Himanshu sir is a very cordial and generous. His place is very comfortable and well supplied. We had no issues during our stay. He goes an extra mile to help the guests, he kept a can full of fresh water in the kitchen and offered us a small cooler to keep mosquitoes away while sitting outside. His place is safe and comfortable for couples and families as well. I would recommend it to any travelers.

We had a great stay at Srushti’s place more so because Stushti proved to be an excellent host who handled all questions, concerns and requests efficiently and politely. The property was very clean and location wise was also in a very peaceful neighbourhood with easy access to nearby shops/convenience stores. Overall a great place for a family oriented peaceful staycation.

property was clean and tidy, our host provided all necessary amenities, nice getaway within the city, I would recommend it for a group looking to have a fun weekend, the only thing missing for us was a refrigerator but owner allows to keep things in their refrigerator so it's all good..

Great place. Love the vibrant colours of the house. This place is for those, who love quiet & peaceful surrounding. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Sunset Beach is 5 mins drive. I would love to stay here again. ☺️

Overall, a 10/10 stay. Not only is the house a beautiful property in a quiet locality, but Rahul was a great host who was accommodative & helpful, and Suvarna was a responsive & lovely caretaker onground. The house is perfect for a great weekend getaway, and the images match the actual property, which is always a great sign. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an easy-going vacation. :)

I recently stayed at this property, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. the place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. Our stay at Stepny’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, exactly as shown in the pictures, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Stepny is an amazing host. She's responsive, engaged, and always ready to help. She even assisted us with a bike rental, making our trip smooth and hassle-free. The location is fantastic, with the market just a short walk away, so getting anything we needed was super convenient. Plus, both Ashwem and Mandrem beaches are nearby, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing beach getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the adorable furry companions - two friendly cats and a sweet dog that made the place feel even more like home. Overall, our experience went beyond expectations. Now, I have complete peace of mind knowing that whenever I visit Mandrem, Stepny’s place will always be my first choice. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed a fantastic stay in the property with my family. There were 4 of us with 2 toddlers. The property was a good size for us and had all the required amenities. We loved the decor and furniture in the apartment. Lucas & XSTAY delivered best in class customer service during our stay and were without doubt the best host I've ever experienced on the Airbnb platform in nearly a decade of using it. The building & amenities available are tailor made for families, with the highlight for me being the multifunctional play space for children & adults on Level 1. The views of Dubai from Level 1 are stunning & the building is a few minutes walk from Dubai Mall. I highly recommend this apartment for any families looking for a wonderful place to stay in Dubai. If you are seeking a functional, beautifully decorated apartment with great amenities, set within a peaceful & secure building and with an exceptionally responsive Host attached then you will love this place.

المسكن جميل وجديد والاثاث متكامل.. هناك ملاحظة واحدة وهو المطبخ.. برغم انه متكامل كادوات لكن لايوجد به اي مواد طبخ الاساسية كحال اغلب مساكن airbnb مثل الملح والفلفل وبقية البهارات كما انه لاتوجد اله قهوة.. عدا ذلك كل شي مثالي

Great property, very clean, and a really convenient location. We booked it for a 2 day stopover but would definitely book it again the next time we are here. Has all the amenities needed for a family coming from abroad. The food street in the neighborhood and the massage chair in the apartment are a big plus.

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. We came with our parents and grandparent and it felt so homely. After travelling all day when we reached the place, it felt so comfortable and felt so right that we didn’t book any hotel and instead went ahead with this apartment. Deepali reached out to us even before we enquired for further details and provided all assistance so smoothly and timely. The property was easily accessible and surrounded by peaceful neighbourhood. Very well maintained and def every time we visit Pune, we’re going to stay here now on. Also the most convenient part is that there is a lift which made it very accessible to travel for my grandmother too. Thankyou Deepali for being a wonderful host.

The Amber apartment was exactly as described in a perfect location with excellent restaurants and the Trinity beach within walking distance. All communication with both our hosts, Anthony and Hayden was done simply and they came back almost instantly to answer any queries that we had. There was an excellent wifi service in the apartment, with the option to connect a firestick to the tv if so desired. The apartment was lovely and clean and easy to look after, bearing in mind we stayed there for 42 nights in total. I can’t recommend the Amber apartment highly enough, to all and everyone who is looking for somewhere nice to stay in Benaulim.
