250m vom Haus entfernt. Im Haus ist es sehr geräumig, gemütlich und modern. Der Austritt zum Essbereich im Freien ist ebenerdig. Es gibt oben und unten eine Dusche sowie eine Toilette. Oben befinden sich außerdem zwei Schlafzimmer mit einem kleineren und einem größeren Doppelbett. Unten steht auf einer kleinen Empore noch ein Doppelbett zur Verfügung. Uns hat das alles sehr gefallen und ich kann nur sagen, vielen Dank, dass wir so ein schönes Haus nutzen durften.

Das Haus übertrifft die Bilder. Es ist großzügig, hell, sauber und einfach wunderschön. Der Garten und die Aussicht toppen noch das Innere des Hauses. Es ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Traditionell eingerichtet, geräumig und schöner Garten. Manko man hört jeden Schritt von oben wenn man das untere Schlafzimmer belebt, aber aufjedenfall nicht dramatisch. Das Haus befindet sich leicht abgelegen und ist ein Besuch wert für Leute mit Hund! Sehr hundefreundlich gelegen, eignet sich auch perfekt für Grillabende! Außerhalb der Saison sollte man mit längerer Fahrzeit zu einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit rechnen. Gerne wieder!

Du Unterkunft von Sergio war sehr schön. Im Winter bei viel Schnee braucht man Schneeketten. Man hat es sehr ruhig und trotzdem sind Supermärkte schnell zu erreichen und um zur Sella Ronda einzusteigen fährt man nur 15 min.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo appartamento! La posizione era ideale e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici, permettendo di utilizzare in pieno la Trentino card! L'appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: spazioso, pulito e ben arredato. La cucina ben attrezzata. L'ospitalità è stata impeccabile. Alessandra e Michele sono ottimi host, molto disponibili fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per esplorare la zona, oltre ad accoglierci con un ottimo strudel appena fatto, un cesto di frutta, una bottiglia e altre prelibatezze! Consigliamo vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia esplorare il Trentino e cercare un alloggio confortevole e accogliente, anche per gli amici a quattro zampa che sono pienamente accolti e coccolati!
