If you want a stay closer to Calangut beach, this is a great option. The beach is around 8-10 minutes walk from the place. There are lots of shopping and eating options near by. The villa is as described in the listing. It had all amenities like washing machine, cloths drying rack, AC, Dining table, Chairs, parking space etc. It is the entire townhouse with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Hall and kitchen. All utilities are available. Host sent a helper to guide us to the entry as the lane is a bit smaller and can be missed. The parking space is small but ok for a sedan/MUV. Only thing missing was the channels in the TV as the cable was not recharged. We did not mind as we had no time for the TV. There are two balconies in the first floor and a small aread behind the kitchen. Overall, great experience with the host, house and the area. Please note that the calangut beach can get super crowded during holidays and if you like calm and quiet beaches, go to South Goa. Thanks.

Manisha and Rajesh’s homestay was perfect for our trip. The place was as described and the hosts were very nice and friendly. The location was also good and easy to connect to transport system. I will certainly look to again stay at this homestay and also recommend to other guests looking to book in this area.

It was a pleasant stay over here.Peaceful location,beautiful society ,beach was at 5mins drive.Swimming pool was just perfect,whenever we went in the pool felt it was private pool as noone around. Host was very prompt and helpful for any kind of information asked . It was worth for the amount paid...Thanks for the lovely stay.

Great spot on a quiet back street in Udaipur - everything within walking distance. Loca was incredibly kind in helping us with train booking for later on in our India itinerary and providing many travel tips. The breakfast on the roof every morning was also delightful. We enjoyed the shakshuka on multiple occasions.

Amazing stay. Felt cozy and like we were at home. All the amenities mentioned were present. And place was pretty clean.

المنزل في موقع هادئ ومميز بمسقط ويمكن الوصول إليه بسهولة وتتوفر مواقف السيارات أمام المنزل..كما أنه قريب من عدد من المراكز التجارية الكبيرة والمعالم الشهيرة .. العلاء مضيف ممتاز ومرن في التعامل .. دخول المنزل كان عن طريق توفير المفتاح في خزانة خارج المنزل.. المنزل نظيف ويحتوي على الأثاث الضروري كالأسرة والخزانات وأيضاً فرش أرضية اضافية للنوم... المساحة مناسبة للعائلات المتوسطة والكبيرة.. الدور الارضي به جلسات جيدة وطاولة طعام لثمانية اشخاص والمطبخ به كل الادوات والاجهزة الضرورية التي تساعد على اعداد وتقديم الوجبات...كما توجد دورتي مياه في هذا الدور... الواي فاي متوفرة وتعمل بشكل ممتاز في الدور الارضي... الدور الاول به ثلاث غرف وكل غرفة بها دورة مياة .. تم توفير الادوات الضرورية كالفوط والمحارم الورقية وصابون غسيل اليدين... والدور الثاني به غرفة بسريرين وغرفة اخرى مغلقة تفتح عند الطلب.. كما توجد غسالة ملابس ومكان للتنشيف .. الجلسة الخارجية في الطابق الثاني بها اطلالة جميلة .. الاقامة كانت ممتعة والعلاء لم يتأخر في توفير أي متطلب.. بالتأكيد سأقيم في هذا المنزل مرة أخرى.. شكراً العلاء.

La maison était bien équipée , fonctionnelle, climatisation efficace , peut être que changer les ustensiles de cuisine serait le petit plus à faire

This house is located in beautiful cottage village. Everywhere is clean and cozy, nice price. There is a parking place and small backyard with swing. Comfortable beds with nice bed linen, It's light everywhere. I really appreciate the owner's service and quick help!

非常适合集体出游，房间很大，卫生间也足够，厨房设施齐全。唯一美中不足的是卫生间里没有任何可以使用的插座，导致没办法在卫生间用吹风筒。二楼主卧的插座在床下。另外沟通很顺畅，有什么需要的马上就有工作人员来处理。周边只有一个小超市，物价相对贵一些，还是建议到市区采购。园区的专属沙滩很美，拍了很多照片。工作人员都跟热情，而且态度很好。非常感谢，愉快的入住体验

Booked this property for my mother and my aunts who were visiting Goa for the first time. This property made them feel at home while being able to head out and enjoy all that South Goa has to offer. Host was super responsive and helpful, self check in instructions were easy and will definitely recommend. Stay was clean and well equipped.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Shams. Chaque chambre à sa propre salle de bain, la pièce principale est très spacieuse, nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse pour passer de bonnes soirées. Nous avions deux voitures et aucun problème pour les garer. Résidence sécurisée, piscine ouverte toute la journée. Mosquée juste en face de la résidence. Commerces à proximités, restaurants etc. Global village à 10 minutes De 20 à 35 minutes des attractions touristiques de Dubaï. Je recommande vraiment ce logement pour les groupes de 6 à 8 adultes. Shams nous a autorisé à laisser nos bagages dans la villa le dernier jour, merci ! Vraiment coup de cœur pour ce logement calme, classe, qui nous a complètement dépaysé. Je ne trouve pas de défauts, tout était parfait.

The apartment was very clean - lean bedsheets, bathrooms, and the kitchen. Generously furnished. All I needed to do was buy the grocery from the carrefour which a walking distance away. Arabian Ranches 2 where the apartment is located is great especially for a family. Numerous pros and children play areas. Very secured estate, accessible to taxis - you have to order of course. Easy way is to download the Careem App, you can order you taxi and other services on it. I will recommend ApalHomes very highly. It’s a home from home!👍🏻😊
