This place was very clean, free of clutter and had very considerate of the guest needs from adult and kid games tucked in the closet to a coffee bar in the kitchen. The host is very responsive to messages.

This place was great. I came with 6 other guys and we had plenty of space. The living room has a lot of open space to stretch out, and we enjoyed playing Codenames every night on the coffee table. Didn’t get the enjoy the outside too much because of the rain but it looked like the perfect hangout spot for better weather! Last thing, the walk to the beach was easy and provided great views. I’d suggest this house to anyone, not only because of the actual house, but Evan and David were great to work with and responded almost immediately. Thanks again for a great time!

We stayed here with two young kids and four adults and it was wonderful. There were ample beds to sleep on. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The location is amazing. I would absolutely stay here again (we are already talking about doing the same vacation next year)! My only comment for potential guests - there are really only 2 rooms and a loft that has 2 bunk beds and another full bed. This was slightly inconvenient because there is no door to the stairs of the loft, so when the adults wanted to stay up later and hang out in the living room, it was hard to isolate the noise from where the young kids were. This likely wouldn't be a problem with older kids though! Radiant heating would also be useful in this space, although it seemed like a space heater was an option.

The Beach House was exactly as described - tastefully remodeled while retaining the classic Aptos Beach bungalow vibe. Very thoughtfully prepared with outdoor games and items you would need for a beach getaway. The outdoor area and backyard are cleverly organized for everything you would want. I just wish we could have stayed longer (and had warmer weather!). Lots of great information in the folder for things to do and places to eat. Kudos!!

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

Thanks to host Mina for their kindness and flexibility in allowing us to stay an extra hour. Our experience in their home was wonderful, and we felt very well taken care of. Everything was perfect, and we hope to stay again in the future! Highly recommended!

Clean, well-appointed, spacious home less than a block from the beautiful Twin Lakes Beach. You can see the beach from chairs on the front lawn. We were lucky enough to be there during the lighted boat parade (first Saturday in December), so we watched the lighted boats in the water from the front yard. Everything was easily accessible. The home includes many amenities (washer/dryer, cooking supplies, games, pack n play). The room with the bunk beds has a separate bathroom, making it really nice for families with older kids. Great stay and I hope we can return.

A beautifully appointed home in downtown Capitola. Walkable to the beach, bars, and shops. The house was fully stocked with amenities. The terrace was lovely for morning coffee, and sun bathing. 10/10

Very safe, clean, quiet and comfortable room with private en-suite bathroom. Great location just a short drive to downtown Campbell or Los Gatos.

This spot was perfect for my weekend trip! Gorgeous view and serene little terrace backyard to sit and meditate in. So much space! There was even a little office. We came on a cold and rainy weekend and the little place was so cozy it was hard to go do fun things in town when we just wanted to stay 'home' and enjoy. I celebrated my grandbaby's first birthday two streets over and my dear friends 50th birthday weekend. All in all a great spot! Hoping to come back to this one!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

We had a great stay. For us, traveling with a toddler, there's never an ideal place, but Cynthia's place was organized in such a way that we were able to make it work for us. For us personally, it was close to our family who we were visiting and it was nice to be able to take our little guy for a walk to the downtown Campbell area. Cynthia was responsive to our needs and quick to reply when we had a question or issue. We met Glen when we needed a high chair and pack-n-play, and he was very nice and quite helpful. When we return to visit our family, we'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a couple of days for spring break. We will definitely be back. The location is amazing. Two blocks from the ocean and a beautiful walking path and 1/2 a mile to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay! Comfortable bed. For people with accessibility issues it is a second floor so there are stairs.

The place was comfortable and cozy. The decor was retro-vintage 80's-90's. Dan was quickly responsive to an outside lighting situation.

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

Perfect spot for a nice weekend vacation. Everything is within walking distance and our host was just amazing in every way! Will definitely want to come back again!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

I will echo on so many other reviews that were left for this Aptos property. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious for 4 adults and 2 little kids. There was easy access to the beach (5 minutes through a paved path) as well as access to different pools and a restaurant. Even with a great property, I’m also giving this a 5-star review because Annie was great to communicate with. She offered wonderful recommendations during our stay, and any minor issue we had, she offered a fix for very quickly. She genuinely made our stay worth every penny spent at this location. The added amenities that she provided were definitely a great bonus!

We liked this place so much that we returned for the second year for our winter getaway. The space is ample for a couple and the furnishings very comfortable. There are restaurants and coffee shops in easy walking distance and the beach is also just two blocks away. Aaron is always ready to help

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.
