We had a great stay at Natalie’s place! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable, and the washer and dryer were really nice to have after spending the day outside (as well as the hot tub)! Very well priced for the area as well and parking was very easy and plentiful. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was nice. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The floors were a little sticky in the kitchen but overall the place was clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is traveling to the inland empire. It was close to a big shopping center. The host was great they dropped off new towels and slippers. But she did message us before we got to the Airbnb saying there was complementary water in the fridge and there was none.

Our stay was very short, over just the weekend, but the location is great, right across the street from a park and we noticed a lot of hikers would park their cars close by at the park and hike up the hill which seemed very popular. We wished we had been able to spend a little more time at the condo as it was decorated very nicely and had a nice little sitting area in a private courtyard outside. The whole place was very cozy. And it was conveniently located near downtown Riverside where there were several restaurants. The garage was a nice bonus to be able to park the car and have it in a safe location with direct access to the condo. We would definitely stay there again if we came to the area.

This was our second time staying here and once again It didn't disappoint. This for sure will be our go to place to stay anytime we need a little getaway. Perfect location, very home like feel, decorated nicely, well stocked kitchen, I could go on and on. What also makes this such a great find is the amazing hosts and their small attention to the little things that made our little getaway so much more enjoyable. Whether it was the basket of snacks and popcorn that made for a perfect family night movie cuddled on the comfy couch in front of the fireplace, ( Anyone with a 15 yr old girl knows how hard those are to come by 😊) or the cute bucket filled with a snowman making kit complete with a tophat and corncob pipe, those little extras made for such a wonderful trip. The communication was excellent as well! The host provided updates prior to our trip and contacted us the day before to make sure we knew we needed chains. They even allowed an early check-in before the heavy snow hit

Perfect condo in every way! Loved being close to Lake Arrowhead Village and the freedom to walk to the grocery store and to restaurants. The unit is very private, was spotless, gas fireplace was simple to use. Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to staying there again.

Mario & Ivette's place is fairly easy to find, nice condo that needs upgrades. The jacuzzi was nice and hot, we spent a lot of time there. The condo is drivable to the village and walkable to the boulder bay park which you can feed ducks. Our time there was enjoyable although the beds are rock hard and pillows are too soft. If you do book make sure to bring your own pillows if you need support. They are very responsive and flexible on times although they require a 6hr turn around for a little place. The only complaint I would have is there was black hair all in the guest bathtub. Overall we had a nice stay.

Great location and perfect for a family of 4. The place was clean, and host was super friendly and had great recommendations of restaurants to check out. The condo itself was everything the description states and much more.
