I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Часто бываем по работе в Аджмане, и это лучший дом в городе, по моему мнению. Пляж через дорогу, много ресторанов, отличный вид. В квартире есть абсолютно все и даже больше. Хозяйка Алина встретила как старых друзей. Вернемся еще раз обязательно.

Great place to stay. Had 2BHK with clean rooms. AC in both rooms. Kitchen utility available, Clean bathroom. Near by Carmona beach to hang out. Also grocery store, restaurant are near by the residence. Parking available for bike and car. The host is very friendly and responsive. Overall a great ambiance place to stay in South goa.

Very happy with the property. Was the perfect location for me as friends live nearby. Quiet and peaceful but close enough to everything you need.

Spacious apartment facing the beach. It was nice to spend two nights in this cosy place before the early morning flight. The location is nice and it takes only max 15 minutes by taxi to the AirPort. Thank you for all the great advice and tips. We used the Avas taxi app and there were good restaurants at the Walking distance. The shower was great and the Washing machine so nice to use. I spent a week at Mirza sahb’s place and i completely loved it! The place had a nice rooftop to enjoy the beachview from a distance. The apartment was clean and Mirza sahb was very accommodating. He let me be in the place late till my flight in the evening. I would love to stay there again.

White Villa is great place to stay.. It's very peaceful. Beach is at walkable distance. Some local shops are also around. Zoe's Galleria is just opposite to the Villa. Finally Lincoln is a very good host, responsive and considerate.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Himanshu is an exceptional host. Here's what I liked about the place: Location: the location of the property is lovely as the terrace gives you beach view and the beach is literally just 2 minutes walking distance from here. It's peaceful, and we loved going to the beach for a walk in the evening. It's also very safe. Property: all the bedrooms are similar and kept very neat and tidy. The hygiene is taken care of, and the rooms facing the beach are super breezy! The interiors are well done too. The pool is a decent size for 15 to 20 people. There's also ample parking for upto 6 cars. The staff: the staff is hospitable and professional. They gave us our privacy but were available round the clock for anything that we needed help with. The food: We had opted for inhouse meals, and the food was delicious. I think, this is the only family friendly villa so close to the beach, and totally worth the money. 10/10 experience!

Overall, a 10/10 stay. Not only is the house a beautiful property in a quiet locality, but Rahul was a great host who was accommodative & helpful, and Suvarna was a responsive & lovely caretaker onground. The house is perfect for a great weekend getaway, and the images match the actual property, which is always a great sign. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an easy-going vacation. :)

A wonderful retreat for us; an older couple - a month of walking, cooking, reading, being on or near the beach, eating out and visiting friends. Alex couldn’t be more helpful, anything you need he is on hand. Well stocked kitchen, clean rooms, housekeeping and washing on hand - in fact anything you need is no trouble. Colva beach is walkable from this property. The host is extremely responsive and helped us with our requests. The house is clean. I'd definitely recommend this property if you're looking for a calm area with easy access to the beach.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, traumhaften Umgebung. Zudem ist die Sicherheit garantiert, da das Appartement innerhalb eines Resorts liegt. Für Naturliebhaber gibt es z.B. einen faszinierenden Wanderweg, am Meer entlang, mit vielen Buchten zum Schwimmen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Mahir war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber, der von Beginn an sehr zuverlässig mit uns kommuniziert hat und uns auf alles hingewiesen hat, was zu beachten war. Hier müsste man eine Bewertung über den 5 Sternen geben können. Der Service während unseres Aufenthalts war sehr besonders und freundlich. Die Wohnung wurde auf Wunsch sauber gemacht und bei Bedarf wurden uns Kaffee und Utensilien für den Grill gebracht. Die Wohnung beinhaltete alle Haushaltsgeräte, die man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in seinem Urlaub benötigt. Wir sind in vollem Umfang zufrieden und glücklich gewesen und würden uns immer wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes Haus mit großzügigem Raum, Garten, Terrasse - wir haben uns von Beginn wohl gefühlt. Wie beschrieben hat ein Schlafzimmer AC, das zweite Zimmer (gleichwertig groß und auch mit schönem Doppelbett und Insektenschutz Netz) einen gut funktionierenden Deckenventilator. Wer auf der Suche nach Ruhe und Entspannung ist, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer Tiere mag - noch mehr. Wir haben die sanfte, unaufdringliche Gesellschaft von Katze, Hund und auch einmal Kühen im Garten als bereichernd empfunden. Sneha war von Beginn an sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns proaktiv bei den Taxi Transfers (Uber klappt hier nicht) vom/zum Flughafen geholfen. Vor Ort stand uns Pavi sehr freundlich und unterstützend für alles (härtere Matratze, Kerzen, Kontakt zu Moped-Verleih inkl Zustellung ..) zur Verfügung. Zu Fuss sind die Strände Palolem und Patnem in ca 15 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr tolle Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung mit Blick aufs Meer! Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

This was one of the most outstanding airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the beach and an incredible view from the flat. The flat itself is warm,tastefully decorated, with cozy beds and a great kitchen space. Amine was kind, responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. I had a great pleasant stay at Nishant's place for 2 days. He has kept the place near and clean. All the necessary amenities including some really unexpected emergency ones were present. I would recommend this place for individuals and couples.

I had a great stay at this place. The host, Harry, was very helpful and always available to assist. Checking in was easy and the apartment was clean. The best part is that the apartment is right in front of the sea! It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Harry is a great host and the location is perfect. Five stars!

Sid’s has maintained the home really well. All the things are very functional and well thought off. The chocolates and cookies as we entered did put up a smile on the family. Sid as a host is very approachable and responsive. Everything needed for a comfortable family vacation is present in the house. The house is tastefully done up as well. Thanks Sid for hosting us.
