This was a trip I got for my parents (in their 50s) and they had a wonderful time despite the weather being less than ideal (super rainy). When they got home they were happy and excited to share the adventure. Even went as far as to say they saw a glimpse of what their retirement could look like. So, I highly recommend as a gift to someone who enjoys the peace and serenity of the outdoors with someone they love (or go with you and your loved one if you enjoy that stuff as well)

We had an excellent time, and the farmhouse was exactly what we had hoped. The view is amazing, and the surrounding farm was such a delight. We enjoyed watching the goats in the backyard and the adorable pigs running around. The house was perfect for us. The fully fenced yard was ideal for the dogs. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and found everything we needed to prepare the meal in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. We enjoyed s'mores at the fire pit and the view of the stars was phenomenal. Thanks for sharing your home with us, and allowing the dogs!

Enjoyed the novelty of the train and the modern industrial vibe. Cozy and well-stocked, it felt like staying at a family member's place. If I am ever in Appomattox again, I would love to stay here again!

Amy’s place was such a beautiful home for a weekend getaway! She and her husband were incredibly kind, the breakfast was delicious, and I hope to visit them again! There were lots of cute dogs and horses to pet, and lovely spots to walk around.

Rachel and Kish were so warm and welcoming. Their farm is peaceful and quiet, lovely views in all directions. We were very comfortable in our large and private accommodations. Their place was a memorable highlight of our vacation.

This airbnb is in a beautiful location, the views are spectacular! We were in visiting my daughter at a local college and all of the hotels were booked or were an outrageous price, I’m so thankful we found this place! Very clean and quiet. No wifi but thankfully I had cell service. We didn’t spend a lot of time there but the time we did spend there, it was relaxing! Only thing is it got toasty in the room at night and there was no way for me to control the temperature or cool off.

Great for what we needed. It was a beautiful location. The better place to stay when visiting liberty!

This place is an absolute gem! We spent Christmas on the farm, and it was perfect. From having horses all around us, to the beautiful views surrounding the house, the comfortable bed, the fire pit, and the hot tub, plus being dog friendly - it was a peaceful dream come true. This place has everything you might need and then some. We are already trying to figure out when we can go back. If we could give this more than 5 stars, we would!
