Excellent appartement, nicely decorated and well furnished. The location is great next to Marina and the Walk. Many amenities in the building. I really loved staying at Dorar place. The communication was great and it was pretty easy to process with the checkin and checkout

Absolutely loved staying here. It was clean, homely and peaceful. Perfect spot in Downtown, allowing easy transport to either side of Dubai. Mall access was quick and easy, allowing us to walk there in under 5 mins. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival and that was a wonderful start to our trip.

The place was in a great area, near to JBR Blue waters, Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah. 10 min by taxi to these fantastic locations . Bus station is 3 min walkable and metro station is 18 min walk. Location is top notch and fabulous. Mohammad’s team is very responsive like Kathy, Pinky and Sunny all very helpful. I had a bit of an issue while checking in because the security didn’t come in time and I had to wait for 30 min outside the apartment to open the door else everything was great, Infact, Sunny and Pinky came all the way in the night after I checked in to explain how everything in the home works. Loved the area, home, all amenities. It has everything you need to live comfortably in Dubai. Very well thought out by the team. Would love to stay again anytime. Thank you guys!

The place is really beautiful and squeaky clean. Its exactly as shown in the photos. The host, Yash is super helpful and responsive. Right from check in till checkout, everything went smoothly. There are all needed amenities required for guests. The host also provided us with things we can do locally and restaurant recommendations which were very helpful. The place is also pet friendly. It’s a very nice place for beach lovers. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.

I had an amazing month here. the place is so comfy and versatile. and Jay the host is awesome, super lovely guy and incredibly helpful. loved chilling on the roof terrace, and with a scooter, you're centrally located to a lot of stuff. definitely recommend!

I use Airbnb quite frequently and we rarely find a place which is as accurate and as clean as described. One of the best Airbnbs I have visited in recent years because of location , responsiveness , pricing , cleanliness , interior , housekeeping , etc etc. The housekeeper / helper named Nirvruti was super courteous and polite guy. They made amazing homemade food in best price. This place is hardly 5 minutes walk from the beach. I am definitely coming next time.

What a wonderful experience. Namzy went absolutely above and beyond to help me with check in, finding local spots, checking how it was all going and just generally amazingly helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better host! The place is perfect for its location, views and amenities. The space was really homely and so much care and attention was given to every guest. My family (including 2 dogs) stayed here. The place is wonderful. Despite the heat outside, the home was very cool. It’s a very cute & comfortable home. The place is done VERY well. It looks beautiful & is very comfy for 4-5 people. I was impressed with how the place is designed. The outside seating is also done very well. Very comfortable & it feels really good to sit outside & relax. There’s a decent lawn space which is fenced so if you have dogs, they will really enjoy. The space is also very good to play, especially for kids. The staff was very very good. The cook is 8.5-9/10. Food was very good. The highlight was Mangesh who does most other tasks besides cooking. He was genuinely very very sweet & helpful. There is a lot to do if you like to explore. The property is located a little ahead of Karjat so you can expect some nice isolation from loud noises & crowded areas. You can go for a hike! Another highlight - stargazing! We could see satellites! Host is also VERY nice!

Great place for a getaway. Accessibility to the main city was little tedious but overall had a lot of fun. Looking forward !

We stayed 4 weeks Feb 25. The place is much as described. The pictures don't lie. It is a newish build and is immaculate throughout clean and well maintained. The AC is the most effective and easy to use I have ever come across. Cooking facilities were untested by us but looked perfectly OK. We generally ate out or got takeaways. Bed very comfy. Shower good. Outside a small garden, although surrounded by tall buildings it is well screened and very private. Lots of shade from coco-palms and banana trees. The pool is small but very clean cool and well maintained. Located in Chaudi is some distance from the beaches so wouldn't suit dedicated beachgoers (3k to Patnem, 4K to Palolem) but a fascinating bustling place and mercifully free of all the beachside tat. Own transport is handy but not essential. Lots of Tuk-Tuks. Must Do's Chaudi market on Saturday an eye popping display of fresh veg and spices. Boat trip eagles feeding on the Talpona river. We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location in Dubai Marina is great, with Carrefour Shop just downstairs. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and even better than we expected. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, understanding the individual needs of guests. The building’s amenities were fantastic—a breathtaking swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, and even kids’ play areas. Our experience exceeded expectations, and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai!

Overall satisfied with the stay and amenities Nice place to stay. The backup in eryer saved the day as the light was off for almost the whole day. Could also use the extra curricular activities like TT, pool etc. the restaurants offer great food choices. Few areas to improve: - Sofa needs cleaning - Sliders do not lock

Jen is very friendly and amazing in her communication and responsiveness. A deserving superhost. The place looked exactly as pictured. It was very clean, and the cleaning service was also very good. The apartment is set back from the main road, but the directions worked well. Everything is accessible and nearby. The neighborhood is also good. Me and my friends stayed for four nights and definitely recommend it.

I stayed with my family and the experience was phenominal. What a location this is just so beautiful. I could witness the best sunrise and the best sunset from my balcony and the golf course view was just the chery on the cake. The furniture is all fine and very nicely maintain. It has a workstation too. great experience.
