Great uptown location. Small, efficient property. Communication was easy and open. Off-street parking a plus.

Alex’s home was a perfect place for our New Orleans weekend. The tree lined street is beautiful as well as all the gorgeous architectural homes. The home was clean, comfy bed & every thing we needed to make a quick breakfast every morning. Alex stopped to greet us when we were having coffee at the cute outdoor table & chairs. It was walkable to restaurants & groceries. We walked to Katie’s for dinner based on recommendations left by Alex. It was a short Lyft ride to Frenchman St for music as well as the French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again.

Casey was very accommodating allowing us to drop off our luggage early and also she ended up letting us check in 2 hours early when our tour was cancelled due to heavy rain. The bed is comfy. Great neighborhood 2 blocks from Magazine Street. Apartment is up 20 curving steps. Safe neighborhood. Rooms./doors could use a little bit paint and a few repairs, but fine to spend a night or two.

We really enjoyed our stay at Brian's place. A nice place, not fussy, but had everything we needed. The area is wonderful. Very walkable. Near both the bus stop and streetcar. Lots of good restaurants. We felt safe walking in the area at night. I would highly recommend staying at Brian's place for your trip to NOLA.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the beautiful space! It was very comfortable and spacious for my family vacation. It was conveniently located to everything fun to do in New Orleans, we were able to walk to every destination! It provided a peaceful, secluded evening for rest each night as well. Looking forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. We would love to return for a second stay and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you, Kenny

We had a short stay in New Orleans and Blair’s place was perfect. The trolley line was right outside and was very handy as we navigated traffic and crowds on a festival weekend. The house itself was very clean, had everything we needed, and was quite spacious for 4 adults. Blair was very responsive and helpful when needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! We loved being so close to Freret Street and the restaurants there. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Great spot with lots of space! My bachelor party was an awesome time, everyone got their own bed and the number of bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. Location is great, short uber to anywhere you want to go.

Awesome pad right in the heart of mid city. close to so many good restaurants, city park and not far from downtown and french quarter. Very cool traditional shotgun home. Well furnished, light and charming. Parking is on street but we didn't have any trouble finding a close spot every time.

This was our second stay at Brad’s place. Very comfortable and clean. Short walk to all of the good restaurants and the French Quarter. Lots of convenient pay to park parking lots that are secure with cameras.

We had a great stay here. The kitchen was well-appointed and the furniture comfortable. The hosts reached out several times to check in and gave us recommendations for neighborhood places that were spot-on! The “no shoes” rule meant that everything was especially clean! I loved the elevator assist in getting bags up and down. I would stay here again and would recommend without hesitation to friends.

Brad's large apartment space was the perfect location to explore the beautiful city of New Orleans! Although the location is only a few blocks from Bourbon Street, the unit was very quiet and secure. Brad provided quality recommendations, and do not miss going to the fabulous World War 2 Museum, about a 15 minute walk from the apartment.

Great location! I think the reviews underestimate how walk-able the location is to restaurants, Bourbon Street, French Quarters. There are plenty of cute, little coffee shops and markets nearby, too.

Lovely loft with every amenity we could have wanted. Great location 3 blocks from Bourbon, near multiple streetcar lines, French market, and the Riverwalk. Judy was friendly and responsive. Beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was safe. Would stay again!

One of the Best Airbnb Experiences We’ve Ever Had: We were incredibly impressed with our stay at The Natchez. From start to finish, it was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. If you’re heading to NOLA, it’s hard to beat this place—The Natchez sets the standard. Everything about the property is well thought out. The branding is on point, the layout is perfect, and the amenities are top-tier. The pool and two hot tubs made it feel like a resort. We were in town for a conference, but it’s clear this place would be just as amazing for a family getaway or a trip with friends. Honestly, we wish there were more places like The Natchez in other cities. We highly suggest expanding the brand—it’s clear they know exactly how to do it right.
