Exceptionally nice and very well decorated. Everything I needed was right there. This place felt like home as soon as I arrived. The bed was comfortable. 100% will book this stay again. Location was spot on for the visit. The stars were out every night. So peaceful staying there.

We had an increadilbe time. DeAnn was a superhost. She recommended walks and the directions were clear. The house was so cozy and comfortable. She had everything in the cupboards for making dinners or breakfast. DeAnn has put me in trust with Airbnb in America. In Australia i have stopped using Airbnb because the hosts dont do anything for you. They dont even leave tea or coffee - JUST Nothing (as bare as they can). Not even flexible and many places are not clean. But in America and Europe they treat you better than Hotels. I highly recommend DeAnn's place for a beautiful relaxing country escape. If your a Hiker this is the ultimate place.

A gorgeous place, well appointed, with super-thoughtful hosts. It's worth spending some time in east zion for the beautiful scenery and amazing array of gorgeous places to stay they have. Even in winter this place is a delight with hot tubs. We had a little snafu finding the tiny homes- but they made it up to us by being really thoughtful and kind for our christmas stay. I'm sure you'll enjoy it as much as we did!

This was an amazing stay! Sunny was responsive and helpful for local activities! We loved the location and peaceful environment; the front window offered a panaramic view of buttes and desert. Clean towels, amazing shower, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. There was coffee already there so we didn't have to go shopping first thing! There is charcoal onsite to use in the grill, a relaxing pond. We would absolutely stay again!

Staying at Jen's sheep camp was one an amazing experience for both my son and I. The wagons were really cozy, very well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable. The entire camp is very thoughtfully laid out, well organized with a great shower with tons of hot water. The view of the surroundings and canyons off in the distance is stunning and the stars at night were like lanterns in the sky. I would love to come back here again some day and stay for longer.

Perfect little getaway just the right size cabin. Walk out right to the pond, was able to fish for a couple days. Even though the weather was cool and windy, it was still a wonderful experience. Saw some deer played some cornhole barbecued and enjoy the fire pit in the evening will definitely be back.

Big Cottonwood Canyon Creek is the drinking supply for Salt Lake City. No joke that the pristine creek rages past the cabin, making the most incredible sound. The rustic cabin was perfect for the four of us; my two teens spent many hours dropping their fishing lines right off the porch and bridge on the property. The large kitchen allowed us to make our meals easily, as it was well stocked with all essentials. My husband was very happy with the espresso machine. The location is 11 minutes from Smith’s so food shopping is a breeze. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was warm when the nights hit 46 degrees in the summer. We drove up the mountain and had lunch on the balcony at the local lodge. This is paradise and if you are looking for a rustic cabin that is nestled in a beautiful Utah valley with countless hiking trails and abundant water, this is the place.

Beautiful tiny home, just as described! Clean, easy parking, and perfect for people traveling to explore Zion. The only thing that could have made our stay more pleasant is if Monica had special powers to control the wind one night! But viewing the night stars from bed made us forget about the wind. I’d stay here again!

Great little spot about 20min away from the visitors center of Zion. Nice area with chickens and even pigs nearby. Though warned us the Wi-Fi may not be as good in the area, we had good connection. Cute place.

This tiny home was so cozy and cute! My husband and I enjoyed living the tiny home lifestyle for a night. Instructions were clear and we had no trouble checking in and out. Natalie was fast to responding and we always felt comfortable reaching out. The views and surrounding area were so beautiful!

Matthew was SUPER helpful, always going above and beyond. The place was so cute and cozy. We enjoyed the pool as well! Will definitely recommend to friend and family!

Such a great getaway with the perfect place to stay! We loved being able to wind down and relax using the hot tub after long days of exploring. April was super kind and helpful with print outs of local recommendations and books of what to do around the area. The place was super cute and clean and the bed was super comfy. Couldn’t have picked a better location and host for our weekend out west!

loved all the outdoor living areas especially the flower kitchen. first nook to not have any creepy crawlers inside so this indoor-outdoor living combo is the cleanest i think you'll ever find. thank you we plan to come back just us ! (even though its also perfect for little ones)

Our stay at Jeans cottage was wonderful- comfortable with so much space to spread out with 2 families and 6 kids total. The kids loved all the activities from the trampoline, to the swing, to the jacuzzi, to the upstairs play areas, the go kart, and fire pit for s’mores! The access to Zion was perfect, too! Jean was extremely responsive to questions and had a thoughtful gift basket upon our arrival. I can’t recommend The Ardell Cottage enough! Thank you, Jean!

Hands down the best Airbnb experience I've had. Cozy little cabin with everything I could need. Beautiful rose garden patio with a little fire pit and complimentary s'mores fixings. A quick and easy 30 minute drive to Zion National Park. Several local restaurants and coffee shops with gorgeous mountain views. Nina was incredibly responsive and super helpful with every request I had. Would happily stay there again next time!

Marla is the best host! She was so generous and helpful about everything. My car broke down and we had to take it to the mechanic in Hurricane, where it was held for 3 days and we couldn't leave as planned! She went out of her way to help us, like finding ways to get to Zion without a car, offering to let us use her car, offering us lifts, letting us stay an extra night for free, offering late check out, and making delicious apricot cobbler that she fed us! Her whole property and yard area (she also rents out rooms in her house) feel so welcoming and well thought out (hot tub, fire pit etc). Marla manages it all and interacts with her guests with a huge smile, warm heart and wonderful laughter. I highly recommend a stay here!

Cute little blue tiny home! It looked tiny from the outside but I was blown away walking inside! It had everything we needed for our three night stay and more! Loved their movie selection! What a great touch! The scenery outside was breathtaking! Loved going in the hammock and relaxing.

Booked this place for a birthday celebration. We felt welcomed and Jared was responsive to every question or concern we had. People said it was noisy but I would disagree. Sure, it was by the highway but it wasn’t as loud as people made it seem. The experience was overall great! Will be booking again in the future.

I absolutely loved the playful creativity and love that Becky put into Tarzan’s tiny hut and all her other places! But my favorite part of being there was getting to meet her! What a delightful being ! Thank you Becky for being you and bringing joy and fun to this place♥️

I wish the shower had warmer water but other than that it was a magical experience.

Jared's place was the perfect base camp for my husband, my 15 year old kiddo and me as we explored the national parks, state parks and some awesome BLM hikes/trails/climbing and canyon areas over spring break. We made breakfast at "home," packed lunch for the hikes and then had dinner most nights at one of the area restaurants - the kitchen had everything we needed for simple meal prep. Beds were SO comfy!
