I LOVED stay at the Red House. It is quickly becoming my home away from home. It was the perfect place to unwind and rest after the holiday rush. Being a writer, I take this time to start on new book projects and Sunny's place couldn't be more peaceful an quiet. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing, the home has everything I need and I really feel like it is a little oasis. The Red House is a great deal and always clean, organized, comfortable and quiet. Sunny and Cathy are the perfect hosts and I can't wait to return!

This was a fabulous destination! We were looking for a big place to have a special anniversary party weekend with extended family, and this house had everything we needed. Plenty of bedrooms upstairs and first floor, many common gathering areas, large kitchen and dining room tables, and lots of Space. (And this doesn't even include the explorable property outside.) The dozens of photos in the listing were very helpful, as well as the detailed descriptions. We had specific needs for elderly relatives with disabilities, and owner Lynne was so responsive in her replies to my many messages with varied questions. Truly, Lynne, you deserve a gold star from Airbnb for promptness and offering up ways and help that made our stay both easier and fulfilling.

The place was amazing! The pictures don’t do justice to the place. We loved staying at this home. We visited the area for a cousins wedding. Perfect for the family. Super clean and the home had a lot to offer!

We had a wonderful stay at Bonney’s home. The house is peaceful and private and just what we were looking for. Bonney was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We can’t wait to come back in the future.

The house was as beautiful as it looked on the site. It has to be one of the most thoughtful houses that we've stayed at. The house was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of soaps, towels, etc. Arthur was easy to reach and very helpful.

Nick was amazing and very responsive. The place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the lake!!!! Very quiet neighborhood and very private. We even saw a couple of deer!!!

This house was beautiful and everything we wanted for a peaceful girls weekend. The setting was stunning with water views from every window. The house itself was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. We all wished we could stay longer and would definitely come back. Darren was a welcoming and responsive host.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. Beautiful property, peaceful and right on the lake. Brittni was very responsive and the instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow. Would definitely stay again.

We were in RI for an annual business nmeeting but also have friends and family in the area. The location was perfect and accessible to both Wakefield and Newport. The apartment was comfortable, filled with everything we needed for our stay. Sean was proactive - the neighborhood was quiet, the bed was comfy. All good! Thank you!

A very accurate listing with a super helpful host. This was our first time using Air BnB and I was a little nervous. Everything was beyond my expectations! Listing was exactly as pictured and described. Host was very explicit with self-check in instructions, guest instructions, etc. We are very familiar with the area but never stayed in Matunuck before. Beautiful and very chill vibes! Thank you so much!

Cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was wonderful and felt like home.

This was our third stay at this charming cabin. It's the perfect retreat from the city. It has a beautiful view of the lake, and is just a couple minutes drive from good coffee and surrounding attractions.

Perfect beach getaway! Steps from the sand, stunning views, and our dogs loved it as much as we did. Clean, cozy, and peaceful—we’ll definitely be back!

New England Perfection - My husband and I were in town for a wedding. The cottage on the water was adorable/clean and had everything we needed. The view and the seating out by the pond were perfect for coffee, wine and and just taking in the scenery and nature. Loved the extra touches like coffee, cream, bottled water and COOKIES! ;-) Would love to return!

Amazing stay this weekend at Leann’s place!! Felt right at home & the place was fully stocked with literally everything we could need, she even left us some eggs in the fridge for breakfast! Perfect location, easy to follow instructions, very clean, super responsive! First time stay in RI was everything we could’ve needed for winter wellness weekend. Hope to be back in summer!

Perfect layout and location for our annual visit to see my dad who lives across the pond!

This place exceeded our expectations & needs! The host was kind enough to let us check in earlier at a cost & we’re so glad we did. It was a beautiful location & set up. Great little bungalow in a wonderful location. We stayed in January but I imagine it to be a bustling little community in the summer season! We can’t wait to checking it out then! The space is very clean with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Kathy was very kind and communicated extremely well prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely home situated at the tip of a very peaceful peninsula so the views were breathtaking. We loved the wrap around deck and gazebo. Clean, with plenty of extra linen and lots of extra space to read, relax or play games. We would love to return in the summer to enjoy the water activities!
