Renta de alojamientos vacacionales para familias en Aprica

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni a cavallo di capodanno 2025. Tre famiglie con bambini. Siamo stati benissimo. Lara ci ha accolto cordialmente al check-in e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per gestire al meglio la casa, compresi stufa, jacuzzi e tinozza finlandese. Ambienti puliti e completi di tutto. Cucina e bagni super accessoriati. Camere impeccabili e confortevoli. Vari giochi per bambini e libri per momenti di relax; disponibilità di Sky, Netflix e Disney+. Legna e barbecue a disposizione. Vista impagabile sul lago di Como da un versante e sulla montagna dall’altro lato. Posizione ottima: abbastanza isolati per stare tranquilli e non dare fastidio a nessuno ma comunque a 5 minuti dal centro del paese; a meno di 10 minuti abbiamo trovato un centro commerciale molto fornito. Esperienza davvero ottima e consigliata, da riprovare d’estate con la possibilità di utilizzare anche la piscina esterna. OTTIMO

Hier findet man absolute Ruhe in einem wunderschönen Haus an einem wunderschönen Ort - der Ausblick ist nicht zu überbieten! Leider hatten wir nur 5 Tage in dieser Unterkunft, die bislang mit Abstand das schönste Airbnb-Objekt war. Nicht unerwähnt bleiben sollte der riesige, mit viel Liebe angelegte und gepflegte wunderschöne Garten bleiben, der noch zusätzlich zum Wohlbehagen beiträgt - traumhaft! Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, Daumen hoch!!!

Whirlpool nur bis 19:00 Uhr voll umfänglich Nutzbar. Nach 19:00 Uhr nur ohne Pumpe.

Siamo stati bene. La casa era confortevole, ben organizzata, ben fornita, come essere a casa propria.

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno. L’alloggio era molto pulito e ben arredato, con uno stile piacevole e funzionale. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la Spa. Enrico è stato sempre reattivo e disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. E' stata una buona esperienza e lo consigliamo.

Appartamento piccolo, confortevole, silenzioso e accogliente. Bella vista sulle montagne. Letto matrimoniale grande. Vasca idromassaggio apprezzata. Cucina attrezzata. Posizione comoda per camminate e piste da sci. Parcheggio comodo. Host molto disponibile. Consigliato

Donatella was a great host. She was very responsive and helpful when approached. Her place is beautiful and stylish, very well equipped with an amazing view and location by the lake. We loved our stay there. Highly recommended!

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo scelto l'appartamento di Antonella per trascorrere un anniversario in tranquillità, pace e comodità. In realtà abbiamo trovato anche di più: la sensazione di casa. Antonella è una host formidabile che ama ospitare le persone e creare per loro l'ambiente dove sentirsi a proprio agio. L'alloggio è curato in ogni dettaglio e c'è un equilibrio perfetto tra bellezza e funzionalità, sia dentro che in esterno. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiorno presso lo Chalet Ada di Emanuela. È stata un'ottima esperienza! Fin dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti a casa con la fortuna di essere immersi nella tranquillità più totale e nel silenzio più assoluto! Fantastico! Lo chalet ha tutto ciò che ti puoi immaginare in una casetta di montagna, giardino compreso, il legno scalda l'ambiente e ci si sente coccolati! Emanuela è stata un'ottima host. disponibile in tutto, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli utili per come vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza! Grazie!

Wat een geweldig huis heeft Ivana. Buiten prachtig, goed bereikbaar, eigen buitenzitplaatsje. Binnen gaat alle verwachtingen te boven. We hebben genoten van het huis, de omgeving en de lekkere appeltaart.

Lidia e seu chalet superaram nossas expectativas! O chalet fica muito perto do centro histórico de Bormio e bem ao lado da Bormio Therme. Fui a pé do chalet também ao Bormio ski. A gentileza e predisposição à ajudar foram constantes.

