had a lovely weekend stay . this place is very beautiful . surrounded by bougainvillea and trees around it gives you peace n sukoon and privacy. host is very friendly. thank you Mr anup for such a friendly caring gesture. also caretakers are good and quick responding. lovely place to spend some lonesome time or with family, or for couples.

Good stay near the beach in walkable distance. Market place nearby with lots of restaurants and shops. Responsive and friendly host👍🏻👍🏻 Highly recommended place for peaceful stay at calangute area.

We stayed for 9 nights and it was really nice. Had a lot of things to do in the city so it was good to be centrally located with easy assess to various locations. Rajesh and Manisha were very friendly but it was a pity we were very busy and hardly had a chance to sit down and have a chat.

It was a pleasant stay over here.Peaceful location,beautiful society ,beach was at 5mins drive.Swimming pool was just perfect,whenever we went in the pool felt it was private pool as noone around. Host was very prompt and helpful for any kind of information asked . It was worth for the amount paid...Thanks for the lovely stay.

Great spot on a quiet back street in Udaipur - everything within walking distance. Loca was incredibly kind in helping us with train booking for later on in our India itinerary and providing many travel tips. The breakfast on the roof every morning was also delightful. We enjoyed the shakshuka on multiple occasions.

Amazing stay. Felt cozy and like we were at home. All the amenities mentioned were present. And place was pretty clean.

Ahmed’s place was just absolutely amazing! It’s very new, clean, the same as on the photos and even better (!!!), the place has everything you need, very nice and peaceful location. Ahmed is so responsive and nice host, always online ready to help with everything! So I definitely recommend this place for everyone! Just grab it without thinking! ☺️

We had an amazing stay at this villa — everything was simply top-notch. Honestly, we were a bit hesitant at first because we booked it late at night and weren’t sure how smooth the check-in would be. But to our surprise, the process was incredibly easy and flexible. The host responded right away and was very helpful, guiding us step by step. We even found a lovely basket of fresh fruits and some light candy waiting for us in the living room — such a thoughtful touch! The villa itself is beautiful and fully equipped with modern, high-end appliances. Even the air conditioning is smart-controlled, which was a bit new for us at first, but we figured it out quickly and actually enjoyed it. The furniture, flooring, and decorations are all top quality — you get that luxury hotel vibe the moment you walk in. The scents and perfumes throughout the villa give it such a fresh and elegant atmosphere. At one point, the smoke alarm went off due to some smoke, and the host was extremely responsive

Booked this property for my mother and my aunts who were visiting Goa for the first time. This property made them feel at home while being able to head out and enjoy all that South Goa has to offer. Host was super responsive and helpful, self check in instructions were easy and will definitely recommend. Stay was clean and well equipped.

What a find! Our family stopped over in Dubai for a few nights and had an absolute blast at Julion’s house. It is super luxurious, with comfortable beds and a great compound feel. We rented a golf buggy that was great to be a little more independent and drive around the Jumeirah Golf Estates. JGE is like a paradise - calm, clean and very green. We spent a day at the golf clubhouse where the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and played football with other kids. I also had a great day playing golf with my wife whilst the children were looked after by the nanny that Julion recommended. All in all a great trip and a beautiful home- would really recommend for golfers or families wanting to have a relaxing and luxurious break- 5 start facilities but your own home.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this villa for a special family occasion. The house was impeccably clean, which immediately made us feel at home. The spacious hall was perfect for our group, and the large backyard was an added bonus, providing a great space to relax and unwind. The location couldn’t have been better! There’s a lovely community swimming pool just a 5 to 8-minute walk from the villa, ideal for cooling off after a day of exploring. We were also close to many restaurants and supermarkets, making it super convenient to grab a bite or stock up on essentials. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Wonderful stay especially if you have kids. Gareth was very easy to get in contact with if I had any questions. Check in was smooth and the house itself was exactly what we was looking for with a young child. The swimming pool close by was really good along with the amenities. Would definitely stay here again and it is ideal for families.
