Such a beautiful house. Very well furnished, comfortable and very clean. The surrounding area is peaceful with great view of the lake. The owners are very responsive and communicated with no delay. During our stay, there was a problem with the water and the owners worked tirelessly and spared no expense to solve the issue quickly.

Great place to stay. Private and beautiful setting. Chris was great. We really enjoyed our conversations. It certainly reached all expectations and was close to Granville where we spent most of our time. Bed was comfortable and place was clean.

Beautiful house right on the lake, lots of space and plenty of room and beds. Very nice renters as well. Highly recommend!!!

Great place for a little getaway! Not too far from Mohican St Park for our day activities and plenty of fun stuff at the house to do in the evenings—they even had fire starters and smore sticks! I would definitely stay here again, the outdoor space was especially lovely and the hosts were very responsive.

Great place to relax and get away from the city fer sure! Be prepared there is no internet, cable or cell service! And during our stay the DVD player wouldn't read any DVDs we brought :-( But that's OK it was nice to be disconnected from the world for a long weekend!! Beautiful property and house was equipped with everything we needed! I will def come back again next time I'm in the coshocton area!!!

We just had the most relaxing winter getaway in Apple Valley! Everything was perfect - we felt so welcome at this lake retreat. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, coffee, and spices. We were able to keep the giant island stocked with snacks and meals without taking up valuable counter or table space. There are 3 generous and comfortable seating areas throughout the house - 2 on the main floor and another in the basement. It was easy to spread out and read, nap, etc. The view from the living and dining rooms were just fantastic. The large windows offer great views of the lake and neighboring community. Finally, I have to rave about the beds! The mattresses were so comfortable and we all slept so well! Thank you for helping us create a memorable weekend!

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The house is very spacious and clean. The room was exactly like its images and description. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Additionally, he had two cats that were friendly to play with. We were provided with all the utilities we needed. The most remarkable part was the nature around the house, as there were spaces for you to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

We were so thrilled with these accommodations! Though it’s a lakeside property that would be fantastic for family fun in the warm months, we stayed here in winter with snow on the ground and it was perfect! Everything was clean, comfortable, clutter-free & cozy! Perfect for relaxing between games for our son’s basketball tournament nearby. We were blessed to get to stay in this “blessed cottage”!

We enjoyed our stay and the location is very convenient and close to everything. The house was also very clean.

A group of my friends and I rented the home for one night to host our 5th Murder Mystery Game and we were blown away with how perfect this place was for it! We had plenty of space for the food we brought and everyone had a place to stay to sleep. It was nice and private, which is exactly what we were looking for. Some of my friends can get a little loud during these events, which is exactly why we chose this place for the lack of quiet hour restrictions. The space was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we would need, even cookies for us to enjoy upon arrival (which were delicious). A lot of us discussed possibly returning during the summer because we loved it so much!

Mark’s place is hands down place to stay in Mansfield. I’ve booked several times and won’t be my last. Definitely will not be disappointed in your stay. It’ll be home away from home.

Stayed at Ginger & Curtis's home while visiting my daughter at Kenyon. Location was great and home was comfortable... easy, short drive to campus. Apple Valley Lake is just beautiful. Lovely view of the lake from the back deck of the home.