Es war wunderschön bei Roby!!!! Das Haus so gemütlich und der Garten frühlingshaft ...So schön gepflegt! Mein Hund hatte Freude in seinem Revier. Eine Freundin war auch dabei...es hat ihr sehr gefallen. Das Doppelbett im großen Raum ist ein Traum um gut zu schlafen.Die Matratze perfekt und sogar blickdichte Vorhänge. Wir hatten eine großartige zeit in efrems unterkunft. Wer ruhe sucht und entschleunigen möchte ist hier definitiv richtig. Das warmwasser machen, also einheizen, war abends schon fast ein schönes ritual. Unser sohn, 4, war von der unterkunft ebenfalls begeistert. Wir waren zum bouldern in daone in der gegend, das val daone ist über eine direkte verbindungsstrasse, teils einspurig, gut erreichbar. Tolle gegend, sehr sympathischer gastgeber. Das refugio restaurant ist zu fuss in wenigen minuten erreichbar und ist ein wahres fest für liebhaber guter wildkost, preis leistung top. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

Maurizio is trully the best host anyone can wish for! He is really helpful and kind, perfect communication, always replying really fast. Lots of recommendations of what to do and see around, even which road is better. The apartment is very clean and has an amazing view of mountains. everything is like in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need and even more. Also there's a welcoming basket that was a nice gesture from Maurizio side:) The area is calm, there's not a lot people or anything to do or eat, you have to drive but its not far. But you definitely need a car to stay here. Lake Garda is about 1.20 hour away as well as Verona. There's a free parking nearby and you always find a place. We stayed at late September so it was chilly at night but we used a heater and wood stove. Only one bad thing was that there's a reconstruction outside so you cant sleep late, they start around 8am and its really loud, but thats definitely not Maurizio fault! hopefully it will end soon:)

I wish I could give Monia’s home 10 stars. She’s the epitome of a super host, and her home, is just wow. Spacious, clean, well furnished, private, peaceful with gorgeous views. Monia’s home is one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The check-in process was flexible and seamless. In fact, she accommodated an early check in after having to leave another airbnb after an unfortunate situation. She had a basket of goodies waiting for us on the table and we immediately felt right at home. She went out of her way to make us a second bed, and get us more nespresso pods. She was also quick and so kind in her responses. We work from home, and the setting/ wifi was great. Although the pool was closed for the season, it was so nice to spend our mornings in the sun on the lounge chairs. I loved taking walks in the forest behind the house, and watching the sunset from the bench outside. I can’t recommend Monia’s home enough. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return back. Our stay at Luigi’s apartment was truly memorable! The apartment is set in such a serene location, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty and offering stunning lake views. It’s the perfect spot to relax and reconnect with nature. The small garden and outdoor dining area were lovely touches, and we appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the entire complex. Ayla was fantastic—so warm, responsive, and quick to assist with any questions. We did encounter a minor issue with the hot water, but she was attentive and worked hard to address it promptly, which we truly appreciated. While everything was lovely, a slight adjustment in the fees might make it an even better value, especially as small improvements like the hot water are resolved, pool was unused in off-season. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we’d happily return for another visit!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Sorico. Paola und ihr Sohn Francis haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben schnell auf Nachfragen reagiert. Das Apartement ist sehr klein (besonders der Küchen- und Aufenthaltsraum), aber sehr ordentlich. Die Ausstattung mit Spülmittel, Seife, Sonnenschirm, Wäscheständer, Backpapier, Salz… war gut. Die zwei Klimaanlagen waren super! Der Pool, der zur benachbarten Apartmentanlage gehört, liegt sehr ruhig mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf die Kirche. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Pizzeria, den Bäcker und den Supermarkt und natürlich den See mit großer Liegewiese. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und zu empfehlen.

Location perfetta per una vacanza relax anche con bambini. Piscina esterna sempre pulita, caminetto e lavatrice sempre a disposizione. Locali interni spaziosi e puliti, come da foto. Host gentilissimi e sempre a disposizione. Super consigliato!

If you want a get-away-from-everything holiday; this is your place! Andy and Sabine are excellent hosts, communicating very clearly in advance and during our stay, taking the time to go the extra mile and sort out issues quickly and in a friendly way. The piece de resistance of this property is the outdoor pool, which is simply magnificent. We also used the bread delivery service and this was also appreciated and made a good start to the mornings!

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

beautiful residence with swimming pool , tennis , ping pong and other activities for kids and adults. The location is quiet with a nice view over the lake , 5 min drive away from the village with first shops and restaurants the house was clean and convienient. Nicola was very welcoming and offered support and ideas for activities throughout the week.

Marvelous location and fully furnished home. We'd totally recommend this location and we'd stay here again!
