Awesome place. The best we could have got in Goa. The host helped us with an early check-in too. Really loved our stay.

I had wonderful experience at Elite apartment 1. Host abhishek was responsive immediately. 2. During checkin Manoj house keeper helped me in all possible instruction and was quite helpful in entire stay. 3. Apartment was good maintained with all possible amenities and very hygiene in terms of bathroom, blankets pillow they offer. 4. Best thing I liked I there kitchen, they had all required and enough cooking utensils which made my stay homely and cooking easy. 5. They do regular cleaning and changing of blankets. 6. Also location was good, with nearby markets, local food shop and people are quite welcoming. Thanks for making your stay convenient.

Our stay at Stepny’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, exactly as shown in the pictures, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Stepny is an amazing host. She's responsive, engaged, and always ready to help. She even assisted us with a bike rental, making our trip smooth and hassle-free. The location is fantastic, with the market just a short walk away, so getting anything we needed was super convenient. Plus, both Ashwem and Mandrem beaches are nearby, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing beach getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the adorable furry companions - two friendly cats and a sweet dog that made the place feel even more like home. Overall, our experience went beyond expectations. Now, I have complete peace of mind knowing that whenever I visit Mandrem, Stepny’s place will always be my first choice. Highly recommend!

The host was extremely responsive, generous and helpful. Gave me good tips regarding the location. Helped me get checked in early. She was very sweet and kind. The stay is very clean, comfortable, and smells very good. You can tell she takes pride as a host. Bed was very comfortable. AC is strong. Nice work set up!,!! Very good place for remote work. Many extra amenities to support remote work.

We stayed at this property for 3 days and really enjoyed our stay. The vibe of the airbnb is very minimal and lively. Has a lot of natural light and also a cute little balcony. It’s perfect for 2,3 people. Our stay was very comfortable and felt like home. Absolutely loved the minimal interiors. The only concerning thing is that it’s located in a no service area which can be a little problematic though the airbnb has wifi. The ac had some leakage issue and as soon as we raised the concern, the issue was taken care of very promptly. Would definitely recommend this stay.

Amazing property. Spacious with luscious green belt cover. You can easily order stuffs. Hosts were too cooperative and great. The ambience is just perfect. Indeed, much recommended and very perfect getaway!

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it was a wonderful experience! The apartment has everything you need— a refrigerator, basic cooking utensils, an induction stove, and a lovely balcony to relax. The check-in and check-out process is super smooth with the lockbox system, making everything hassle-free. A special mention to the caretaker, who does an exceptional job keeping the place spotless and well-maintained. We’ve loved both our stays here and would definitely return again. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in Pune!

Great place. Love the vibrant colours of the house. This place is for those, who love quiet & peaceful surrounding. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Sunset Beach is 5 mins drive. I would love to stay here again. ☺️

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house right at Arpora Junction! The location was perfect, with easy walking access to multiple restaurants, bars, and stores. The house itself exceeded our expectations—much bigger and more stunning than the pictures suggest. The rooms were spacious, though we would have loved king-size beds in each room for extra comfort. The living room and balcony offered plenty of seating, making it ideal for our large group. A special shoutout to our caretaker, Abhishek, who truly made our stay memorable. He was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From delicious breakfasts to evening pakodas, everything was fantastic. The unlimited chai we requested was a delightful bonus! Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this place for big families with kids and older folks. Would definitely stay here again!

Staying at Ajay Uncle’s place was a wonderful experience. The homestay was clean, well-organized, and hosted by a responsive and friendly team. It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful design and excellent management. It’s an ideal spot for both friends and family. Sujata Aunty, the cook, prepared delicious Maharashtrian meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone made us feel so welcome. One of the highlights of the stay was a long, engaging conversation with Ajay Uncle—it’s something you definitely shouldn’t miss. He’s such a fascinating person. Overall, I loved the stay, the people, and the area!

Тихо, поют птицы. Вилла просто идеальная. Дизайн и индо-португальский стиль - это любовь с первого взгляда. Всё работает: плита, микроволновая печь, тостер, кондиционеры, фены, телевизоры, фильтр для чистой и свежей воды (+каждый день приносят бутылочки воды). На кухне много посуды, чтобы готовить, красиво накрывать стол. Удобная постель и бельё. Ванные со всеми принадлежностями. Спасибо команде клининга. Шамиля следит за чистотой в таком большом доме, мы просто наслаждались жизнью. Чистый, благоухающий, ухоженный дом. Каждый день поливают цветы и выметают двор. Безупречный отдых в красивом месте, рядом с лучшим пляжем в Гоа, вам точно сюда!

Our young family could not have been happier in the house. A phenomenal spot; a short walk to Patnem beach, and the local shops and restaurants. An extremely peaceful place, we used the beach for swimming, eating etc and would have downtime in the house. Ideal! Nivo very very helpful, going over and above what was required and our expectations. Happy Goa times!

I liked it very much. Meenu ji is very nice and explained it very well, gave us information one by one and Anupa who takes care of us is also helped us a lot. We found everything very easily and quickly here. Thank you Meenu ❤️

Great place to stay very peaceful and hospitality was next level

It is my first time in Goa and felt very safe staying in Carmen’s apartment. Carmen and Oscar were very helpful and happy to help if I had a question.

We had a great stay at Santy’s place. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need in the house. Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. One of the very few pet friendly Airbnb in Pune and I am sure it is the best too. Rex made this stay more enjoyable for us ..especially for my daughter.. Santy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. also guided us with local eateries and surroundings Highly recommended ! Thanks Santy
